i havnt seen anything better than zenith bank's web surfer in Nigeria.

first it takes 30 mins to get it at the bank and another 24 hours for activation.
secondly (and the part i soooooo love most most most, lol) you can reload the card with any amount! i never try to reload am with one dollar before, dem fit swear for person )

you know what scares me with these banks and their credit cards? the god forsaken 3-page (or more) forms you will have to fill.

as of this moment zenith's web surfer is the way forward.

here's the bad side of the card
cant be used at ATMs (ofcourse who said i wanted that?).
your name is not on the card (i care? baaah!).
the card is blue (well yea for me that's bad, i hate too much blue).
the card issuers are kinda too informal. . . here is a sample of the mail you get when there's a transaction notification on your card

Pls note a transaction was made on ur card (ending ****) for USD **.** at ******** on 06/11/2009 pls advise if not yours ********

anyhow sha the card works perfectly for me and it has been rejected in one place. but i just mailed the billing department of the place it was rejected and told them how i could put all of them on 3 square meals daily without them having to do that menial job of customer support so i wasnt living the lowlife of a scammer who would wonno use their services. (try my pattern at your own risk. if u call my name, i kill u! lol now i'm feeling like ahmed). . . well erm they lowered their security filters for me to complete my order and then it was accepted. see? it works!!

does freewebs.com (now known as webs) give you any license for this? if yes, is it a transferable license? The google adsense code running there, does freewebs give u the legal right to change the pub-id to yours or it has to be theirs running?

i'm not interested but these are things anyone interested will want to think about.

as far as i know webs dont offer transferable services. well thts just as far as my small head can know.

so how informative is this thread?

@Emaginate: Because Internswitch isn't making it easy for merchants. First is expensive (N150,000) and second its not efficient, not all cards can be used. UBA, Interontinental Bank, GTBank, Oceanic Bank cards cannot be used!!

Some cards dont work for some merchants and work for others. My cards work on some "trusted" sites and get rejected some place else. Upon the crazy 150k, they still take commission on each transaction.

one thing you have to know however is you can never trust unlimited bandwidth and dedicated IP offers from someone hosting people on a VPS.

well by some sorta coincidence i met one of d 'dealers' today, he had 500k to deposit wit anyone who had d clock.
