Sometime ago, the lid was blown on Dubai properties owned by his COAS Buratai, this same govt issued a statement that he acquired the said properties through savings ie defending him without any investigation. Now they want to use Ekeweremadu to shine.

A different route needs to be created for these tanker drivers. The dangers they pose to other road users is way too much.

Decades ago, petroleum products were transported by rail as is standard practice globally, but some people due to selfish interest and corruption, decided to kill the railways so as to profit from petroleum product transportation, despite the hazards it poses to other road users.

These tankers are not owned by the ordinary Nigerian, but rather by the elite.

Unless we return to the drawing board to brainstorm on a way forward, Nigeria is doomed.
