1. Visa fee - corrected £363
2. IHS fee - use the calculator and input your start and end date, it should be around £705
3. Maintenance funds- £680*9 =£6120

Please, I have my biometric appointment tomorrow, and had uploaded all my documents via self-service.

However, I only noticed yesterday (after my wife had gotten her TB test certificate), that my own TB test certificate had not been stamped. And I have already uploaded my documents (along with my TB test certificate) on the TLS site. I had to run down to the IOM Center to get them to stamp my certificate today.

Please, is there a way I can replace that upload at the TLS center tomorrow before my biometrics? Please, help!!!

Visit and study visa are seperate.

With a visit visa yes you have to explain those funds but study visa is point based.

I got an advise from someone that what ever document my wife will be using should carry the same address as mine….


Therefore my spouse and I , did our TB test on the 11th of May claiming my home address for both of us.

On the 8th of June, we did our wedding but different address was written on our marriage certificate

I and my dependent have not been living together as at the time we went for our TB and we used my address for both of us.

but we got married in june with different addresses on our marriage certificate.

Please do I need to go and correct the wedding certificate to the same address or I should leave it the way it is?

Please for someone that did sputum test but came out negative, should the report be added to the certificate when downloading because on the cert they ticked refferal letter given to applicant and chest xray/ interpretation with applicant

Ideally you should upload all your documents 24-48hours before your biometrics if you choose the self upload appointment. I always advice 72hours to avoid stories

With assisted there's nothing to do, you only need to take your documents to your appointment and it will be uploaded at TLS

Since there's no study gap, do I have to upload a CV? Plus when asked if I have worked for government i said no because someone told me NYSC doesn't count. Reason: I want to know the excess additional School fees I need to pay to make my POF sufficient for that day Oanda rate. and I will meanwhile print my POF statement after I must have paid the additional fees as I will not touch my POF fund. Then I will submit all documents with proofs of additional tuition payment.

You may need it if you are interested in taking up roles in sensitivity sectors (working with minors etc)

Note most PC expires after 3-6months

DBS checks will be needed at that point anyway, and that will be done in the UK
