We've been married since 2019 traditionally and did our wedding in an Anglican church, is it a must we do court registry because we're trying to avoid the expense, also time and distance posses another challenge to us.
We've every other thing that can be used as proof of our marriage, na just the registry we want to avoid.

Quote the time line since your application from biometrics ,NSF etc

Include the number of paid mails , escalation and paid call, include dates and time

Explain that this is unacceptable and have caused you anxiety as you prepare for study

State that you are exploring options in raising an official complaint or further legal advice

Some people have busy accounts others do not

Is it wrong not to touch or transact on the POF account as for example for me l have to start all over again due to FX rate, so I just did FX rate of 1300 in naira and left it there. It will mature next week.

Pls I'm now worries with this statement below as I didn't touch it for all the 28days since my experience of FX.

1. No to not travelling with you. It doesn't stop them from joining you

2. No to other places you will be staying unless you have reasons to justify the other locations. It doesn't stop you from staying elsewhere

The requirement is minimum 28days. The OP can have more days on it

It's actually better when more days are included, it gives the ECO the notion that the funds are available and are truly yours (emphasis on notion)

For IHS it should be course end date

Ideally both course end date and BRP end date(if the MA already has a BRP) should have the same value but it may defer, so course end date

1. You mentioned you used the same account for your application so technically the current statement should also show your POF. If funds have been deducted towards tuition or living expense submit the invoice to account for the difference

2.For your dependants they need a consent letter from you. Cover letters help explain things better to the ECO if you think you need to then include one


3. Address it to the British High Commissioner

Hello @Duchess90 and other gurus in the house. I have 24m in one of my accounts for POF (family of 4) and I have another 16m in another account which was not initially planned for POF. Due to the impact of fx, the 24m was no longer enough for all so I proceeded for my own visa. Now I want to use the two accounts for my dependants for their POF.
1)Do I need to also present my SOA to proof funds are not recycled?
2)Do I need to write a cover letter for using the two accounts?

Possible but you need to explain this properly to the ECO

That will mean that a cover letter will be needed to explain both accounts submitted by the dependant, in particular what accounts cover what. You can also address why the funds are split across 2 accounts

2. She will need a consent letter from you regarding the balance of her maintainance in your own account

3.It doesn't matter if it is the same bank

I have 25m that is presently running for me and my dependant but due to the FX fluctuation, it might not be enough for both of us. But my spouse has a 4m in her bank that if added it will amount to 29million..So incase the 25m in my account isn't enough for both of us, Can I add the 4million in my wife's account?

Secondly, does she also need a consent letter to use my POf considering the fact that the 4m in her own account won't be enough for her own maintenance POF

Thirdly, the both banks are the same bank. I hope this isn't a problem.

It's different when you have a pending course that needs rewriting, with dissertation and submitting before her end date what is the reason?

The OP can follow the advice and see if she is eligible

If she can get a new CAS and finish
her studies then she can apply for her graduate visa

If what is left is dissertation the Uni will most likely not give a new CAS

Her options her

1. Get a skilled workers visa

In between these 2 steps: She can pray that her results are ready before her BRP expires, she can then apply for her graduate visa

2. Prepare to return home

Good morning gurus in the house, I have some questions to ask on someone’s behalf; She came in as September2022 intake so apparently she was meant to start her dissertation this July and finish September but at the moment, she has a resit as a result of plagiarism so her dissertation submission has been moved to December by the school, her BRP is due to expire by the end of January next year, even though she would have submitted her dissertation before then, but it is obvious her results won’t be ready by then so definitely she won’t be chanced to apply for PSW before the expiration of her current visa,
1) what is your advise for this individual
2) If maybe she gets a new CAS to cover up the period she is waiting for her result and gets a visa extension, if afterwards she gets cleared, won’t the resit affect her chances of getting a PSW even after she had cleared the resit.
