It depends on what the personal consent letter is addressing.

If you read the contents of the home office consent letter and it addresses whatever the personal consent letter needs to address then that's fine.


If not include your own consent letter in addition to the HO's

There's no section for that in your visa application.

With companies you only need to submit your reference/employment/confirmation/promotion letter if you need to show evidence of study gap

My TB certificate will expire in first week of July 2023 and I intend to apply for visa by first week of June for September 2023 intake. Meanwhile, I deferred my admission till September because of this TB certificate issue because I was disappointed in January that I had to do sputum and result did not come out until after 10weeks which later came out negative. What prompted sputum test was as a result of chest scar operation undergone while I was a baby.

Please I entered application for of my 3 Dependents kids, on the 8th they went for biometrics. I got passport collection mail for 2 of them on the 15th and brp letters for them on the 17th.I inquired about the outstanding application on the 18th, response was "awaiting decision".
On the 20th I got brp letter for the outstanding application but the application is still at DMC.

Did paid mail on 23rd regarding the application, response was that decision made and I would contact by VAC when passport is ready for collection. Please what else can I do? To have the application moved to VAC?

Yes

When you apply,back your application with a cover letter explaining why you need your dependants and how they are exempt from the changes.

ECOs are not perfect,current guidance is always the mode of operation when reviewing visa application, it won't hurt to address that this doesn't apply to your dependants

I personally will advise you apply for them before the end of Dec 2023

I personally would advice that you update your Uni on the current expectations with courier and how soon you will book your flight once you have your passport,and confirm it's okay to still get enrolled

How long can the chats and calls be traced back to?

Chats, calls, photographs are considered minor evidence which may or may not prove your marriage is substantial

Major documents are bills paid together ( even if it is a vacation),joint investment, government or other official letter addressed to the couple or individually but showing same address,(the list is endless).

They should be verifiable

No it isn't true

At the moment she is entitled to bring her child dependant

It is important to make the application before the current visa expires and before she applies for post study visa if that is the route she chooses to follow.

Leave ample time to do so incase there are delays.In my opinion target minimum 3months towards the end of her current visa.

If she chooses the skilled workers route after study, she can bring her child dependant any time

If you only started working in 2018 then that's fine, submit the employement letter you have from your current employment

2. If this is the case,then No, but she should be able to provide it if it is asked for through NSF mails

3. Like 2, if it is asked for through NSF mails then Yes

However,if 2 and 3 doesn't reflect the first statement then that's a risk for refusal if the ECO gets to ask for them

Hello house. Please I have a question about proof of funds. A friend of mine wants to go for her undergraduate studies (3 years) in the UK and has a family friend who is willing to sponsor her studies. She doesn't have a job but her sponsor is willing to foot the entire bill.

1. Does she need to have POF for the entire 3 years in her account to apply for the visa?

2. Will she need to also submit her sponsor's bank statement along with hers (since the sponsor will be transferring the funds to her account)?

3. Does the sponsor need to submit any other documents? Or write a supporting letter? What should the content of the supporting letter be?

Now this is my question: my POF is yet to mature, I think it will mature in two weeks time. After the 28days my POF will be given to me then I can use it for my CAS...
So .. I'm sure the money used in running the POF for the stipulated period might have been deducted back .. will it affect my visa process when applying for VISA later on or the POF confirmation will just be btw the stipulated date being printed for visa processing

If you are transferring keep an evidence of what account and a copy of the recent statement of the account you transferred to.

You should be able to explain why that transfer was done and show your funds are available.

If you do spend out of it for accommodation or fees keep an evidence of your invoice/receipt

Your POF is for your study in the UK and should be used for that purpose,if you do spend out of it for accommodation, fees etc please keep an evidence


2.The 31 days you are referring to is for the evidence which is basically your bank statement and that it should be used within 31days.

What that means is that hat once you print your statement showing your POF you must submit your visa and attend your biometrics within 31days of when you printed the statement, if it is after that you have to reprint an up to date statement again.
