I assume you mean post grad diploma after Bsc? That's an RQF 7

If it is the other diplomas (i.e HND) that's between an RQF 4 or 5

You can't use a missing passport for visa application na.

Does the new one reflect the old passport no?if it does then that's fine.

Also do you mean COS- Certificate of sponsorship (skilled workers visa).or CAS -Confirmation of acceptance for studies (Student visa).I assume you mean the first one

If you are still concerned then request for a new COS from your employers, it might take time though.

Withholding information needed to access the genuity of his application is a good enough grounds for refusal

But it is at the ECOs discretion, that is a risk too big to take in my opinion, that's why it's important to dot I's and cross T's.

I guess @canadaismyhome your friend should weigh the risk and make a decision to either allow the ECO judge that omissions as an honest mistake or error or to dot the I's and cross the T's diligently

I believe you already know what that means knowing you are experienced in this

You also sign at the end of the visa application form that all the information you have stated is the truth and nothing but the truth. It is not a choice, stop encouraging lies and deception.

If the MSc is considered and appears in CAS then that counts

Study gap from last qualification will then be 4years and there won't be any concerns

If the Msc wasn't considered then the former post on the options of study gaps apply

I'm of the thought they always meant the gap from the last time you studied. Does it actually has to go back to your first degree regardless of further studies after that?

Please reach out to the schools you worked with between 2012 and 2014 and after 2017 for letters of recommendation

You can add them along with your NYSC for study gaps.

Otherwise you have to provide your NPower and CAC and Tax documents for your business and add that to your NYSC

Whichever route is easier you can take because you have a mix of employed and self employed years

Whilst that's going on you can start to gather additional evidence such school fees and letter from the school attesting to the same situation, letter from hospital same situation, you could add church, you could add vacation the list is endless

Backdating a legal documents automatically makes it invalid in my opinion.

Submit the wedding certificate you have , submit all the evidence you have from your Traditional Marriage in 2015 to date (randomly selected)

Include a cover letter saying although you have a church certificate that date's XYZ, you have been traditionally married since 2015 and the pictures/ emails)chats/ bills paid together, investment etc is the evidence.

Someone with the same situation brought this to the platform and it was duly discussed.

However, you need a legal court document to proof the bolded. The parent giving you consent is not legal

Be aware that you will have to also prove why the birth parents are not in the position to take care of the child and living with you is not enough. This will also involve child welfare pending on what state you are to assess that you meet the conditions of a guardian.

Also bear in mind when it comes to children UKVI will do due diligence in verifying the evidence you present so do not present fake documents

When you finish resolving the court documents we can then proceed with additional evidence you can provide.

Until then, it might be worth discussing with the birth parents to care for their child and then support when you can

Which of the two should I go with please?
