Please I have a complain, my dependant did her biometric June 9th. Made a paid call June 27th and got a response decision has been made but until today she’s get to get a pick up mail. I have sent an escalation mail last week. Still nothing yet . I’m very worried.

January

Some Uni's have admission for some courses in May (very few)

And September

Unless you are a researcher (MSc or PhD) then you can be admitted all year round

A friend of mine did biometric with me on 15june at Abuja TLS with Two dependants.... The two dependants have gotten there passport back 3weeks ago .... But the main applicant haven't gotten his passport, he sent a paid mail ..... They said decision have been made....but they have to excalate it to the concern office....


What do you suggest he should do please?

You have to apply for an airport transit visa (ATV)

You booked biometric without ensuring your documents including TB certificate are ready?

The easiest way is to perhaps request for someone to go to their office on your behalf but it is no guarantee that you will get the 1st of August.

You might want to start considering moving your biometrics to another date,

you put the cart before the horse

My boimetric is on the 3rd of August but am finding it difficult to book online for TB test on the 1st of August because I booked before and cancelled it, i received email confirming the cancellation but they keep telling me I have already existing date which I can’t even find .

Now am in the east and need to book as soon as possible before traveling to Abuja but my fear is the person that wants to help me book will only be free on Thursday and I don’t know how possible to find a date on the 1st of August if he go on Thursday.

Is it possible to contact the office in Abuja to help me rectify the problem in profile so I can book from here because the number that I called is not going through.

Please I need urgent answer because am running out of time.

Yes for a year and then you need to switch to the UK license

My question however is

1. Do you have experience driving right-hand
2. Do you know the road signs and rules for driving in the UK

3. You also have to pay the relevant fees i.e insurance, road tax and MOT

4. If you flaunt the rules you can start to accrue points without getting a UK license

My advise will be to get the provisional license, unlearn and relearn the driving skills and rules for UK,do the theory and practical test and pass them and then get your car

Truly what God cannot do, does not exist! This journey started back in Oct 2021.My MA Applied to a school, was accepted, and UNILAG transcript was sent to them in Feb this year.

In March this year, MA eventually settled for a different school which has better ranking but transcript became an issue due to ASU strike. Eventually, we had to go to the old school to request for the transcript which we then sent to the new school. I must say that God has His ways of doing things because the admission to the new school would never have been possible otherwise.

Couldn’t find the IHS details for one of the children so I cancelled and filled a new application on 19th July. ( the IHS and Visa fees was automatically reversed to my GTB Dom account on 24th of July)

I’m immensely thankful to everyone for your contributions on this page, I learnt a lot and it helped in crossing all the Ts and dotting the Is correctly.

I had days where doubt would overwhelm me but coming here and reading people’s testimonies helped to keep my faith alive.

We have talked about this before but you seem to be scared and concerned about what your agent says

Are you saying you can't comfortably explain how your got your POFs even though that is not a question that is usually asked unless there are flagged up reasons to do so

Rather than rephrasing the same question,you may wish to do what your agent says

This is one of the reason we encourage DIY, agents will be confusing someone's application

It might also be to cancel the visa vignette and return back to Nigeria Immigration Service

Passport is a National Identity so should belong to either the individual or returned back to the Nigeria Immigration Service

Like they would when they spot fake passports

If you have someone you trust to collect your passport on your behalf then you can do so

Follow this link, explore the option of ' passport collection by representative 'and provide the documents requested for someone to collect it on your behalf if this is an option you want to explore

Oh okay! The MA received email of collection on Thursday last week. That of the other dependants hasn't come and I cannot go to Abuja just to pick them up one by one. I think this method is cumbersome. We applied together it suppose to be treated together. I wish I can track the status.

TLS will return your passport to UKVI??

My confusion is confused.

My understanding is that all passport are stored in a safe location in TLS, the risk is the visa vignette expiring before collection.

Where did you see passport will be returned to UKVI @the bolded?

Don't leave the main applicant passport hanging for two weeks if you haven't collected it they will return it to ukvi. You should have paid for dhl cos that return can be painful
