Do you have a copy addressed as : To whom it may concern ?

Perhaps your student copy??

Try to submit documents addressed to the UK or the specific country within the UK not a cross location like Canada

I believe Mtech is different from MSc. One major difference is that one is practical (Mtech) the other has a research component (MSc). Use this as a guide to defend the reason for your MSC application/study.

2. A court affidavit may be okay but try to chase up with your previous school to rectify this.

You could get a partial refund with admin charges deducted, full refund or no refunds

Look at your Uni's terms and conditions to get a clear knowledge of what will apply.

Has your wife gotten her Visa? If Yes then you need to make provision for her balance tuition fees and living expenses for atleast 9months (if she's schooling outside London that would be £1023 x 9= £9,207) but if she has gotten Visa then you can provide atleast 3months of that living expenses to her account, within this time period, she should be able to get a job to balance things up for her self.

You are putting more salt to injury.
You also posted same in the other thread and they have advised to seek legal guidance on this.

Again, explaining a misrepresentation is hard, for now the record on the system is that you are married to your ex girlfriend.

Perhaps a lawyer can advice on a legal (court signed document) to help with this,please not affidavit,it doesn't hold water

I think the issue about POFs has gone on for way too long.

Please can everyone endeavour to ensure all necessary documents are ready including your 28days POFs before any application is being made. I think this mistake can be avoided if the visa application process is taken one step at a time and not rushed especially when you are applying for the first time and learning the process

It will prevent the unnecessary confusion about date of application or biometrics.

Date of application is important if you want to note the Oanda exchange rate for your application.

Oh okay if I get you correctly, you stated you were married, you also put her name as your spouse along with the child but she didn't apply at that time with you so you didn't submit any marriage certificate.

That was clearly a misrepresentation, my advise, you should legally marry your wife ( court or church/mosque or if your traditional marriage is registered and has a certificate), include your dependants and write a solid cover letter to clear this, in addition to other documents(I e.family pictures etc)

Hopefully it is not a serious issue for you and your dependants

If not you have to be legally divorced before submitting a new marriage certificate and bringing your dependant along.

TLS has a *keep my passport option* where you can keep your passport until you are advised to submit it if your visa is approved.

You can explore that option but bear in mind it could cause further delays from TLS in notifying you to do so

1. She needs to confirm with the school if that is okay and counts as internship

2. Not sure what you mean by research placement, do you mean work placement rather than internship? If you can clarify then that will be fine

3. if she clarifies from her school on question 1 ,they will further advise on question 3. Ideally it shouldn't and shouldn't affect post study

Hopefully those going on postgraduate studies with internship can see that to get the internship placement is sometimes not easy

Though she has an assessment centre by June 12 which she is positive about but want to get an offer letter before June 10 .

2. What is the implication of not getting the internship before June 10? Will her course be changed to research placement. ?
