I had a quick look and it is a specialist school, my concernat this point isbif they have the license to sponsor your student visa (i.e issuing you a CAS for subsequent visa application)

I also checked and can't seem to see their name on the list (maybe na my eye)

Can you clarify from your Uni?

For 3. You can defer your admission at any point, perhaps before you pay your deposit,just incase you change your mind.

Can it be done that way? Do U.K. schools accept payment from third parties..? Apart from my reference number, what else will be required when helping someone to make payment?

Please I have concern regarding my 2018 visit visa to United States of America. Then I applied as married man and with a child during application but I didn’t eventually go for the visa interview because I couldn’t get appointment date before the proposed date for the program I was going for. Now I’ve been offered admission in UK and about to apply for student visa. My questions are;
1. Would my previous application to USA have any negative impact on my application please(clearly no visa denial as I was unable to go for visa interview.
2. The issue of marriage filled den was with an [b]ex Gf [/b]details and we are no longer together(no marriage certificate and nothing uploaded then as evidence), hope I can fill in the new person I’m married to without any issues.

Inform your school about the delay in getting your visa and Join your classes online for now, I am sure there is a provision for that.

No one can tell how long you will wait hopefully not another 6weeks, you may wish to followup with a paid mail if you haven't gotten your visa after 15days though.

At this point there's nothing you or anyone can do

2. In addition I always advise that everything you submitted for your visa application should be within reach just incase it is requested for.
That means in an envelope in your bag ready and handy not checked in

duchess decision time starts from biometrics date but your request counts from application date. I submitted an application and travelled out of Uk… planned my biometrics to be when I return from my foreign trip.
When I returned, I went for my biometrics. Few weeks later when waiting for decision, they sent me email, that they were withdrawing my application was w as I was not to have left the UK once I applied online. I said but I had not submitted biometrics so thought my app was not yet on the review line, they said application date is when the count starts and sent me one section something sub section this.
That’s why you also see people who have not figured out a plan or want to buy time, as long as you submit an in-time application online, you will be covered. Whether you have done biometrics or not is immaterial. Just submit online application before bisa expires.

The issues is not where he was born,it is the fact that there is already a misrepresentation.

It will definitely resurface, there is a record on the system already.
Again, he needs to be truthful going forward,this risk is that it could result to another refusal or ban or perhaps nothing.

The person has proof of being born in the UK ( uk birth certificate and registration with pictures).
I believe the parent wanted to bring him to the UK as they had being separated since 1994.

There was no ban or rejection based on false documents then , but refusal based on insufficient funds from the parent in the UK .
He's Afraid that what he used then would resurface despite it being 14 years ago.

It's now he wants to apply with genuine documents.

The person doesn't have claim for citizenship.

Can you provide a link or screenshot to where it is stated on UKVI website that it is a highly accepted document as a birth certificate?

It is 50/50. This is clearly acase of misrepresentation. In 2008 the person was not a minor using but 1992(false age) and 1984(real age). Apart from age,place of birth was also falsified.

You might need to check first if there was a ban then.

This is something he/she has to address properly with the correct documents. Hopefully it doesn't attract a further refusal or ban

I have three school on my list, Anglia Ruskin uni, Nottingham trent uni and university of Hertfordshire. I was given an offer In ARU for cognitive and clinical neuroscience. While still waiting decision from the remaining two (same course, Occupational Psychology).
My question now is based on school quality, is ARU better than the remaining two? I am not concerned about proximity to London and all that, as the campus my course department is, is in Cambridge for ARU.

So I am between waiting for the remaining two or go ahead with Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge campus
