Don't mind the lazy fellow. Same Uniport I attended and graduated from Physics with a good 2.1 without ever going to beg any lecturer or sort any course.
Same CHM 131.2 that I also wrote and passed, even though the grade was poor then, but I knew it was my fault; I didn't prepare enough for that particular exam.
CHM 131 that the entire Faculties of Science, Engineering, College of Health Science and others also do.
He's making excuse for his failures!

Back then my friend and i wasn't good in that aspect of chemistry, so we were starting attending tutorials from the beginning of the semester, we study hard and we wrote our exams, we never sorted any course and we passed all courses in year 1.
So I'm still surprised by what OP put up there .

I wonder how some teenagers behave sometimes o, the boy should bear the repercussion of his actions.

If the boy is having it rough staying with his father, can't he go and stay with his grand parents??
And why is he so adamant about going abroad? Your cousin has not even spend up to 3 months there.

Who knows how you passed all your courses. Your gender no get wahala when it comes to Uniport, it's always in kind. You reason as if you don't know what's happening in Ofrima. Uniport and sorting na 5&6, no saint lecturer there either you sort or in kind. Is called missing script now not carry over. Imagine school where you have to sort to see your results. Guy, i know what's happening in ofrima, but year 1 students in sciences don't need to sort before they pass their exams. Their exams are easy to pass.
Well my faculty never suffer me sha, i no dey pay to see my result.
I don't know for other faculties but my faculty don't stress me. And i no get wahala i study hard before i write any exams.
Some of my course mate do sort sha, but before i will sort any course , then know the situation is very very very critical.

I'm not saying lectures dont collect sorting, but in year 1 in sciences, you dont need to sort to pass your exams, their exams are very easy for students who study.
If you as a student did not read and you write rubbish , you can sort to get your A,B or C.
But as long as you're a year 1 student in sciences in uniport. You dont need to sort before you pass.
When you get to higher level then you can do as you like.

No lecturer will go around asking year 1 student to write their names and pay them so as to pass Chen 131.1 guy.
Senior colleague can go around deceiving gullible year 1 students that they know the lecturers and they should give them money so they can talk to the lecturers and pass them.
Reasons for mass failure in year 1 can be as a result of missing script or maybe they did not set past questions i.e that brought new questions for student.

As long as you are in year 1 as a uniport student in sciences you dont need to sort any lecturers to pass your exams.

The same dept of chemistry your insulting here, i have never had any carry over in any of their course, the least i has was a C and that was because they set new set of questions( Dem no repeat past questions) 😢😢😢😢

Even when me and my coursemates had an issue with a course in our year 2, we went to meet them and they helped us sort it out. we no pay shishi

Now I'm not saying lecturers do not collect sorting though but they dont go around forcing student to sort especially year 1 students in sciences in uniport.

You guys will not read neither will you go for tutorials, then when you fail you will start blaming the lecturers.

My year 1 was the easiest year for me, no be small pet them pet us, that was until we enter year 2 , and they started showing us the demons 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Year 1 questions that are mainly objectives and some subjectives .

Some lecturers do fail student they know personally though, but that is in higher level when they are taking only your dept.

But who know you for year 1, when about 3 faculty they learn for one small hall 🤣🤣🤣.

Yes I'm currently awaiting admission and by God's grace everything works out fine. I have talked to them about the skill acquisition but they want me to wait till I get admission. I'm meant to be learning skills now so when I get there, I'll earn for myself there🤦🏾‍♂️.

Well guy, you have to convince them about getting a skill, who are you closer to between your parents or who is less strict. Talk to that person, intact everyday make sure you tell them about how you will like to get a skill. I'm sure if they see how important it is to you they will give in.
Give them a good reason why a skill will help you in the university.

Or you can beg them to sign you up for a skill.

My lecturer once told us that if you don't like anything about your body change it, if you can't change it then love it.

I can remember when one of my friend's coursemate tried to body shame me , i never even talk sef, my friends change it for her.

If anybody body shame you , insult the person very well 😂 😂 😂, look for something on their body and make fun of.

The body they are shaming , there are some people who are admiring it. A course mate once told me after lectures that she wished she had my body , that my stomach is so flat and stuffs. i just told her thank you ( for my mind , I'm praying to add more weight sef😂😂)

And stay away from people who body shame you even if its your friends, or tell them you dont like the way they talk about your body so they can change.

I had a friend a long time ago, who always "hair-shame" me. Then i always felt insecure about my hair and before i met her, i haven't felt that way before, i could remember when i went back home from school and i told my mom that i wanted to dye my hair, she was like why? Your hair is fine the way it is. Well i stopped feeling insecure about my hair , when this cute guy complimented my hair when i was coming back from school 😁😁, anytime he sees me around school , he'll, call me gold haired, i can't even remember what he calls me sef. Even if i go to the salon to make my hair, they always admire it especially when it relaxed and styled. 😁😁😁

Don't give anybody the chance to make you feel inferior about your body, life or business.

Anyone try to body shame you, insult am, or tell them you like your body like that. Trust me even if you feel insecure about your body at that moment , you'll be so proud of yourself.
