dayokanu:Are we expecting a Bundesliga trophy by May? ![]() |
Hmmm, Nasri and Theo start, showing our hand early I see. Oya, we don ready, go on the pitch and show them lads. COYG. Oh lord, watch over Samir's legs and give Theo some red bull. |
mukina2:they know how to headbutt old men. ![]() |
medjai:And why can't he? didn't he score against them last year. ![]() |
coded guy:Muki only goes to that thread to drop some shite and the pervy manmustwack and co come to peep. Useless fifu. ![]() |
debosky:Thank you joo Debo, I'll change that Bazooka to a .22mm pistol. ![]() |
chamotex:My forecast be say no be for lotto yu go make am, that one na game of chance, the chance that you will win Lotto is the same chance that a volcano will erupt and kill you in Lagos. At arsenal we follow Le Prof and deal only with scientific predictive methods, taste and see that Arsenal is good ![]() |
tkb417:He should go and try it with Diaby, I'm sure he'll make him cry like a baby. ![]() tkb417:Exactly why Fergie is talking of buying in the summer, I've not said yu can't fix it now have I? only that cracks are appearing and recall I did say that even though I believe our present squad has more quality, your squad definitely has the know how. Lets see which one wins out at the end of the season. |
chamotex:Chamo, yu pray for me have you forgotten so soon the day Maiguards pursued you from Bar Beach last week? I never implied that Abramovic's money couldn't spend if he wanted to, afterall its his money and he has a right to throw it into the ocean if he wants to, the point is all his statements at that time pointed to his reluctance to spend, what has caused a change of mind is the simple fact that a UCL place was slipping from his grasp and this was the last time he could invest big before the FFP rules come into play. Besides, any club spending big now doesn't really affect Arsenal much anymore we're well into our youth project now and the teething period is over. |
The same old cliche 'Walcott is an impact player he is better from the bench' when the stats clearly show he is more productive when he starts! I don tire for this Duduspace guy making references to the Barca game away last season when the likes of Diaby and Denilson and our defence was meh! Thank Goodness those nimrods would be unavailable
Beef is when yu don't read people's post b4 yu reply to them. So far I have not mentioned Barcelona away last season, neither have I mentioned Denilson, the only reference I've made to Diaby is that Jack Wilshere deserves to start ahead of him. @Chamo, coded guy, Cougar You are not plenty enough for your mob action, go and get Sauron's hoodie gang in addition and I will Jackie Chan all of you. ![]() |
manmustwac:You tried, but yu still need to qualify for next season's competition. ![]() |
dayokanu:Did Park and any of those players you mentioned have any clout in Asia when they were 18? or did I for once say he would start selling shirts immediately? the objective is to have a quality asian player come through with us and help tap into the asian market. How does that affect yur bankrupt DJ business? ![]() |
duduface is hopelessly deluded. you just have to marvel at the level of his delusion. the plonker thinks arsenal have tapped into the asian market by signing miyaichi.
So where have we tapped? is Miyaichi from your village? ![]() |
debosky:I'd rather take a bazooka to my head than expect you to have my back Debo. ![]() Even T.B. Joshua doesn't have a 100% predictive success, but yu have got to accept I called Wilshere and Szczesny's emergence right from last season and Chelsea's slump too albeit a bit delayed so my predictive success shld be in the 4th percentile. These Manure team's head is as tough as a coconut like the yoruba's say but then cracks are appearing, lets see if old red nose can turn it around in the summer. |
sirwebs:Even if Diaby is fit, Jackie boy deserves to start ahead of him, Diaby would have started from the bench if available. |
@tkb We sef dey await you for ojuolomooto, we owe you a decent spanking and yu lot have had it coming for a while. ![]() |
Hmmm, now we have a good problem, if Arsene plays Nasri tomorrow and he breaks down again, people go still blame am despite everyone including Nasri himself claiming to be fit. I sense Nasri will play a part tomorrow, all this noise is to prevent people descending on Arsene if he plays him tomorrow, I can't recall Nasri saying anything else on twitter before now. ![]() |
Pastor AIO:True this. Until we try to address the glaring inequalities in our society, things like this will continue. |
I hope you're talking about specific individuals and not all man utd fans in here.
Definitely I refer to specific individuals, people like Sauron tuck their tails in and run away like a very scared 'Bingo' anytime Manure loses. ![]() StarBoard:Stop raving like somebody about to enter oyingbo market starkers jare, were you not the one calling all Gooners jobless in a previous post? and that sounds very reasonable to yu? you lot can sling mud like anything in the name of banter but aren't willing to take any. |
manmustwac:I hear Harringey council is now planning to revoke your tenancy after yu muddied the waters with yur olympic move whereas Islington council always honour us every year for our community contributions. We always put money into islington but your mumu chairman Lord Sugar is asking yu to go cap in hand begging Harringey council for 250m, una nor dey shame? na council dey give club money abi club dey give council money? ![]() mumucious spuddites, una wan rob peter to pay paul. ![]() |
fstranger3:If ezeagu was american, he would have claimed the moon by now. ![]() |
dayokanu:What do yu mean? she is an ekiti girl joo. Okun o Muki, bami ki ian ira ule o. kare momi atata. |
debosky:If yu want to see how our play can be when we don't have control of the MF and Theo is playin, look no further than Shaktar and Braga away, in both games Arshavin did not play but Theo started both and we got thrashed by people we smashed at home. Barca play yu on your turf like you are the away side that is all I can say. Theo's pace is deadly and starting him against a Barca team waiting for him would reduce its impact. |
StarBoard:If this is true, then DK must be grabbing benefits from multiple european countries and hiding out in the US, he has got to be the most jobless individual there is, I'm sure he has more posts than I do on the Arsenal thread. But its a fact, you lot vamoose quicker than Usain Bolt anytime Manure loses. |
Magnificent player, unplayable at his peak |
what exactly was eboue doing with those dubai ladies?
he was tappin some current as is expected of a full blooded man. I can't say the same for DK's lot who in similar circumstances would probably have been showing off their balls to the male photographers. ![]() |
debosky:How current? Arshavin has had a stinker so far all season yet leads the assists chart or can you recall anytime Arshavin has really been in his element this season? ![]() debosky:So yu're saying Theo keeps the ball better than Arshavin? is able to play other players in better than Arshavin or is able to combine in playing those triangles better than Arshavin? There is a new improved Theo but he is not what yu're making him out to be. debosky:If Nas is fit and plays RWF, he can pin the LB back better than Theo can and still help in keeping possesion. The question for me is who plays wide left, is it Arshavin or Nasri? we all know Nasri is better from the right, remember this is all based on Nasri's fitness? if Nas isn't fit then there is really no decision to be made. debosky:Good thing you remembered, we won't have that kind of swagger against Barcelona's MF unless some miracle happens before then. debosky:Theo breaks down our attacks more than Arshavin does, he has definitely improved in that regards this season but the only reason it hasn't shown as much is cos he is scoring and the team as a whole has gotten more defensively solid. Like Arsene would say, Arshavin is meant to provoke play, how many through passes exactly can yu remember Theo giving? This is not a call on Theo's ability cos I know that is what y'all would turn it into, it is my judgement call on how I think he is better used against a team like Barca. |
debosky:When last did you take a look at the stats table? Arshavin has the most assists this season even more than Cesc. debosky:Theo's pace is useful when you have control of the MF and possession and he can time his runs to perfection or when the opponent is coming at you and yu can counter. Barcelona will come into this game believing they can trump us on possesion, they have some respect for us so won't go gung-ho immediately and play the waiting game. CR9 is as fast as they come yet cldn't do anything against them in December. Arshavin IMO is still a more tricky player you can start with and try to match them in the MF, if yu can't at least match them in MF, where will the balls to Theo come from? Late on when legs are dragging (particularly if we play at a high tempo from the onset) Theo would be in his element. debosky:Huge difference, despite Arshavin's form he still keeps making those assists and he is better at playing the MF possesion game than Theo is. |
debosky:I'm not so certain about that best side statement, Arshavin has found his form of late and his assists ratio is still insane. debosky:Not like Theo. |
ritchboy:Hmmm, so Theo don better Arshavin now? Liverpool away 08/09 now seems so far away. o ga o. Anyway, Arsene might not have the option available anyway if Nas isn't fit. I would still go for Arshavin ahead of Theo and if Nas is fit, he must start. I would keep Theo on the bench because I would rather have him as a game changer than Arshavin. The only position I'm undecided about is Wilshere/Diaby, my heart says Wilshere but my head says Diaby. On another note, I'd forgotten Bac wasn't available sha, may the good lord be with Eboue on wednesday. |
ritchboy:Thats exactly why I won't start him and look to bring him on later when Barca is flagging. I believe in not showing your hand too quickly. If we can match them or at the least come close in passing and pressing till about the 60th minute, then bring Theo on. He is still a better impact player than Arshavin IMO. |
slimshay:If we cld plan for them to meet in a dark alley, I'm sure Abou will make the id*iot beg for mercy but the stupid guy cld come with a weapon like his younger brother who killed that black guy. @Debosky Seriously, the Eeredivisie might have gone down in quality but I would still put it above the Championship and OX is in Ligue 1 and not the championship. Honestly, I believe we have a massive talent albeit raw on our hands. OX is not as direct as Ryo. |
