This jackass named the so-called Gen. M. Buhari should have no business with Nigerian presidency since he is a product of nepotistic endeavors.

My question wasn't answered, you just steered the discussion to another angle. I think I agree with passingshot, the Igbos do not seem to want the presidency, right from the first republic when Azikwe's led NCNC rejected Awolowo's AG in an alliance that would have made the Igbos a dominant force , since they held higher numbers in the parliament than the Action Group. Instead , they joined NPC and gave the northerners power on a platter of gold, the mistake has been repeated over and over again since then .
The writer of the above crap needs a rudimental lesson in history.

@OP

Please shove your Nigeria and its presidency. Ndiigbo do not need a thing that belongs to the gutter.
Politics › Re: PDP Will Be Taken To Court For The Lawless Things They Did In Rivers- Buhari by Duru1(m): 8:41pm On Apr 19, 2015
SleekyP:
President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari has vowed to take legal action against the persons responsible for the lawless acts perpetrated by the Peoples Democratic Party in the elections of Rivers and Lagos states.

Buhari says that PDP desperately wanted to be in control of the two states and as such employed various tactics, such as inducement and violence to make sure the polls favoured them.

He made the comments in an interview with Vanguard, where he also lauded the doggedness of Rivers state governor, Rotimi Amaechi.

Read below an excerpt from the interview.

“For what happened in Lagos, I think that for whatever political reason, the PDP wanted to have Lagos by all means.

I have a lot of respect for the governor of Rivers State for his courage. At a certain time, the Commissioner of Police virtually hijacked the state and the governor was virtually sentenced to the streets fighting thugs without law enforcement agents while the Constitution makes it very clear that the governor is the Chief Security Officer of the state.

So, a lot of lawless acts of the PDP are on record and we intend to make the PDP understand it and make sure that, according to the law, those who are responsible for that are taken to the court and properly charged. We are in this system because we believe in it and we want it to stabilize because it is good for our country. If Nigerians have the confidence that their votes count, then they will mind their business and I assure you that there will be more security in the country.

But when people feel that they are abandoned, then they will resist. I think that by nature, human beings are rebels especially in Nigeria. You must try and placate them, convince them and show them that their rights are respected or you will not have peace. On what we hear about the money that changed hands, it would have been impossible for APC to win anything in this country because we don’t have the treasury in our pocket. There was no amount of money that could convince Nigerians this time around.

A lot of them took the money and did exactly what their conscience wanted them to do, while some even returned the money. Somehow, Rivers and Lagos were seen as strategic to the PDP. Otherwise, how could APC have a marginal 100,000 votes over APC in Lagos which is virtually the capital of the APC in the South- West? A lot of things will come out, but we want to do it basically on facts which can be verified and quantified.”

Gen. M. Buhari, you should shut up your putrid large mouth. When APC is taken to court for the documented under-age voting in northern region, you will be kicked back to Katsina or Jigawa State.

Politics › Re: How PDP Leaders Betrayed Jonathan by Duru1(m): 7:56pm On Apr 19, 2015
Nigerians are the most delusional human beings on the continent of Africa. If the APC had wanted to put a dent on corruption in Nigeria, a living corruption such as the so-called Gen. M. Buhari, a general made by nepotistic endeavor, should not have been the flag bearer of the party.
Politics › Re: How PDP Leaders Betrayed Jonathan by Duru1(m): 7:46pm On Apr 19, 2015
The northerners, especially the Moslems, are not and will never be comfortable in Nigeria as long as a southerner is the president of Nigeria. It is unfortunate that GEJ timidly bent backwards to comfort the northerners during his presidency.

Nonsense, Ibos couldn't have created any empire. It was each man to himself. All the nation's all the world today had empires except for new countries like the US.
What were ibos doing when others were forming nations and creating cities?
Ndiigbo were perfecting the acts of democratic principles which were even alien to the foolish early Europeans that set foot on Africa.

Only con artists among lily-levered bunches can create Village Empires as in the case of Oyo Empire.

You mean they were jungle dwellers who couldnt build up any empire of note
The last time I checked though, the so-called Oyo Empire had to take refuge in the jungle in order to remain relevant. I guess your forbearers knew one thing more than you will ever know.

One wonders what stops you from building the silly Village Empires today. Ndigbo are very wise and intelligent bunch and never allowed a drooling fool or con dumbass to speak them into submissive subjects. The acts of sheepishness still dominate the political landscape of Yoruba land today.

No, I come from a place where empires were created, I'm sure you know those are not made through wrestling matches.
We know the people whose warfare never went beyond village wrestling competitions.
The Ndiigbo will never allow for Village Empires to spring up in Igbo land due to the fearless nature of the people. No one fool runs a ring among the people as in Yoruba land.

I cannot blame you on the display of tactical ignorance. Since you hailed from the set of people who thought mere wrestling matches are wars, therefore tactical withdrawal looks like a run to them.

The same northern soldiers danced shoki on your mothers and daughters in alaigbo, with your fathers fanning them and hailing them ranka dede.

The products are the mixed blood we have littering the whole of Nigeria today.

How about that Duru1 aka Deridegull.
Any Nigerian soldiers who attempted mere looking at Igbo women during and after the civil war risked losing his life. Igbo land is not and will never be a Yoruba land where cowards die many times before their deaths.

Very funny.

A yoruba man led the expedition of the only frontier you conquered and all of you always regurgitate "betrayal" like primary school rhyme.

The coward unsecured and lilly livered Ojukwu, that was not in any war front, executed an officer that won the only frontier Biafra ever conquered. Is that not betrayal in itself. How are we sure tribalism was not involved?
The term, lily-livered, is humanly reserved for set of people in Nigeria. This set of people shook like dried leaves when their son was murdered in the Oodua capital yet they lined up their beautiful wives and daughters as supplementary objects of entertainment to soldiers from northern region who just finished doing a number on them. One can imagine how difficult it was gathering beautiful women from that part of the country.

And did your people forget to tell you how Biafran soldiers invaded old Mid - West uninvited and caused so much atrocities?

People all over Nigeria have their painful stories to tell about the dreadful war.
The above post is a manifestation of inherent ignorance. Mid-western region had provided the launching pad to Gowon-led Nigeria while invading eastern region from 6 -26 July 1967. Biafra retaliated against Nigeria by invading some parts of Nigeria in August 1967. Only dumbass does not realize that Mid-western region was integral part of Nigeria since it never declared its independence as eastern region did in 1967.

Young man, I do not need to read more on leadership. The reason our country is so chaotic and uncivilized is because of ideologies like yours. Obasanjo that you cited is not just a failed leader, but a failed father, who actually slept with his daughter-in-law. A man who cant control is dick ? Now, countries that field great minds have seen success and prosperity. If Nigeria MUST stop being mocked, then Soludo is supposed to be President while Obasanjo will be his bodyguard, that's how it should be.
Only a jungle such as Nigeria will be proud to have leaders in the form of Olusegun Obasanjo and Mohammed Buhari. Both men are human frauds.
Politics › Re: HELP !! Yoruba Plot To KILL Ibaka Deep Sea Port by Duru1(m): 5:32pm On Apr 17, 2015
If the writer of the original post just realized that the inherent modus operandi of Yoruba is to block any development headed to southern Nigeria other than Yoruba land, then he or she is an irredeemable gull. Anything that will usher economic or political independency to southern Nigeria minus the Yoruba land is considered an affront to Yoruba therefore must be stopped or blocked by any known means.

Nail on the head David West. Nail on the head. You cannot advise someone when you have done a poor job. NOI thinks it's about raising taxes to shore up revenue, whilst there are numerous leakages and corruption affecting revenue generating government institutions. She must acknowledge that she and her team did a poor job on a macroeconomic level. It is not about Integrated Payment Systems alone and statistically rebasing or redefining the GDP, but stimulating the economy for real economic growth.
The above post reflected the typical idiosyncrasy of most Nigerians when they appear and sound like they know it all yet exude ignorance of unimaginable height. Nigeria had someone named Gen. M. Buhari due to the corruptive practices of NPC led by Bello and Balewa. One wonders how the APC is going to eradicate corruption in Nigeria when the top dog in the party is a product of nepotistic endeavors of NPC and northern region of Nigeria.

The yorubas has done absolutely nothing wrong to us. We should start holding our governors accountable for mishaps in SS. We get huge chunk of allocation for being the bread winner, yet it seems we're the poorest. Our problem is internal and I tell you we will be making a grave mistake if we ever form a separate unity with the SE. I live in Imo I know what am saying.
I would never want to do anything with group of people whom you have adjudged a bread winners and still remain poor. From your post, it is clear your problem is inferior mentality. I am for the Republic of Igbo land that excludes Ika. I do not need anybody's crude oil as do other meaningful Ndiigbo people in Nigeria. Ndiigbo have lived successful life without the benefit of crude oil since it was first struck in Igbo land in 1951.

But am sure you will be redeploy fast from that battle front assignment

but i have one assignment for you make sure get all war strategic from your father so we can win this War
It is not unfortunate you are very goofy. Gen Gowon led Nigerian army against Biafra not the inconsequential Olusegun Obasanjo.

Haha! She can read and write. But it is obvious she is incapable of logical reasoning and independent thoughts.
For being able to read and write, I believe she must have been educated.
I guess able to read and write simply mean literacy. Education is beyond the ability to read and write. There is no doubt that Jessica Obioma begs to be educated as her alleged balderdash suggested in the original post.
