double0seven: His body language has a lot do with the change
The rifiniries that was sabotaged for 16 will be coming online soon
According to the authorities, light improved because vandalism of pipeline practically nosedived. They in fact says the pipeline have not been vandalized since the new Administration came in.
Delibrate sabotage by PDP came to a stop because there was change in government to one which is aversed to corruption ^^^What he said. |

Atlantian: The Biafra Radio is still on, I am listening to it at Tunein and Radiobiafra.co It has been taking off the radio airwaves, not Internet broadcast. As far as I'm concerned, NBC has achieved its aim. Afterall, how many people would listen to Biafra Radio via the Internet? Only the usual miscreants would listen to radio biafra via the Internet. |

podosci: She was first and for most appointed a commissioner by the Pdp led govt of GEJ, Buhari only elevated her to the position of INEC chairman, If PDP has a issue with her they should question their self Exactly. If they knew all along that she has ties to APC, why didn't they do something about it? Why shouting blue murder now? Are they saying that she should never have been promoted, when it's obvious she is the most senior amongst the commissioners? It seems the wailing wailers are going to be wailing for a very long time. |

Politics › Re: Ex-NSA Dasuki Refuses To Surrender, Say SSS Has No Arrest Warrant by dustmalik(m): 3:23pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
SenseiVoyles: Dasuki is no small fry and he knows his rights, if Buhari's boys have any valid case against him they should go and get an arrest warrant, it makes no sense the deliberate attempt by them to humiliate him, What would it take to have given him the courtesy of inviting him to their office as it's done elsewhere rather than sending in the cavalry as if he is a common criminal, It's especially suspicious seeing that they laid siege to his house exactly 30 years after he and Col Umar went to arrest then Head Of State Buhari at his residence, thus is just pure vendetta. Dasuki is no kid, he remains one of Nigeria's finest military products with unquestionable integrity, even when everyone else joined the Abacha government, he felt it was illegitimate and resigned his commission criticising the govt from exile in the US The bold shows you know nothing about what really happened. Abacha forcefully retired Dasuki as a colonel. Dasuki didn't resign. |

To those who keep saying that no single MW has been installed since Buhari's assumption of office; there is no argument about that. But the fact is, unlike the immediate past administration, things will work as they should under this administration. |

I live at Area 11, Abuja, and i must confess, we haven't had it this good since 2012. Though, it isn't 24/7, but it's far better than how it has been. I'm not sure if the downpour really is the reason as some people claim. I'll wait till after the raining season to see what happens. |

phlemzy: From another view, that 20000MW was promised wouldn't mean that each year must generate a 5000MW. Generation across each year can vary depending on what's on ground to make it better in subsequent years. But I am sure of one thing, even if the 20000MW is not met at the end of four years,we would have significantly moved farther away from the ever fluctuating 1500MW of the last 4 years. You are the only right thinking person this thread. The rest are all wailers. Just because APC promised 20,000MW in 4 years, doesn't mean 5000MW annually. This is common sense. But then again, I shouldn't expect better from the wailers. |

Politics › Re: ‘ Improved Power Supply Likely To Be Sustained’ by dustmalik(m): 11:59am On Jul 16, 2015 |
double0seven: The article majorly attributed the biggest reason foe the improvement in reduction of vandalism.
In fact, at a point, the article says : " The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC ) Joint Venture companies also confirmed that there have not been any incidents of vandalisation of pipelines in the past one month . This has resulted in increased and sustainable gas supply to the power sector ."
The question now is why has the vandalism suddenly stopped. It would appear the so much publicised vandalism of our pipelines are State-Assisted vandalism. Delibarate sabotage so that some people will continue to profit from lack of power supply through the importation of generators and selling of diesel.
Or seriously, why? Why the sudden drop? Has the police or the army changed? Or the site of the pipes? The only that has changes is the PDP government that IA no longer in charge. The is no gainsaying that things seem to be working under the Buhari led administration. |
