KingVon:I use 3 phones dammit. Sometimes 4 concurrently. if one doesn't like whatsapp, I use another. |
I sell imported phones. Before now I used to buy phones like everyone else. I've touched at least 60 phones now in the last 3 years. The itel 1502 I used to use and the tecno are now retired due to functionality issues. Thieves stole the itel from my drawer along with a previous LG G4 which developed bootloop problem. The tecno had a whopping 5,000 mAh battery which I've now removed to use for other needs. I couldn't find parts to solve its problem. I bought a second LG G4 4 years ago and till today it's still working with a severely cracked display when I dropped it (I don't use it as I am inundated with phones people refuse to buy unless I make a loss. If you keep electronic devices for too long without turning them on they can develop strange issues. Painful lesson from 3 damaged tablet computers now). The one I'm typing this message on is a Motorola Moto G7 Power in use since 2020. No single issue, with 5,000 mAh battery. It was in an ordinary nylon along with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge I had for sale. I fell, nylon hit concrete, S7 edge display us now unusable; nothing happened to the Motorola (I'm using it right now). I have or have had Samsungs S5,S7,S7 Edge, S8, S8+, S9+. Not one has ever developed a functionality problem till date. So, it's not so straightforward but I will bet on the internationally leading brands because quality control is much tighter with them. That's why Apple holds the ace (but they're shylocks) |
KingVon:Where in his request did he mention he needs the phone for whatsapp? If you only have one phone to use and whatsapp is the only important factor for you, know that not everyone is in your position. Abi you have iPhone 8 and above to sell? All these forward people |
Nigeria must be free from ethnic BACKWARDNESS. They can go to America and London from here and claim citizenship but they discriminate amongst themselves where they all are black African fools! What a shame |
ElSudani:Ladies and gentlemen, here is the bare-faced confession for why this country has been a failed state. Why can't someone whose parents came from Edo state but born and raised in Lagos be the Governor of Lagos? Forget whether this candidate is even Lagos indigene by convention worldwide recognised (patrilineal line). Why are Africans so ape-like? Tinubu and all previous APC governors are scared to death of this impending disaster and this governorship election may even be more violent than the presidential: all their robbery of Lagos for 24 years straight at risk of exposure. Awolowo started ethnic tribalism in this country to survive a defeat at the hands of Azikiwe's party with YORUBA candidates in 1952; the legacy lives on. FAILED SOCIETY! |
For the sake of democratic accountability, Lagos must flip from APC next week. What a massive cesspit that will be discovered. If you let Tinubu get into office first, this golden opportunity will NEVER be seen again |
badaru911:Lol. I've forgotten. What was the issue about? Lol |
Larryndelaw:People will now think he knows something. Lol |
gasparpisciotta:You this failed human, do you realise this is what your great-great granparents were taught and then taught their children till it got to you? The Nigeria we have today is the result. "Omoluabi" is supposed to vote according to his ethnic identity and you think you have a democracy like that. No wonder we've been having a failed state all along. Thank goodness things are slowly changing and I hope one day your type stands in shame as a tribal bigot. |

FreeStuffsNG:You are dumb |
The dummy himself is the champion of tribalism. But what does he know? What does any Nigerian know? They're not encouraged to know anything but the worship of money and fame. Anyone that talks about people in terms of ethnic classification is a dumb tribalist. Anyone who apportions land ownership to people by tribal ethnic classification is a tribalist. But of course that's the only way it is intelligible to the Nigerian. That's why they're a backward prople. Any fool can come from Osun state and start saying he owns Lagos because he is classed as Yoruba and the one whose great great grandparents originally came from Niger state or Imo state and all subsequent generations were born and raised in Lagos is expected to see himself as "outsider". If that's not the height of backwardness, I don't know what is. Not even adding that the Egun people whose language cannot be understood by Yoruba people are indigenous to Lagos state ONLY, unlike the other Yoruba spread all over Western Nigeria. If Yul Edochie was born and raised elsewhere and later came to Lagos and felt 'welcome', that's his own problem. Millions of us are not in that category. Useless country, useless people. |
People who organise themselves around ethnic identity should be made to understand they're not welcome in anything that has to do with politics. But alas that's not possible. How can it be possible in a failed nation? If people had any brain to know that, we wouldn't have been a failed state |
dahflemzy:I hope you've seen the prices of the screens, when I'm selling THE WHOLE THING for same price. Phones are not made these days to be used for long or be repaired. They want you to buy the newer model sef, so don't waste your time repairing major fault scrap it and buy another if the price is right -- and my price is right. Check page 1 of my thread here: https://www.nairaland.com/7255494/american-phones-tablets-sale-varying |
The phone does run hot. Some of your issues are specific to your phone; some can be corrected in the menu system |
If you count all PDP votes, regardless of the alphabets adopted, that's way more votes than APC. "A house divided against itself cannot stand" -- Lincoln |
The man that President-Elect Tinubu began his tenure as Lagos governor diminishing and undermining. Lagos has always had people of broader minds than most of the creatures coming out of their ethnic strongholds, but Yoruba jingoists from all of Western Nigeria have always sought to undermine this. Best Lagos governors all-time 1. Jakande 2. Marwa May Lateef Jakande continue to rest in peace. One of my pains in life was not to have been able to meet him in person. |
They are available, depending on condition. For example I have Motorola G7 (4/64) to sell without screen for 30k. With a bad screen that I have on it, I can sell it 40k but na manage. And this is like new item from USA, talk less of those Transsion phones Nigeria used
|
johnolusetire97:The whole Galaxy S7 is 45k in my case. Use your sense |
Oshiomole is the QUINTESSENTIAL example why there's NO HOPE for Nigeria in anyone's lifetime living right now. Labour Party has never seen Mr Labour Oshiomole. He has been busy pursuing money and power, same thing he rose to prominence accusing others of. Black man is still an ape |

Yesterday I tripped and fell with my 6 inch Motorola G7 Power and 5.5" Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in same plastic bag. See the Edge now. Motorola still fine

No surprises reading comments here. Even the Nigerians old enough to know have no brain, not to talk of the kids here for whom life started with PDP APC and all these latest political alphabets. Without Obasanjo, you will probably not even be carrying shoulders up that you're voting for candidate. You don't even deserve the privilege because you're all empty heads, programmed to deliver a failed society. Dummies everywhere. FOR AFRICA TO DEVELOP, THEY NEED AN ENLIGHTENED DICTATORSHIP TO WHIP THEIR ASSES LIKE YOU WHIP A CHILD UNTIL THEY GROW UP. |
Sormeh:Lol. SO you don't know that that's the problem? Gimme a 5 year old kid and I will show you a human being with a functioning brain that can be programmed. Give me even a 20 year old and I'm sorry, I'm not interested UNLESS like me, they have their brain programmed to be adjustable/malleable. I can see why some of you think there's a solution involving the people we have presently living in this country. There ISN'T. The only thing we're begging them is to give kids opportunity to be open minded rather than indoctrinate them as they were subjected to by a sick society, AND THEY'VE NOT AGREED. Abeg jo, let me try sleep |
Every animal who can just barely be understood in the English language would just come on nairaland here and be looking for where to throw his Molotov Cocktail. Brutes |
Sormeh:You yourself need to check yourself out. You're telling creatures to simply stop the way they were wired to act? Are you serious? I don't think you realise how deep the Africa man's problem goes |
Nation of savages |
kettykin:It is sick asses like you that are the problem with Nigeria. And you're in good company because ALMOST ALL NIGERIANS think like you, for their own preferred narrative/choice. Your brains are wired wrongly. Nigerians do not deserve a better country than the one they created. And NO PRESIDENT can solve una problem. Infact any president has to damage this country to satisfy una or else he will be dealt with. Shit |
ritaprincess:How old are you? What have you read in your life? You think Nigeria started in 1999? The vast majority if Nigerians should not have the right to vote because they're dumb as hell and the reason Nigeria is in trouble. By the way, NO ELECTION OR PRESIDENT will make Nigeria a better country. All of this is just excitement of the dumb masses. YOU must change your ways to be a better person for Nigeria to get better but that's not gonna happen because you don't even know you're bad. All of you Nigerians, individually. Shit |
Tycyborg:1 million "likes" and "shares". I have waited a long time to see when other Nigerians will start to understand this message I've been giving them for 30 years now. Nigeria has chosen that people like me become nobody and they've chosen the people they want to be seeing. It is always the whole society, from where the "leaders" learn their ways and are promoted at every stage until they become the leaders |
