One day, many troubles in Nigeria. I see a pattern of deliberate decimation of anything "central government" in the East. To what ends are they doing this? What do UGM want? What triggers all these? |
Yes, for their safety that's acceptable because it seems UGM now operates like ghosts that strikes surprises. Intelligence gathering is key to finding solution to this problem. FG have to de-escalate the use of brutish force in the East as it worsens the whole situation. They should operate in ghost mode too to be able to find these men that is causing problems in the East. |
Issuing ultimatums and threats only endears the evil plan of the wicked politicians behind this state of lawlessness in Owerri. APC is only good in propaganda, lies and denials. They lack substance. Just only six years of APC in leadership, the whole country is crumbling ![]() |
The killing is abit strange! There must be an internal sabotage or information leak of his movement. |
Igbos never forgets! They know their enemies from a distant-esp certain individuals. |
Politicians are messing up the polity for their own vested interest only. Beware of these evil people! |
Eillyeillz:That's quiet a huge sum of money to be domiciled in an individual account in a bank. How can this be true? |
One killing too many! This is a distardly act, and when will this every day murder end? |
Sipsum:That's a very huge money. How can it be in an individual account without raising an eyebrow. ![]() |
$6 billion is a lot of money to stash in an individual account. |
Greed is a destiny killer. Shun greed and be contented with what you have. Work hard by doing right and legitimate things and with time it will pay. There are many thieves parading themselves as legitimately hard working peeps but are poisonous snakes. Don't envy them! They won't tell you their means/source, but use your tongue to count your teeth. |
But Okeke is not an Edo name naah, could that not have raised a red flag for you? |
It is his problem! Who listens to a masquerade who can't talk by himself. He should come out of hiding and tell us why open grazing should not be banned. Meanwhile, the ban is irreversible! |
Says a Senate President who doesn't know his job. He has subsumed the legislative arm of govt to the executive. Which " under threat" is he talking about? |
Buhari and his co-travellers in government are serious mistake! They never should have been given this chance to destroy Nigeria unity because they are too parochial in everything. Tufiakwa! |
WilyWily:Gory and Pathetic! |
Northern hypocrites who over years had done worst to the psyche of Nigerians but cries at every little expression of freedom by other co-owners of Nigeria. If you know you cannot receive blow, why throw blow - (Peter Tosh) |
He should honourably resign from government since his credibility is in question. No sane person will want to give his personal details for safe keep to (previous) terrorist sympathiser. Govt can save the NIN project by appointing another northerner who is not a religious fanatic, otherwise that project already has K-Leg. |
Nukilia:VP YO and likes, were trained to obey leaders in a every circumstances, as this is the will of God. He was trained to rather pray than to point fingers to the obvious flaws of the government of which he's part of. Likewise, many Nigerians we were given similar orientation to always be loyal to elders and people in authority, regardless of their bad demeanour. But I know in the Bible that Elijah looked King Ahab in the eyes, and made declaration that shook their nation at that time. My point is "we should always tell the truth to powers", and "learn how to resign" if what we believe in, are being trampled. No, not VP YO. |
Blankstare:I agree that a fight for freedom, in most cases, does not exclude war. It is obvious that the mind war has been going on covertly for long time now that's why the 1999 constitution (Engineered by Army) remained bogus and skewed. However, with the kind of president we have now, what used to be a smooth operation has become an open assault to the fabric of Nigerian existence, damning any consequences and cared less anyone whose ox were gored. But I felt they'll meet their Waterloo this time. The south should not keep quiet in the face of open assault on their rights. |
Open grazing is banned in the South, full stop! It is yet to sink in those trouble makers head. A grazing route on someone's farm and land, how does it sound? And why do they think southerner don't rear cattle, sheep and goat? The locals know the boundary between farm and pasture, but not those trouble makers from the north. |
You guys vilified Jonathan and he allowed you be and left the stage, but now many of you lost your voice. |
Because Nigerians are inconsequential. He do speak outside the country though but rarely in the country. I'm not sure why it is like that and it's very strange. |
Blankstare:Albeit, even that their fore father couldn't conquer all the south in those dark days. Is it in this 21st century, this age of enlightenment that they will accomplish it? Al Qaeda and ISIS tried and failed woefully because the world cannot go backwards to 5AD. They all scheme alot, I agree, but only because we've allowed them for so long. They knock our heads together in the South, and then take advantage of it. We should be wise as the fox too! |
How will studying of Quran help a poor Nigeria state. Why not STEM courses? |
Can't fathom the reason behind constant attack on police in Anambra. What is their crime? These are people's parents ooo! |
Worry about your own survival in Nigeria first and leave the Jews to their fate. Somehow, over the histories, they've always survived. What about you? |
Both are solutions depending on how it affects the sides concerned. The current system is no longer tenable. |
Absolute nonsense! For a couple of years the south have complained bitterly about the menace of cattle and it herdsmen, and all we hear is silence, or insults or more provocation. I deduce that the north have this false sense of lordship and ownership of Nigeria. How? And when did they arrogate such power to themselves? Open grazing is banned in the South, full stop! No more discussion about this! |
Why would the South pander to the dictates and wishes of the north? For what reason? Open grazing is banned in the South, full stop! If The Southerners starts going to farm with AK-47 for protection, the govt will kick but the fulanis can roam about with AK-47, what kind of hypocrisy is this. Which law permits heardsmen to bear lethal arm? |
So called leaders without vision, ethos or direction. Best described as charlatans that thought they have values. |
It is not true Pastor. Your generation failed to leave the stage neither did they leave a legacy of functioning Nigeria, to the same youth. And the blame game continues, right? |
