Exactly something a Nupe man from Bida can do.

Y'all southerners whenever or wherever you someone from from Bida threatens you, you either make peace sharp sharp with that person or you make sure you're guarded as well.

Yea.. handled a part of my dad's business immediately after school. Although I was in a lot of money some idiots who wanted favour were spying on me and casting my business inside his business. I was full of energy, I made sure the whole thing ran smoothly and I was actually making triple returns weekly than the previous manager. Bursting the target set, running the drivers and ensuring all the trucks were in good shape without asking him for a dime. On top of it I triple quadrupled the clientele base... Even took it interstate. But old man no still let me breath.
Most times he just overides my decision with his authority making me look stupid before some clients who were due to be served, rather he would make me serve some others because they're his friends of friends. I work with money and booking on a first come first serve basis but then pops go just call from house and give instructions which I can't overlook.
It got to a point I couldn't take it anymore and I just quit cos it was even causing a strain on my relationship with him. The moment I left that part of his business crumbled due to poor management. If only he would allow me free reign. Family business sweet sha but it has its downsides. I'm not cut out for that.

See as you allow family bread soak.

Nawa for you!

It started great. I started in the customer service department, and after a while, I was tasked with managing that and also supervising a unit of the operations team. It was supposed to be some sort of promotion for the good work done so far

And that was where the wahala started. About a year later, I submitted a notice of resignation, and left after two weeks.

I dey find work now Sha lol. I am a graduate of Communications, and I have years of work experience in customer service/relations and logistics and transportation.

I actually thought of keeping them and selling them off in the future. There has been a heavy crack down on violent porn in recent years and in few years it might not exist again. If heavy-r dot com and motherless dot com close down, no more free access to violent porn. So on that note, yes I deleted the videos, but they are still in my recycle bin, in case I slip up. I have over 2000 of these videos. It's a huge investment to just throw away.

Below are all my folders and the opened one is the PST(Psycho-thrillers) folder.

Congratulations I'm glad you're thinking towards that light.

You can copy to another drive or to your Google drive account.

You can make money out of these videos.

You can even email these companies and let them know.

Please when it pays don't forget me. We can connecting outside this platform. Lol

He has to learn how to handle his finances. Only experience can teach him so let him bear his cross. You can be there for him in other ways in terms of advice and other more critical needs.

Let everyone have their equal share from proceeds of the land sale. Then anyone who wants to can assist him.

Your bro still has a lot to learn in terms of accountability and you have to stop petting him. You don't take people's monies and play Ponzi with it.

In as much as I agree with everything you've said here.

But reason am nah when him debtors don kill am he want come dey learn?

What i suggest is that if he has the money to buy the land he should, then enter an agreement with the brother to pay back the money within a certain period of time let's say 4-5 years unfailing to pay back; he should forget about the land as it now belongs to him.

This should be documented in with a lawyer and other family members.

By so doing it's a win win situation for the both of them.

Let me tell you the little

In Nigeria, you can wake up one day, take a cutlass, and go into farming. You can do anything you like. When I say anything, I mean do anything for money, even stay online to support the current government, and over night you become a millionaire. You can do so many things to set up a business, like those people frying akara and other businesses on the street.

Check around your entertainment industry and your city; most people who relocate back from abroad to Nigeria with nothing end up becoming something because they have learned that there is money in Nigeria.

The US is just like Nigeria, where you can do anything to make money.

You said people go abroad and start making it. People become millionaires daily in Nigeria.

Among the 15 million Nigerians living abroad, only about 5 million are doing well for themselves.
The system will make you feel comfortable; that's why you see some people who spent 20 years abroad without a house.

From there, you still see some people who live in counties that are as difficult as Italy; they have houses, but those in Canada don't even have land because you continue to pay bills.

Do you think Nigeria is more lucrative or?

I set up a restaurant business in a good area of Nigeria, and if I manage it well in less than 10 years, I will become a very successful person.

Because to start with there's little or no job that can make an average Nigerian without support from background scale up that ladder real fast.

One thing I have learned in some of the countries I have been to is that nobody cares about your school certificate; what matters are your skills. I have seen so many Nigerians who went for master's degrees but ended up washing plates. If you tell them to wash the plates and make money in Nigeria, they will tell you, "God forbid," but they prefer to wash that plate outside.
There are some people I knew 10 years ago who started businesses in Nigeria, and now they have achieved a lot from those businesses.

So many persons have gone abroad and achieved success within a short period of time compared to how they would have if they remain in Nigeria.

Out of the thousands that move out every day, you only see a few who come online to make noise, and the only thing saving some of them is because they moved into digital marketing and some started doing other online hustles, which they could've done in Nigeria.

What I am trying to say is that if you want to become a very successful person leave your bed room do those dirty job you are seeing on the street and give your self time. People will tell you they can't do farm work but they are looking for the job abroad and they can't even find it.

Someone will tell you Nigeria is not good but he will open orphanage hoke in less than 10 years you start hearing their name.

Me, I am just writing rubbish sha; I am just jobless here like every other Nigerian using the platform I created in Nigeria to pay N400k in house rent every month abroad.

Who want to see my Netherlands post bayi?

This should be one of the best answers I've gotten to a question asked rh in NL.

I love how articulate your responses are, I've learnt quite a lot. And I'm going to move on with this mindset.

However I will like to know which platform is that? You've began with being 100% honest with your reply I will appreciate if we continue with that.

I'm just a young lad who just recently came off Uni I need all the ideas, input and push I can get Egbon.

It's easier to become a millionaire in Nigeria than anywhere else in the world apart from the US.

Sorry to bother you a little bit, but I will like to know why.

Do you think Nigeria is more lucrative or? Like I don't understand. Because to start with there's little or no job that can make an average Nigerian without support from background scale up that ladder real fast, let me not say fast, but in actual time as it's mandated for him.

So many persons have gone abroad and achieved success within a short period of time compared to how they would have if they remain in Nigeria. So I will like to know why you're saying this.

And why is the USA an exception?
