What's with the name Collins and heartbreak? I know a Collins, a Uber Driver that brought his girl to Lagos to serve here. He processed everything himself, got the girl a place in my company and was about to get a bigger apartment for them both. But the girl dumped his ass after meeting "bigger boys" in Lagos. |
Gerrard59:I'm not exactly a fan of that either. |
The show has no direction. There's even no clear prerequisites to winning. It adds nothing. It's not educative. To me it's not even entertaining. I don't want to believe any body with a high IQ would allow this kind of contents into their psyche. |
What is all these nonsense over BBN on Nairaland sef? Fine, it's selling because a lot of Nigerians watched it. But then it's being taken too far. FP is filled with posts and posts over BBN. Please, not all Nigerians are shallow and puerile. Some of want want informative, educative posts. If we can't get that here. Well... |
reversedrolez:So, why are the brains not changing the environment? Or are humans at the mercy of our societies? |
No wonder Africa continues to retain the back seat in the affairs of the world. The only thing we're contributing to the advancement of the human race is women with big bum bum and men with long pricks. We don't invest in research, but invest in Big Brother, politics and religion. So sad. |
For the guy to say this kind of thing, they're either very close friends or he has hit that pucci many times. And one person will still stress to marry this one. Nawa o |
I'm so devastated by this news. |
Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, one of the biggest stars of electronic dance music (EDM) in Europe, was found dead on Friday afternoon in Muscat, Oman, his U.S. publicist said. Avicii, whose real name is Tim Bergling, was 28. "It is with profound sorrow that we announce the loss of Tim Bergling, also known as Avicii," publicist Diana Baron said in a statement. "The family is devastated and we ask everyone to please respect their need for privacy in this difficult time." No cause of death was given and Baron said no further statements would be released. Avicii, known for hits like "Wake Me Up" and "Hey Brother," announced in 2016 that he was retiring from touring. He later told Billboard magazine he had made the decision for health reasons. "The scene was not for me. It was not the shows and not the music. It was always the other stuff surrounding it that never came naturally to me," he told the magazine. "I'm more of an introverted person in general. It was always very hard for me. I took on board too much negative energy, I think," he added at the time. However, he did not stop making music, releasing a six-track EP album in August 2017. Avicii won a number of American Music Awards, Billboard music awards and MTV Europe Music awards for his EDM work. Culled from Reuters

This is deep and educative. But as long as it's not about CeeC or Tobi, or African Goddess' breasts ; people cannot be bothered |
Realdeals:God bless you for this. This has been my narrative but seems folks are carried away with the fly over and roads. |
No matter how much I claim I like a babe, I always control how I spend for them. Honestly as a guy, when you love a girl you'd want to buy things for them. That's natural, but you have to check it. Only give them things that you won't regret giving, things you could give any other person. Especially when you're dating a girl between 20-25. They usually have a lot of 'toasters' in that period because it's their prime. They have toasters from young people to old men who lie to them to have a taste of their fresh toto. And they usually fritter from one person to another believing it's a better deal. This is why they grow up to become bitter unmarried feminists online. |
prince3009:I swear, Bro. The way guys act around girls sometimes baffles me. You see rich handsome guys demeaning themselves before trashy girls and those ones will be using them to score points. I don't understand how guys have such low esteem |
These hoes are never loyal. When dating a girl, I ensure I don't give her anything that would pain me. Why are u trying desperately to impress her? Na so she fine reach? You gats nack that babe wella now that you still have the chance |
post=66753069:The same way I'll criticize a governor from Anambra is the same way I'll criticize a governor from Oyo state or Gombe state. I'm above ethnic solipsism and bigotry. Try that with the next person, please. Thanks. |

The Shiites are what majority of Nigerians can't be. Taking their destinies into their own hands. Their leader has been incarcerated for years despite several court rulings. They've been massacred in hundreds and hastily buried. If Nigerians could organise protests and challenge our wicked leaders, maybe we our days of redemption might come in our lifetime. |
All this PR and hype from Obiano yet the city is as dirty and disorganized as fucck. First time here and I'm so disappointed |
oluwasegun007:Fam, have you seen the Port Harcourt "International Airport?" You'll think you're dreaming |
You people really need to stop all this threads about Ibadan ![]() I'm missing my city like mad. Lagos is not the place for me. It's only occupation that's keeping me here in Lagos. Once I get a job or a stable online business, I'm out of this over-populated over-priced, overrated, dirty Lagos. |
This is very bad. English is our language of instruction. If you cannot articulate yourself in English, how will you impart on your students? This is very critical and we should stop hiding under the guise of "English is not our language" "English is not the true measure of intelligence" blah blah blah. Anything worth doing is worth doing well. |
If this is true, then this is disheartening, sad and unfortunate. See the way their partners they've sworn to be with for life are being degraded, belittled and maligned. Seeing your partner describe you like this to a lover can lease to suicidal acts. It's psychologically demeaning. |
moscobabs:That second book you mentioned is the best Nigerian book I ever read. It's too underrated |
Funny thing is there are soldiers at major villages. Wonder where they disappear too when these things happen. Very weird. Passed that route on my way to Jalingo yesterday |
Passed that route today to Jalingo. The north just looks like Mogadishu. First time in the north. Nice but scary |
As usual Nigerians will swallow this hook, line and sinker. Ignorance kills, me |
YorubaAssasin:This is the dumbest thing I've read this week. Do you think everyone would be spineless, cowardly and fearful as you. He will definitely see other jobs. He'll be reverred for his honesty, sincerity and uprightness. Everywhere is not Nigeria, man |
coolh3ad:I didn't really get that she was bounced. Even if she was bounced, it wasn't because of those factors she listed. She probably dressed like an oloso. Clubs like Quilox are very picky about single girls they let in. Your phone isn't what they are looking for. |
coolh3ad:Yes, I have. Not once, not twice. If she went alone or with other girls , she might have been bounced though. High brow clubs are very careful about the kind of ladies they let in into their premises. The "Oloso" factor. |
Where exactly? That's where I am right now though |
Attention seeking hoe. It's only dumbasses that would believe this poo. |
Boss13:Historically, London has always been a very dirty and ugly city. They merely improved after the industrial revolution. Now, it's sinking back into its old ways. It's very appalling and annoying when they spew rubbish about blacks and Eastern Europe while trying to exonerate themselves. A typical English person believes he is better than every other person on earth. |

meaning.... Your attitude (good/bad) is like a smoke... A good attitude is a beauty to behold.
