I want to know the relevant department to deal directly with in terms of securing a direct termination route from three major GSM network providers, like MTN, GLO and Zain
I currently have large volume of minutes to those networks via my voip interconnection and tired paying to other providers when am a Nigerian in the first place. Iam currently running half a million minutes per month
Any idea on the how to go around this interconnection will be highly appreciated. Did you ever get the direct termination you were looking for? I know the tread is old but was wondering if you were successful. |

Flets: These IOCs should ensure they finalize negotiations with these unions before issuing sack letters. These oil facility shutdown will not affect the IOCs alone but the country as well. The relevant ministries who are meant to intervene would stay mute as usual.
I also heard they were employing more oyibo expats while sacking national personnel. And to even think that crude is at about $60/ barrel now compared to the $30+/ barrel about a year ago begs the question for further sack.
This un-negotiated sack would never happen in their home country where labour law strictly applies.. Since you say i am the ignorant one, i have quoted your original post again. To begin with, stop this beer parlour "i heard". Where did you hear that they are employing expats to sack national personnel? Expats all over the world are being recalled due to the downturn and you are here "hearing beer parlour gist". You obviously know nothing about this topic so let me educate you a little. You say crude is now 60 as if that changes anything. You realize you are talking about Oil futures right? The 60 dollars you quoted, which by the way is currently less than 55, is for future delivery. How does that impact their current position? So because crude is now higher, it will all of a sudden offset all the losses incurred for the past 2 years? You realize that Nigerian Workers are actually the most protected when it comes to Exxon? Heck even Chevron. In the US, you don't enjoy the kind of protections the workers get in Nigeria, hence why your comment that they can't do such in their countries is blatantly wrong. People have been laid off for over 2 years all over the world and for some reason, you expect Nigeria to be an exception, because Nigerians are special? My guy park well. Please show me where the law is that says there needs to be "a negotiated sack" in the US before Exxon can layoff workers. I'm waiting. If you can't provide such then you are the ignorant one and just lied for the sake of it. Let me even help you. In Texas, where Exxon is situated, they only need to notify labor dept, if the number of expected employee layoffs exceeds a certain threshold. They do not have to have any negotiated nada. Politics › Re: New Look Of Lekki Roundabouts (photos, video) by EbolaParasite: 3:39pm On Nov 29, 2016 |
humilitypays: Any sensible person elected as Lagos State governor will perform, and you know why?
1. Lagos is the economic hub of Nigeria and Africa, and as a result, it has the highest IGR (Internally Generated Revenue), which makes huge amount of fund readily available for the governor and government of Lagos State to embark on developmental projects
2. Majority of people living in Lagos are economically productive and pay direct/indirect tax to Lagos State government unlike South-south states that generate majority of their fund from Federal Government allocation, but with huge wastage, infrastural/human destruction, increased security cost, etc resulting from militancy that's peculiar with any economy that's dependent on natural mineral resource.
3. Less oppostion. All thanks to Bola Tinubu who made frantic efforts in the past decades to kill every emerging opposition party in Lagos State. This makes it less stressful for any Lagos State governor to initiate and execute developmental projects without much delay from the state assembly.
4. Unique tribe and culture. Leading Lagos State is easy because Lagos is a homogenous tribe; Yoruba, unlike other states in the north and south-south were you will have more than 6 different tribes in one state speaking over 10 different dialects, making it difficult for there to be unification because each tribe will be fighting for their tribe's interest to the detriment of other tribes in the state.
Take Delta State for in stance.
This is the same challenges Nigeria is facing today, and Fashola has now realised that being successful as a Lagos State governor is not the same with being a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.
So in conclusion, any sensible adult can perform as a governor of Lagos State...to test that person's ability to excel, give him or her a national leadership role and watch the outcome.
Football fans have also argued in this same direction in regards to Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi who has only played in one club; Barcelona, compared to C. Ronaldo who has played and excelled in different clubs in different European countries. Your head is there. Ori e kpe juh. Your papa and mama will not be disappointed. Money well spent on you. Don't mind all the people making noise. Isn't the economy of Lagos, like the 5th or 6th biggest in Africa or sonething like that. Any Governor of Lagos that does not perform would have to be a retard based on the amount of resources and revenue available. |

netmillionaires: Have you make payment with a dollar card before? Do you know how it works? When you enter into a GTB branch, do you pay in dollars to get a dollar card or you pay in naira? Do you think if this is how easy it is all the importers won't just get a dollar card to transact business to avoid destroying the country? Your arguement is something I don't want to talk about... It's a proof that you don't know how exchange works. The point of exchange is what change cos there will still be an exchange... When U receive Western Union the banks force you to exchange it right there at the official rate but will sell the same dollars they get from you to someone who needs it at blackmarket rate thereby profiting from your sweat. Go and talk to the banks who destroys the country. Once again, let's say I bring in nothing less than $3000 monthly and take out about $200 in what way am I destroying the economy. Do you buy clothes, cars, foods, ampliance, books etc? Definitely, you do. Do you earn dollars? very likely u don't. So believe it or not, it is people like who who brings in nothing yet buys foreign goods even when you pay in naira are the people destroying the country because all these things you survive on must be paid for in dollars by someone else. When you stop buying cars, clothes, ampliance etc you can come back to stake a challenge. You are just giving yourself unnecessary headache. I stand by my comments. Get a domicilliary account and get a dollar denominated card. You say you earn dollars? Then you have no reason not to have a domicilliary account. Mind you, there is no limit on Dollar Denominated Cards. To fund your dollar card, you simply go to the bank and pay in dollars. Either that or you receive funds into your domicilliary account. You people just like to "yarn" anyhow. Stop using Naira cards for dollar transactions!!! |

netmillionaires: But I bring in more dollars than I use naira. So I can say to me it is fair. I bring in more than 10x dollars than I spend. Just that I use my nigerian bank card once in a while and the transaction is always a ripoff... That is why I said why charge me at #320 when I want to withdraw my payoneer dollars into nigerian banks while charging me at #470-#490 when I want to buy something with my naira card... You failed to see where I mentioned bringing in dollars but instead chose to quote where I talked about using naira card. Haba! Whether you bring in Dollars is irrelevant. There are Dollar denominated cards. Use them if you need transactions in dollars. Naira cards are made for transactions in Naira. When you use your Naira card, you putting undue stress on the Nigerian Banks. They do not have enough Dollars to meet their obligations to the foreign banks. They run loses when you use your Naira Card. Again, you guys are the ones killing the Naira. |

muyoge: The Bible says God has made all things for Himself even the wicked for the day of evil.(Prov 16:4
A lot of us would never appreciate God if there were no devil.
If there were no diseases, how would we know God can heal? If there were no death, how would we know God can raise the dead?
The existence of satan makes us appreciate God more because He is ever there to save us from the devil and when we are saved, a stronger love and bond is built between God and us.
Whether the devil exists or not, that doesn't matter anymore since there is that great love and bond between God and us. Why create diseases to show you can heal? If there were no diseases, life would be peaceful, aint it? Why allow the devil in the first place? If the devil didn't exist maybe there'd be no evil? |
