Christianity EtcRe: 666 Are We This Close? by ebos(m): 5:43pm On Jul 26, 2007
If it could be possible to show here one of the videos of a crusade organised by one of the protestants who hired an herbalist to perform miracles in his crusade, I would have been happy to do that. This young man is an occultist but he's such a cute guy and is quite educated. He used to come to my place of work, and one day we were discussing about these pastors and their miracles. He was just laughing at us and at the end, he said Catholic Church was the only denomination he could advise his people to go if they really wanted to worship God - (not just trying to back my church or whatever). I then asked him why? He said a Pastor from one of the Protestants Churches invited him to his crusade to perform miracles – just to win over more members for him. This happened when I was in Port Harcourt and this young man lived close to Stadium Road, Elekahia, but the church was in Onitsha and the crusade took place in a rural community in the same Onitsha. I doubted him, not that I thought he was telling me lies but I wanted him to get me the video coverage of the crusade. He now promised to bring the video cassette and he did bring it to me. I watched this video alongside with few other people and we were short of words. After everything, he told me he was able to let me have the video because I would not be able to know the Pastor and his church. I tell you, if you see this man in action at the crusade, it was like he has been a Pastor for over 10 years. He said, he has been doing this in many other places outside Rivers State where people don't know him. He was using his charms to perform magic for them at the crusade and they were jumping and falling down uncontrollably. It happened life and it is because we are after miracles.

Though, Oprah was wrong to have made such unguided statement. But the way I’m seeing Nigerians reacting to Oprah’s statement, If it could be possible to lay hands and detonate bombs on her, men, guess what Nigerians would do. It’s like she has awaken sleeping lions.

Just imagine Oprah, I used to like her so much but for this, i don't think i like her anymore angry angry angry

she doesnt know that she is including herself because i believe she is from igbo (one of d slaves) grin grin grin
Could it be that all the blacks in America and South Africa migrated from Igbo? Today, I have come to believe they are truly the Jews who scattered everywhere in the world. This could be a prophetic comment made unknowingly.

I said some of the 2-2 and not all. You know what I'm saying. Some hired mercenaries for their O Level, later got admission, and was able graduate thru the bottom power or whatever. We have some SS3 Students from good private schools that can compete and defeat some of these 2-2 and third class babes. It is a fact, but not all. It's only someone that falls in this category can dispute this simple truth.

Christianity EtcRe: I Find Church Services Boring by ebos(m): 10:49am On Jul 26, 2007
I was also in a senior seminary school but never saw Catholic boring. It has been very lively even as I have given up becoming a Priest for a long time (Personal decision) not because I didn't find it good. Though, I know those who find Catholic Church boring are the Sunday Sunday Medicine ones who don't read bible while in the Catholic and always in the forefront to say they have seen the light once they are lured into other denominations. A survey carried out sometime ago shows that unemployment and greed are the cause of establishing many churches with many names like "Pointed Nose of Christ Church," Good Ears of Christ Church," Footsteps of Christ Church," etc. That is why we go for miracle forgetting that the real miracle is when you change from your sinful ways. That is why we feel boring in most of these churches. We think we can plate our hairs because my Pastor is plating his. I want to be like my Pastor is the common thing. Most people don't want to be like Christ again. Riches is the common sermon or homily we hear every Sunday. God has called me today, tomorrow I will open my own church without answering the call of God in the same church He called me. I think Satan is at work and many have been deceived by false pastors who claims to know the truth. May God have mercy on us.

ACCA and ICAN

It depends where you are. ICAN is only in Nigeria and ACCA is worldwide. So, ACCA provides you better and wider opportunities than ICAN. I know ICAN is quite good in Nigeria, but I think ACCA is preferable.

Please take note that I misnamed the person that wrote the bibles that were burned by the Catholic Chruch. It was not Stephen Langston. They were Wyclif and Tyndale that wrote the bibles that were burned by the Catholic. But Stephen Langston was a Catholic Archbishop of the Canterbury who translated bible into printed form. Before then the bible was not in a printed form, it was in a scroll, something like wood and scattered in different places. Stephen Langston with the help of other Catholic Priests had to gather them together. It took hundreds of years after Stephen Langston translated the bible that Wyclif and Tyndale came up with their faulty versions of their own bibles and circulated it to deceive many.
Christianity EtcRe: I Find Church Services Boring by ebos(m): 9:27am On Jul 26, 2007
There is nothing wrong in clapping and dancing in the presence of God. Remember, Saul's daughter despised King David because he danced for God and in the presence of the Isralites when the Covenant Box was returned. She became barren for life and I believe she was the only woman in the bible that remained barren throughout her life in the history of Israel. Other women like Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth etc were barren at a certain period of time but were later conceived and gave births. Though, I'm not comfortable with clapping of hands and dancing when it becomes too long. It has to be moderate for everybody to enjoy it.
FamilyRe: How Hard Is It To Remain In Marriage? by ebos(m): 9:16am On Jul 26, 2007
For marriage to work, you have to overlook certain things your partner does, never believe anything you hear from outside about your wife without SOLID proof. mutual respect, be mature enough, digits doesn't count here and finally it must find its root in love and the fear of God.

Christianity EtcRe: I Find Church Services Boring by ebos(m): 6:53pm On Jul 25, 2007
My brother you are not the only person experiencing this, maybe my own problem is that I have been a staunch Catholic and never finds it boring in my church. But I do face that problem each time a friend invites me for thanksgiving in any of the protestant churches. They will tell to pray for this, you will pray. Pray for that again, you will pray. They will continue like that until you finish all the prayers and don't know what to pray again; hence you will be watching them as they keep on praying. As if God has not heard their prayers. For close to 5 years now, I have not been in any of the protestant church - Crusade, Nigh of Wonders etc. I know I don't miss my Sunday masses in Catholic. Note, I know your own church will also be good to you. Every denomination has its own method of worship.

I wonder why some people are asking why EFCC has not arrested Ojukwu. Should Ojukwu be compared with those arrested? We all know that Ojukwu, after the civil war has not held any public office. Let us accept the simple truth. EFCC is trying and at the same time, we know the same EFCC's war against corruption is selective. We must not rule out this. I support all the arrests as long as they will back it up with evidence. Again, I'm yet to know when EFCC was appointed to defend any person (Obasanjo). EFCC has told us to present any evidence that can nail Obasanjo and once we do that, Obasanjo will be arrested and has even gone as far as saying that Obasanjo is not corrupt. We are yet to see the result of the National ID Card despite billions of naira that was budgeted for it. There are many allegations against Obasanjo, yet Obasanjo has not been invited for interrogation. We also know that Orji Kalu was arrested without any evidence. Finally, I support EFCC in its fight against corruption believing that those who think they are free today will one day be brought to book. Let them continue with those available now.
RomanceRe: Why Did You Break Up With Your Ex? by ebos(m): 5:57pm On Jul 25, 2007
Got her today, two weeks later dump her. Before her, I got another one, lost interest within a week. It has been like that. Some even think I'm possessed with one kind spirit. Note, I didn't take them to the room and was not after that. The reason was that the girl I was before them politely told me she was going to marry, we didn't quarrel for a day. I was not ready to marry then, so, I reluctantly said no problem. She saw the pain in my eyes and tried to calm me down. Since she married, I have never got a girl that could be like her till today. To me, is like someone has taken my wife.

Quite alright we are taxed twice as much by our inability to learn, three times as much by our folly. Refusing to be trained ultimately erodes power. I don’t need to convince large numbers of people to change; instead, I need to put up the annoyance of a good example. I know a cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, however, what is me, is quite separate from the not-me, and yet we wonder why there are conflicts of ideas. The conflicts begin with minds that believe in crumbling and are ignorant of whole truth. Now I'm vindicated.

EFCC must hear this. Is no different from 419. This kind of thing happened at Nkpogu when I was in Port Harcourt. They invited people for interview and I came for the Interview too. We had to wait for hours at TEKO HOTEL where they said Interview would be conducted. The company was a Finance Firm. There nobody addressed us; we had to make calls by ourselves to find out what was wrong. The man that picked the calls was in Abuja. So, we asked the Hotel Management if they were not aware of this, They said yes. Then we asked them, how come they allowed such number of people into their premises (about 180 people) and could not ask us why we are here. They could not give us a satisfactory answer. We had to rage a little and those that lodged in the hotel were not happy, even other people that wanted to book rooms there had to go back. We did it intentionally because they thought they could take us for granted because of unemployment. Most of risked our present works then only to be ridiculed. They sent us notification to come for the interview via emails and text messages after we had applied to them through Post. The only different was that they did not make money from us. But they just ridiculed us. High rate of unemployed is the cause. It is not their fault.
Christianity EtcRe: 666 Are We This Close? by ebos(m): 10:47am On Jul 25, 2007
The sins of those deceived will be on the Pastors, and they that allowed themselves to be deceived will also be held responsible. Some have been asking why Catholic Priests forgive sins. (Go to John Chapter 20 vs 21-23) Where Jesus greeted his Apostles and said peace be with you. The sins you forgive are forgiven, the ones you retain are retained. Come inside Catholic Church and know what is happening. You can't be outside and know what is happening. You talk about burning of incense – Luke 1 vs 9-11 The Priest Zachariah was burning Incense when the Angel of God appeared to him. Again Revelation 8vs 2-4 – The Angels of God burning Incense in heaven. So, for the fact that there are those burning incense at the altar of Satan does not invalidate the burning of Incense before God. If not my work here, I would used this opportunity to educate you more on Catholic Doctrine. I know I will be chanced tomorrow. Prepare your questions and I will answer you all.
Christianity EtcRe: 666 Are We This Close? by ebos(m): 10:26am On Jul 25, 2007
@ Babeearly

May God have mercy on you! You have been deceived to the extent that you have gone against what you don't know. Your attack on Roman Catholic is an evidence that devil is at work. Jesus Christ prayed that His church may be one and the gate of hell cannot prevail against it. There is no other church that is one today except the Catholic Church. That oneness is the reason every catholic has to listen to Pope who is the visible head of the Christian faith today. Jesus Christ also said at the end of time devil will deceive many, if possible, even the elect. We know devil has deceived a lot of people and that is why we see different denominations springing up claiming that they have the truth. The truth is that they have failed to spread the original teachings which was handed over by Christ and the Apostles either by way of epistle or tradition. Get this portion of bible - brethren stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle (II Thessalonians 2 vs 15). The traditions are what Catholics does and you question if they are in the Bible. The last book of John has stated that not everything Christ did was recorded down in the bible, so I believe those that are not recorded are the traditions you question if they are in the bible. The elects are the original chosen ones which I called the Catholic and its followers. I’m sorry to say this, Jehovah Witness has been in the forefront of attacking Pope and the Catholics, but they covered their faces in shame when Pope John Paul died. They saw both the Muslims and the entire world testified the good work of the late humble servant of God. Since Pope’s death, they hardly write anything again against Catholic Church. Some have gone to say that Catholic Church burned many bibles. Yes, Catholic Church did that, but the bibles they burnt were written by Stephen Langston and his Co because they were faulty. There is no amount of criticism that will move Catholic Church from the truth. Some churches claimed they read bible. If I may ask, who wrote the bible? Catholic Church. It is surprising that some churches that sprouted up yesterday began to question the power of Catholic Church which has been into existence before the birth of the grandfathers of the so-called founders of those churches. They question the very church that wrote the bible they claim they are following. We all know their greed and Satan has continued to blindfold their followers that resist the known truth. Referring Pope as the beast is clearly the seen against the Holy Spirit. That is resisting the known truth. Tomorrow somebody will rise and claim God has called him, the next thing is to open his own church. Why not be there and serve the God that called you? If Catholic Church is the problem, why many churches today? At least we should have had 2 – five churches. We know money is their problem, if they can’t get the largest share, they establish their own. Greed.

Can you plot very well? It seems this is my problem. I can go a long way creating good stories, but plotting is my problem. I'm just 65% good in that, but creating stories different from what we are watching here is no problem to me. I have a lot of stories created so far. I'm also a good comedian, only that I have not fully come out to show myself. Probably, because of my work.

RomanceRe: My Boyfriend Apparently Wants To Marry This Other Girl by ebos(m): 5:03pm On Jul 24, 2007
You can get what you want from him only if he loves you. I believe what you should be doing now is to be visiting the guy's parents as often as you can. I'm telling you, once you root urself in the hearts of his parents and brothers and sisters, you are in a better position than the other girl. You will not be in the position to fight again, his own people will fight for you. I could remember years back when my brother brought a certain girl and introduced her to us as a wife to be, but as things went on, he saw another girl and was trying to marry this new girl. So, the former girl who is now his wife used to visit my mum, helping her in some domestic works, filling my packet with some cash and I declared my support for her. The day the new girl came with my brother, my mother was at home discussing with some women who came to see her, and this new girl greeted them. These women who had already knew the former girl pretended as if they didn't hear the greeting of this new girl charged against her. Can't you greet? Who are you by the way? But I greeted, said the girl. when did you greet us now? You mean we don't have ears again? Look let today be the last you will come here, our son has somebody he wants to marry etc. That's settle everything. They were looking for any opportunity to state their position, and they did just that. So, make his people your own people. With their people on your side, the guy can't go against you. That's the secret.
