Sometimes, Nigeria defies basic economic principles. those items are expensive and cant be stored easily. Sausage needs fridge, fish too will spoil without refrigeration, Catfish can still last but i guess patronage has dropped. Na beer and ponmo most people dey buy 😆😆 |

Spiff20: and there's no guarantee that Japa will be successful. I've seen so many people stranded in the UK, wishing to return even flight ticket they don't have. So make everybody rest. Business and Japa are two risks, anyone you choose, let the gods of time and chance guide you. in my original post i never told him or her to japa. I said 6m cant even take you to any better country. Like your said both are risks |

Wickedfacts: The richest Nigerians are based here. There is a ceiling as to how much you can make working in your system over there. Here, no limits.
I bought a Renewable Energy company from someone who ran off to Canada. He was thinking like you and left his business to his thieving staff here. Got the list of his clients and gave them an offer they can never refuse.
Incidentally, Tinubu removed subsidy on petrol. Between June and today, I've made multiple times the previous annual turnover.
So, keep your 9-5 in your place but never ever tell down on those running businesses here. That is pure house slave behaviour. the richest Nigerians mostly live abroad. They have houses there all their kids and wives have dual nationality. Where Otedola, adenuga, indimi and co pikin dey live lol. U cut into our and don’t have the full picture. My comment was that someone who is not business inclined going to do business with that 6m will likely lose it given the current economic climate. Good that you made money. What of those that just imported generators or just built petrol stations ? |

Of you don't have people to tell you how it is to your face, I can. You're a. I don't use such words. You're in Canada but talking as if you're in Nigeria. I wasn’t talking to you . Like i said if you are not business oriented that 6m no go last 1 year before hot tears enter |

Karleb: Bros ehn!
Doing business is not even bad but I hate the way they say it as if businesses don't fail.
Any business you are starting now in this economy will likely fail. No one is wishing you bad but that's just the reality as per current Nigeria situation.
Abi this people no dey watch news ni?
By the time you start spending #6m, you go know say Naira don finish completely. they are mostly inspire to aspire people looking for who to scam or who will give them money for business. A relative that is into a side of real estate don dey cash out tey tey. Don dey complain. Iron rod expensive, cement. Sales don drop too. Completed projects dey ground no buyers. I won't argue with you about Canada but you've got nothing to talk about doing business profitably in Nigeria. i’m doing business in Nigeria. Some you lose . Some you gain. At least in my case i have salary to fall back on. I wont now come here to tell people who have nothing to fall back on to gamble all their money in business they dont even know well |

Wodu89: Typical Nigerian condemnation behavior. Do you know the number of Nigerians who buy polythene wholesale put it in their bus and move shop to shop supplying them. No intermediaries and making profits ?
Condemnation of everything leads people astray. Let's speak positively that makes pathways clearer not darker for people. if you are not business oriented you will lose that money. My best friends dad has a nylon making factory. No think say na novice we be here. More businesses fail than succeed in Nigeria |

Wodu89: Don't downgrade 6M. I'm sure you can't gift it out. With investment of 6M in ordinary polythene (nylon) retailing, after a year one would have made 300-500% ROI. The issues is people with capacity think some businesses are too dirty and do not think in the direction at all
6M can establish multiple pos centres
6M will setup multiple viewing centres
Drink depot's
Wholesale distributorship
Pepper soup relaxation joint
Etc inspire to aspire. Multiple multiple. Where the staff will steal your money and assets. Like we never do business before or have people doing business |

If you are not business inclined or have run a business before you will surely fail and your 6m will vanish. You will then go back to square one. People are talking about business person with 6m self dey talk 🤣
Even the 6m cant take you to any better country with the exchange rate.

I’m Yoruba but prior to the British there was nothing called Yoruba. So the same thing you say about hausa also applies to Yoruba. The Igbos were know as Eboes then. They are still igbos now. |
