I registered about 5domains on porkbun 5days ago and I changed the nameservers to DAN. The domains are giving me error whenever I try to load them on my browser. I did outbound on one of them without even knowing. But I recently checked them and the error is still showing.

If your DNS fails to propagate between 24-48hrs, I think you should write to Dan or Porkburn. I've had similar experience but domain registrar was Dynadot.

I think he may also be sending more than required. A month warmed is not strong enough to contain the total 500 daily limit. And I hope the warming is not him periodically, and manually, sending mails to the account.

Please how do you know when your email lands into a spam box? Is there any tool to detect that. The email I created few weeks ago lands on the inbox of my other email addresses but I don't know if it's the same when I outbound.

I use my normal gmail for outbound but I have a custom email just in case the need comes up.

Sold a total of 56 domains since my inception into this thread.

I hold around 100+ geo domains. While other domains SH owned, emds, brandables, madeups etc around 300.

I have lost almost 40+ Sales this year on Geos..buyer agreed on Dan I refuse payment, or agree and remainded mute...it has become normal thing for me now...one agreed to pay 250 yesterday and edon remain mute.

Outbounding needs grit and patience. We put all hopes in Allah.

I have been making an average of 3 or 4 sales of Geos every month. Quite above the minimum wage...I went fully into outbounding this 2021...it can be boring sometimes and frustrating. Sometimes I give myself 1 week break.. or free days to relax ....flex. if I'm not outbounding I'm in d football field...or doing other stuffs.. basically I make d rules.

There is isn't any month I didn't make a Geo sales. My results hasn't been exceptional but at least a bit consistent.

I don't know what advice to give. Cause, the more time I spend...I realize I don't know anything or what method works.

Just do your thing, try not to spam, try to be professional and pray.

All my outbounds are manually done.

I may drop all my sales very soonest......perhaps it may add up. But there isn't anything inside of it that hasn't been on this gem thread.... just repetitions and arbitrations.

It's really quite a tough time for we newbies to get in the domain space for geos...because expireddomains these days is full with junks...the USA economy has been fcked up by Biden--small businesses in the ruins, covid 19, more competition s, avalanche of similar names etc.

Here's my small advice.
The Gmail for ur marketplace accounts, Dan Epik and afternic should be different from ur outbounding acct..
Create generic Gmail accounts and use them for outbounding...u can assign 10-15 domains per acct depending on ur portfolio size.
Eg
H-net Domains
EDG Domains
Just search Google to make sure no company is using it.
Add all of them on Boomerang so u can interchange at a go.
So that when u outbound..it appears as
H-Net Domains

And ur signature will read:

S. Edogu
H-Net Domains
h-netdomains@gmail.com

..the only problem is that u will have to decide which moniker to use on DAN and H-Net Domains will look like a ghost company cos it will have no history online..
But then...u can't have it perfect.
The choice is urs.

It means dot com. Dot com is the most adopted extension, so it is referred to as king. You do that to avoid getting indexed by google.

Forgive my ignorance. What happens when it gets indexed by Google or let me put it this way. What implications will it have on the domain?

There's nothing as good as getting married to someone that gives you peace of mind.

Something fishy is going on. How do you explain the fact that 671 billion was shared among FG, states and LGs for the month of November and yet some people are yet to receive their salaries. Little wonder we are experiencing delay in the release of EAA as promised by this very government. May God help us in this country.
