amanda2013:I bank with access bank (Former Diamond). I didn't receive anything. Is it for non-teaching only? |
toivar:It seems the allowance is not for every non teaching staff. From what's there on the memo, it's only for those who are exposed to work hazards except for the Registrar and Bursar. |
For non teaching staff

Love your work. Which software are you using! |
uniquelyspecial:SSANU, NASU and ASUP. The reason we were not captured (i stand to be corrected) in the minimum wage arrears was because as at the time of payment to other ministries, agenciesandparastatal, Federer Institutions were yet to enroll into IPPIS. |
Beress:Bros, this is totally unnecessary. You can still make your point without the insult. Let me ask you. If the FG refuse to pay, what will you do? Except for ASUU, other unions have made several efforts to ensure that the arrears were paid yet no way. With the current economic situation, if you are able to receive your salary that's a tangible reason to still be grateful (not to FG, but to God). That doesn't mean we don't need the minimum wage arrears. |
Was it not the same man that impregnated a student in Michael Okpara? When the secret became open, he quickly rushed and paid her bride price. SMH! As for the position, I think he deserves it. |
mustyy:Even though it is our right, I advise you shouldn't put all your hope on the minimum wage arrears. For your sanity sake, pretend like it doesn't exist. |
lecturer50:Who still dey talk about minimum wage? |
Olumyyde:Let's hope they pay this week. |

What's going on in Awka? What do people see in cultism? What's the point of engaging in something that will limit your freedom and possibly cut short your life? What about the people you left behind? May God direct the footsteps of our youth to fall in the righteous path, Amen |
A young man identified simply as Cubic has been shot dead by some group of people suspected to be cultists in Awka, the Anambra State capital. Details on the incident are still sketchy, however, it was gathered that the man was killed on Saturday night, May 1, 2021. Meanwhile, friends and colleagues have taken to Facebook to mourn the deceased, with many calling for a solution to the incessant cult killings in the state capital. One Francis Nonso: "My hands keep shaking as i type RIP to you. Awka has done the worst ever. Farewell Senior man. Farewell Fashion lord. Farewell Cubic" "Rest in peace master cubic , Rip sure guy , Rip fashion master. God is about to fight for you.I saw some group of people raising to avenge for you . I saw where Awka is on fire more than the way it was . May God mercy and save the innocent one . Chaii Awka why ? . When he has nothing una no kill am ooo . Now he has travel and come back and started building house una come kill am . Enviness every where . Rest in peace my brother" Chukwunenye Nweke: The current killings in Awka were instigated by the youths and not by Ndi Ozo or Ezeuzu thus, youths should be obliged in ending the crisis. If the bad elements among the youths could pollute the mindset of others into killing of other youths , those youths in Awka who think they are refined and have good consent for Awka society should also be obliged to sensitize every youth on the need to shun crime and criminality. "All youths in Awka must agree to fight crime and stop taking sides when a criminal allegation is handing on the throats of their friends and other beloved ones. They should make their proposals and send same to Ndi Ozo Awka, EzeUzu Awka ,state government and other stakeholders on how to curb the insecurity bedeviling Awka Kingdom than rushing to Facebook to post every single story and blaming Awka institutions over the monsters created by some bad elements among the Awka Youth" https://alexis.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/608f9de51c599.png

I felt sad reading this story. How can two young men be gruesomely murdered just like that all in the name of cultism? On Sunday, when every mother should be happy because of mothering Sunday celebration for catholic faithfuls, one was killed before his mother. God! That implies every mothering sunday will always be regarded as 'Black Sunday'. |
Two young men were shot dead by gunmen suspected to be cultists in Awka, the Anambra state capital. The men were gunned down at Ifite, all in Awka South local government area of the State on Sunday night, April 18. One of the victims has been identified as Anthony Onwudinjo, a fitness instructor in one of the gyms in the town. Anthony was said to have been shot four times at a close range in front of his mother on Sunday April 18, the day Catholics the world over celebrated Mothering Sunday. The second victim identified simply as Nnamdi was shot dead at the UNIZIK Temporary Site, popularly known a UNIZIK-Junction. Late Anthony, before his death, had a masters degree, and was also a ward councillor from Obeledu, Anaocha local government area of Anambra state. Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Ikenga Tochukwu, who confirmed the incident on Monday, April 19, said five suspects have been arrested in connection with the killings. "Anambra State Police Operatives have arrested five suspects in connection with the cult-related incident that occured in the late hours of Sunday, 18th April, 2021. The incident resulted in the gruesome murder of two young men at Miracle Junction by Nnamdi Azikiwe University (Unizik) back gate, Ifite Awka," he stated. https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/2021/4/two-young-men-shot-dead-by-suspected-cultists-in-anambra-graphic-photos.html

LordIsaac:But it was clearly stated in the article when the author said "It's not bad to marry at 35 as a man. It's not bad as well marrying at 25 if the grease with which to lubricate the union is there. It's not all about money anyway; the connubial maturity has to be there. It'll not be bad after taking care your few children you extend a hand of assistance to victims of disasters. But if you have a litany of children, before you'll be able to give them care, you have broken down". |
