Politics › Re: Jonathan Approves $2bn Excess Crude Funds For Sharing by edoyad(m): 3:07pm On Feb 12, 2010
Why can't we adopt a positive attitude towards criticism ? Obama was facing criticism even before he was sworn in as president, did it mean they regretted voting him in ?
Yardua should have handed over to Jonny from day one and that is why we're celebrating the triumph of Jonathan not cos He's seen as a saviour. If anything Yaradua has got more integrity than Jonny but it doesn't make what he did right in any way or manner you look at it. The onus is on us to make sure every move the new man makes is critically looked at to ensure we get value for our money.
Politics › Re: Muslim Belief This Is A True Story And The Author, Rick Mathes, by edoyad(m): 2:34pm On Feb 12, 2010
Religion, tonic of mass. The thing doesn't project intelligence at all. The truth is that society will always fix itself through conflict but unfortunately none us here will be alive to see the day that the cave people will exit the cave and their eyes adapt to light.
Positives of religion is that it prevents impunity, we don't want low lives walking around believing that nothing will fall on them if they molest innocent souls. In a hundred years from now religion would probably be at the brink of extinction like female circumcision is now.
Politics › Re: US Navy Ship Caused Haiti Earthquake by edoyad(m): 11:55pm On Feb 11, 2010
Why are you guys suprised ? If a person can believe that there are 72 virgins awaiting his arrival at heaven why would this be beyond a human ?

Politics › Re: Yemen Arrests 154 Nigerian, Sudanese Infiltrators by edoyad(m): 9:23pm On Feb 11, 2010
Yemen is the gateway to heaven, Mutallab left behind 4 million pound crib just to access this gateway, why wouldn't someone who's virtually a beggar do same ?
Politics › Re: Yemen Arrests 154 Nigerian, Sudanese Infiltrators by edoyad(m): 9:13pm On Feb 11, 2010
You think Farouq Mutallab is the only one who dreams of heaven ? I've been saying it here that if you think Mullab is the exception you must be dreaming.

This is a simple case now, if she has any daughters left she should just marry her to Jonny like she did the others.
Politics › Re: Sanusi Is A Sadist And A Thief Looking For Investment He Can Steal. by edoyad(m): 3:52pm On Feb 11, 2010
Like seun said the mistake the Yaradua govt made was turning one of the players into a referee, that even goes against the spirit of best practice and corporate governance that he Sanusi preaches.
That being said i feel no pity for those thieving CEOs, i only pity the workers who were laid off and have to start from scratch again. The consolidation that was supposed to make credit facilities more accessible to Nigerians never materialised but just ended up being a tool for Billionaires to make more billions.

Politics › Re: Extra-judicial Murder Of Innocent Nigerians - Viewer Discretion! by edoyad(m): 7:54pm On Feb 10, 2010
Preselect i'm not calling The Nigerian Military Barbaric, how could i ? I've seen them save lives even beyond our country and even West Africa. But the thing is that the people who give them the authority to kill these boys are the cause of the problem. Katsina, Kano etc has millions of almajiris on the streets not going to school but their elite don't seem to see anything wrong with the culture of bringing millions of zombies into the world. Their own children are going to University College London for education while these ones are used as pawns in politically motivated ethno-religious violence.

I just hope anybody, just anybody can come to stop this profound problem.
Politics › Re: Extra-judicial Murder Of Innocent Nigerians - Viewer Discretion! by edoyad(m): 7:28pm On Feb 10, 2010
You people don't understand, the govt is trying to hide It's failure regarding Nigeria's youths. Most of these ministers and gov'nors where these almajiris come from justify the continuation of the culture and know that if it is discovered that they're the ones being used to cause religious violence would be forced to spend lootable resources rehabilitating them.
All these poor almajiris are made to do a man's job for half a plate of food that you won't feed your enemy with; a lot of them are sexually abused ; they are brain washed and sent on suicide missions like the one you just saw ; when election comes they register the older ones among them ; there are so many evil things some wicked people commit against these poor children and any one who can help this thing end should start speaking up now !
Politics › Re: Immoral Song V Tolerated Leppers by edoyad(m): 7:00pm On Feb 10, 2010
Oyb you can see why a Lagos boy is pis.sed at your kind, you mean to tell me you don't know that There's a vaccine for poliomyelitis ? shocked
oyb you also mean to tell me you don't know that leprosy spreads more in unhygenic environments and if detected early could be mitigated ?. Shame on you , shame shame shame ! !
@citizen Y, do you know that population control is an integral part of National Economic planning ? Even IBB, a man i dread so much, tried to live by example by preaching and practising the 4 children limit gospel.
Politics › Re: Yoruba Woman Is Adamawa Senator by edoyad(m): 4:49pm On Feb 10, 2010
Please don't call any people useless on baseless grounds. What the Niger Delta is clamouring for is the same thing many oil communities round the world are doing. The constitution of the country was designed to rob small communities and leave them for dead. Plateau state would have been going through the same had mining of tin not gone out of fashion with the discovery of oil.

I have said it before, DO NOT FALL FOR SOME PEOPLES TRICKS. THEY LOG IN WITH USERNAMES OF PEOPLE FROM OTHER TRIBES AND TRY TO INSTIGATE BASHING.
One of them just did it now, i hope the igbo posters would be wise enough to decode undecided
Politics › Re: Immoral Song V Tolerated Leppers by edoyad(m): 3:20pm On Feb 10, 2010
Woh ! Woh ! ! Easy now citizen Y, don't over run a common apolitical mind like mine with your cauldron of knowledge.
The poor Lagos boy is lamenting the condition of his environment. I was born in Lagos and so can vouch for his testimony about beggars on highways of Lagos. Out of anger he may have gone too far in the blame game but that does not take away from the fact that:
1. Lagos and Every city in Nigeria is littered with beggars from . . . .
2. Almajiri culture continues to produce millions of young people that will never see the four walls of a class room.
3. Most lepers and polio victims in Nigeria are from . . . .
4. We may be would have cured one of these malaise if some religious leaders from you know where hadn't stopped their followers from receiving vaccination for it.
Why blame a poor southern kaduna farmer like myself who's only trying to make enough money for my evening dose of alcohol ?

Every one on NL is a witness to what oyb said to edoyad in his defence of hausa almajiris, beggars and lepers on Lagos streets.
I take it no one on NL will have cause to call me a bigot or hater later on. huh
Politics › Re: Immoral Song V Tolerated Leppers by edoyad(m): 2:08pm On Feb 10, 2010
The guy doesn't hate muslims, if He's yoruba he most likely has got a muslim in his extended family. But one thing i can understand is his frustration with the amount of beggars/lepers/polio victims on the streets, why must that be ? Where do they keep being churned out from ? Though i have to confess your attack on cattle sellers does sound a bit extreme but not unwarranted if they truly are being exempted from the tax man's visit.

If it is true that the voice on BBC or signature are not Yaradua's(who i still like to believe in my heart is not a bad person), then certainly the principal actors in this campaign of deceit and forgery can be charged for high treason or something of that nature, can't they ?
Politics › Re: Islamisation Of Nigeria:Why's Mr President Still In The "holy Land"? (OIC) by edoyad(op): 12:55pm On Feb 10, 2010
edoyad the bigot, edoyad the bigot huh edoyad lives in kaduna, edoyad sees with his eyes and hear with his ears.
When edoyad speaks they say tribal basher ra ra ra ra . . . . . I ask again, do you think Mutallab is the only Nigerian that was implicated in that thing ? You think the USA will put you on terrorist list cos of one spoilt rich mama's boy ? You think he planned to go for suicide mission without the blessing/knowledge of some his mentors ?
Keep living in limbo land till you get rude awakening.
