First of all you need to tell us the type of foundation you have used on this structure for us to be able to effectively help you with the estimated cost up to german floor level.

Is the building is on pad foundation or on beam and slab raft foundation, do you have hardcore materials before the german floor or not. all this information are usually on the foundation structural drawing.

Properties / Re: Construction Diary Of Six Units Of Three Bedroom Flats At Anambra by Ejiekwu1(m): 1:36pm On Nov 09, 2016
from structural point of view, the foundation used for this structure according to the pictures is not a pad foundation and it is also not a raft foundation. from what i saw it looks like strip foundation with some surface beam.

I think the best foundation for this structure should have been pad foundation and because the bearing capacity of the soil is very high the pad base would have been very small and more economical.

also i saw so many foundation walls close to them selves. in my view because of the german floor that was done, those walls should not have been their, many of them should have started from the german floor it is more economical that way.

for the superstructure, in my view i do not think the design for this structure is economical enough because their are too many columns close to themselves i.e the number of the column should have been reduced their by reducing cost for the client.

From the picture i saw, this is not a building collapse, rather it is a tower crane failure that ended up smashing the scaffolding structure and some part of the building. Am sure the damage to the building will be minimal judging by the pictures.

Top Herbs That Can Help You Get Rid of Asthma
1. German Chamomile (Matricaria recuita)
One of the best and most effective ways to prevent asthma attacks is to use German chamomile. German chamomile has antihistamine properties that help fight off allergic reactions and asthma attacks. [3] To get the best results from German chamomile, make sure to consume it at least twice a day.
2. Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
For centuries, Chinese have used turmeric to alleviate the symptoms of asthma. [4] Aside from alleviating the symptoms of asthma, turmeric can also be used to treat a wide variety of diseases like fever, cold, flu and many more. Turmeric has carminative, antibacterial, stimulant, astringent and antiseptic properties.
3. Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)
Studies have indicated that hyssop has anti-inflammatory properties on lung tissue and thus has potential as an asthma treatment. It also has antiseptic, antibacterial and antispasmodic properties, which may assist in reducing the distressing symptoms of asthma. In addition to that, hyssop is considered beneficial with other respiratory infections like bronchitis, phlegm, pleurisy and lung disorders. When using hyssop, however, make sure to use it for a short span of time since excessive usage of such herb can possibly lead to toxicity.
4. Licorice
Traditionally, licorice has been used to restore breathing and calm the air passageways. [5] Allergic asthma in particular has been found to be linked to pulmonary inflammation. Studies extracting the compounds present in licorice have discovered that they not only reduced this inflammation but also promote the necessary lung cell cultures to respond to antigen stimulation. [6] Licorice is a potent herbal remedy that should be moderately used to avoid unexpected side effects like headaches and hypertension.
5. Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara)
Medicinally used as a cough suppressant, coltsfoot is also considered helpful for those recovering from asthma attacks. A study on 66 cases of asthmatics was conducted where 35 of which were given 15g of coltsfoot for 10 weeks. Results showed that even minimal airway obstruction present among sufferers in the convalescent stage can be reversed. This is crucial to prevent more severe conditions like emphysema.
6. Grindelia
An expectorant herb, grindelia is also known as an effective anti-asthmatic herb. It is probably why it is included in the 1983 British Herbal Pharmacopoeia for bronchial asthma as well as an official part of the 1882-1926 United States Pharmacopoeia and the National Formulary from 1926-1960. Its dried leaves and flowering tops are often found in natural formulations for asthma.
7. Gingko Biloba
For the most part, gingko biloba is used as a memory enhancer. However Gingko biloba is also considered a good antihistamine and has anti-inflammatory properties as well. Doctors have found that extracts of this ancient medicinal plant help prevent asthma attacks triggered by allergens and exercise. [1] They have found that appropriate dosage of gingko works by inhibiting the platelet activating factor (PAF) to reduce airway hypersensitivity of asthma sufferers.
8. Butterbur
The Mayo Clinic reports that this native European perennial plant has a chemical known as petasin which inhibits the molecules involved in the airway inflammatory response during asthma attacks– histamine and leukotriene. This leukotriene inhibiting property of butterbur extracts is responsible behind promising researches that suggest this herb to be an inhibitor of allergic disorders. [9] Likewise, a 2004 study in Germany has discovered that when butterbur extracts were given to sufferers for at least 2 months, both incidence and severity of asthma attacks decreased by half and 80-90 percent respectively.
9. Slippery Elm
Growing abundantly in North America, the bark of slippery elm is thought to be effective in dealing with different sorts of skin ailments. Though more scientific studies are yet to be conducted to confirm the effectiveness of slippery elm in helping people with asthma, preliminary studies conclude that slippery elm bark can really be useful. When taken as tea or capsule, slippery elm helps in preventing bronchial spasms which are normally associated with asthma. In fact, it is highly recommended to people diagnosed with respiratory conditions like bronchitis and cough.
10. Garlic
You will be surprised to know that garlic, which is readily available in your kitchen, is actually considered an excellent remedy for asthma. Though often used as flavor enhancer in culinary, garlic has proved itself to be worthy in managing asthma. Research shows that this herb contains active compounds that may help cure and eliminate symptoms that are associated with many respiratory and cardiovascular disorders. Garlic is known to contain twice as much Vitamin C than tomatoes.
The Vitamin C content of garlic helps in neutralizing free radicals that contribute to the contraction of airway smooth muscles which only aggravate the condition of asthma sufferers. Second, its Vitamin C content helps in breaking down histamine and in preventing the release of histamines out of the body. Histamine is one of the major contributors to allergic reactions and inflammation experienced by those diagnosed with asthma. Third, garlic helps in stimulating an increased production of prostacyclin, a compound that keeps the lung air passages open. This results to easy breathing in asthmatic patients.

Five situations in which you should dump stock

In equity investing, it is advisable to take a long-term view, though one shouldn't simply buy and forget. Knowing when to sell shares is as crucial as the time at which you buy. ET lists the situations in which you should dump them...

1) Change in company's fundamentals

When you buy a company's shares, you do so because you are convinced about its growth prospects. This may be due to its competitive advantage, superior product mix, quality management, upcoming projects or new technologies, or a combination of all of these. However, if, after the purchase, you find that things have taken a turn for the worse, or that the reasons on which you based your decision are not materialising, you need to rethink.

An adverse event may be threatening to put the business in a spot; a fierce new competitor may have entered the fray, offering superior quality products at a lower price; key personnel may have left the company; or projects may have hit a roadblock. In such events, you should reassess the company's outlook, and if found wanting, you should sell the shares before the rot sets in.

2) Price runs up too high, too soon

Suppose you buy the shares of a company and its stock price skyrockets by more than 30% in a matter of weeks. It is enough to reaffirm your belief in the company, and at the same time, make you greedy. You convince yourself that you have hit upon a solid stock idea and that this sudden spike is just the beginning of a bigger rally.

However, a dramatic appreciation such as this can be due to reasons that have nothing to do with the company. It may be a random piece of news or market speculation. It would be better to pocket your gains and look for other opportunities, especially if the target price has been reached. If you are absolutely certain about the company's prospects, you can always buy back at a lower price.

3) Price drops below a threshold level

What would you do if the share price begins to nosedive after you buy the shares? Most people would tell themselves that it is a temporary setback and that the price would rise soon.

Incurring a loss on one's investment is a bitter pill to swallow, but you might end up with a bigger loss if you don't intervene in time. Ideally, you should ask yourself how much you are willing to lose on your investment and keep a threshold limit or floor, which should trigger a sale. This is commonly known as 'stoploss'. Instead of holding on to lemons, learn from your mistakes and move on.

4) Opt for a better opportunity

Is there a chance to earn higher returns in another stock? If you are convinced about the potential of this opportunity, you could consider dumping your underperforming stock. Perhaps you spot a turnaround in a cyclical stock or expect a company to benefit from new regulatory norms or project approvals. It would be better to get rid of the underachievers and seize the opportunity to recover some of the lost money and possibly make more.

However, never make the mistake of selling your winners to generate cash for this purchase. If, for some reason, your bet doesn't work out, you won't regret having let go of your money-spinners. On the other hand, you wouldn't lose sleep over throwing out your rotten apples.

5) Personal reasons

Apart from the market and businessrelated factors, personal consideration can also play a part in your decision to sell a stock. Portfolio rebalancing is an example. Over time, you may find that considering your risk appetite, your asset mix is skewed unfavourably. Perhaps, the mid-cap stocks in your basket have had a phenomenal run over the past year. Or, maybe, your stock portfolio has grown to a level beyond your comfort zone.

You could bring your portfolio back into shape by selling some of these holdings. If you are sweating over a particular stock that is moving erratically and is too volatile for your liking, you could replace it with a more stable candidate.
