Black Mamba: With all due respect, you want them to shoot our troops in the confusion that arises with combatant situations? they have to get so close to the enemy before they can see them in day time to engage so common...ya'll want that? **Forgive my prejudices please, its just on a lighter note**

Seriously, this Goldie story's getting really boring now. Like, let the tired story die, and let the dead rest.

These men recieve their training mostly under the blazing sun, and it is not advisable for albinos to partake in such, since it could lead to skin cancer. Simple.

It's an interesting observation, nonetheless.

FamilyRe: Ugandan Boy Raised By Monkeys Tries To Adapt (photos) by Ejine(m): 3:30pm On Feb 22, 2013
Oahray: she didn't say it was set in Africa. Get it right. I could base my story on something that happened in South Africa but give it a Nigerian setting.

She only hinted that other cartoons could actually have real life parallels in Africa just as this one looks like the Mowgli story.

Why other people point dey hard una to understand like this? huh
Okay, chillaaaaaxxxxxxx
FamilyRe: Ugandan Boy Raised By Monkeys Tries To Adapt (photos) by Ejine(m): 3:30pm On Feb 22, 2013
Some info on some Disney cartoons and the countries the stories took place in:

Jungle Book - India
The Lion King - Tanzania
Finding Nemo - Australia
The Sword and The Stone - England (obviously!)
The Emperor's New Groove - Mexico
Brother Bear - Alaska (USA)
Lilo and Stitch - Hawaii (USA)
Peter Pan - The Bahamas
The Hunchback of Notre Damme - France
Hercules - Greece
Aladdin - Saudi Arabia
101 Dalmatians - England
Lady and the Tramp - England

Oahray: You mean the setting of the story?
Try to understand someone's point before rushing to show off knowledge angry

The setting of a fable does not have to be the same as the real place where the event (real or imagined, on which the story is based) happened.
Okay, sorry sir.
I just wanted to clarify that because I always knew of the story as a child (I had the book) before I saw the movie.
With tigers being exclusively Asian...
And the story taking place in the rain forest of Maharatsarabasha-something-something.

Make una no vex oh, biko kwa.
PoliticsRe: States' Public Debt Stock Is N1.8 Trillion by Ejine(m):
rhymz: Guy stop arguing like a kid. You are not the only one from Imo state. No matter how much you hate Rochas you can't claim he is not doing anything in Imo state. He is way better than Ohakim or Udenwa packed together. Forget all this childish emotions over APc AND oBI.
Bros, leave am. I just arrived the country a couple of days ago, and will be heading for your state in the weekend to meet my cousin who's currently part of the team building the new Freedom Square park. I don't know if you've heard of it... It's located just along that bank road area, opposite Texaco.

I'll be giving y'all pictures of some projects around Imo soon, including (hopefully) the new Orlu city.

The ignorant people running their mouths haven't been to Imo. Like one loser on Facebook who said Okorocha was only working in Owerri. If the guy knew what he was talking about, he would know, between the three towns (Owerri, Okigwe and Orlu), na even Owerri wey no dey get as much action as the others.
So much ignorance sha.
I promise to post those pictures later.
PoliticsRe: States' Public Debt Stock Is N1.8 Trillion by Ejine(m): 12:51pm On Feb 22, 2013
kutchs: I neva said Imostate was debt free b4 Okorocha but that there‘s nothing on the ground to justify the huge debts the state govt is running up.
You may argue that Ohakim and Udenwa ran up the debts but what has ur Owelle done to reduce the debt given that we cant see what he‘s spending money other than on state sponspored propaganda on tv.
Why don't you first visit the state instead of saying absolute crap you know nothing about?
People like you sit on the couch and run their mouths all day when they've never been to the places they speak of.
PoliticsRe: States' Public Debt Stock Is N1.8 Trillion by Ejine(m): 12:27pm On Feb 22, 2013
asha 80: are you saying imo was debt free before okorocha came on board?
The guy is a dunce. Don't engage the retaard. How do you expect a petty trader from Onitsha market to know anything about government fiscal debt management?
PoliticsRe: States' Public Debt Stock Is N1.8 Trillion by Ejine(m): 12:22pm On Feb 22, 2013
EASTSIDAZ: Imo state under okorosha has borrowed over 70 Billion going by the records for his APC party where they promised him presidential running ticket.

Imo state is going down everyday while Okorosha is busy borrowing money for thiefbu APC party, thereby mortgaging the future of the state because of his personal agenda.

Even with all the loan there is nothing on the ground to show for it, all the roads has been abandoned while the contractors are heavily owed.

Ohakim could have done better. We can't wait for this hausaman pretending to be onye igbo to be swept out just like ohakim and co. This eddiot is a fraudster sucking already poor imo state dry..
Chino, you truly have no shame. Anambra state is actually poorer than Imo.

0lumide: 2015 is really close.. Leaders of SS in SW for a Yoruba forum? Why do Ijaw people like to call anything Ijaw oriented south south as if it's a general consensus in SS?

2015 is close and some southerners now realize that they need Yorubas and we are no longer "parasites" now we are marginalized? hahahaha
I'm just very happy this is coming from a non South-Southerner. If it came from my mouth, people would say we're just beefing, but even Efik people don see am too.
Anything "ND" is just strictly an Ijaw affair, like say na only dem dey for this South-South.

HAH: I will advice Mama to please not to get involved in politics and put her family in a mud.

You have aged gracefully please I want you to die with your respect intact.

Leave agbero politic to useless old men like Edwin Clark that don't know their age is gone
Too late. Mommy has already been cornered by the PDP. And when they offer, only few can reject.
But do you blame the woman? She's gotta eat somehow.

This was the same woman a lot of people were blasting last year as an "embarrassment to Nigerian women".
Now, all of a sudden, people don do U-turn, come dey pretend like Goldie ended World hunger or some stupiid shiiit like that.

PoliticsRe: Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland By-Election 2013: Nominations by Ejine(m):
Abagworo: I'm a real Igbo guy and believe in reality. The Eze you guys elected has already resigned and what makes you think the next one won't resign. You started from a woman winning the Eze-elect to introducing the male. Can't you see that it ain't working? By the way who is the Sarkin Hausawa of Nairaland or the Amanyanabo of Ijaw on Nairaland or Obong of Efil/Ibibio on Nairaland or even Oba of Edos(who have internationaly recognized monarchy) on Nairaland?
My brother, this is a shameful form of reasoning; and if I'm to be honest with you, in the real world, I do my best to distance myself from people who think or act like this, because such reasoning can only come from a docile, rubber-neck coward with a critically dangerous inferiority complex, whose lack of confidence impedes his ambition and turns him to an eternal underachiever. And you shouldn't welcome this type of mentality. No offense bros. This is not a personal attack, but the truth needs to be said.

For anyone to even make such an embarrassing statement as the one you've shown above, it must really mean he has no faith in himself, and is born to be a beta-male all his life, forever hanging on the actions of others like a 3rd-class human.
I can certainly tell you, I do not look around my neighborhood to check if my other neighbors are knacking their fiancees before I decide to knack my own fiancee in the night. grin
And I sure as hell didn't look around me to check if the abokis were going to school before I decided to seek the best education for myself.

If your life and actions are chiefly based on the actions and choices of others, I'm happy for you. But please do not try to project it on us.

Thanks.
This story has just proven that anything is possible in africa!

Wouldn't be surprised if all them disney cartoon films where based on real life african stories i.e. "the jungle book" a young boy raised in the jungle

Still waiting for the african version of "puss in boots" from shrek, i'm sure there's a village somewhere of such phenomenon... May God hammercy!
Actually, Jungle Book is based in India.

Abagworo: You guys keep denigrating our culture. There can never ever be an Eze of the whole Igboland. That's how we came into this world as a people. Maybe the clans can elect their Ezes and Igwes and Obis depending on their own name and culture for kingship while others without Kingship culture can have the Oparans, Amalis, Ojiofors, Nze n'ozors, Ndenweali and Ohas.
Then let it be the Eze of the "Nairaland Clan". This is more about unity and cohesion between homeland Igbos and diaspora Igbos via social media.
Give it a rest. Your pseudo-contrarian antics are really starting to bore, dude undecided
