Was it a car accident? Did she suffer an attack (ie. Health-wise)? Did she have an internal bleeding she never knew about all along?

To be very honest with you guys, she struck me as someone who didn't have much of a happy childhood... She looked like she suffered a lot of rejection as a child.
I don't quite know why I felt this way about her, really. Can't quite put my finger on it.
