Bona fide third party buyers means he'll prolly not even get anything from them.

And please don't try to justify the N5Billion claim for damages, even if Nokia made that much from the sales of the phones, it will be stupid to think that people bought those phones because of 2shot's ringtone.
The Nokia brand used to be the biggest name in mobile communications just 3-4 years ago.
