“Someone who hasn’t been here before…”. Now you can clearly see and understand that you do not possess any information and effectively lack the ability to judge what you know nothing about. If you mingled with one of two people while you visited Delta state, you are unable to talk freely on the subject matter, as you do not have the right information.

Societal decadence is not limited to the ladies of Delta state as you try to make people believe. It is not only a national problem, but also an international one. There is no modern society free from it, but you must not in any form believe that there are more irresponsible ladies/men than the decent ones.

There are 25 local governments with uncountable towns, villages and settlements making up the entire state. Delta is one of the best states of the country, one of the most peaceful with very friendly, social and welcoming people, great people with great potentials, lovely to live in and enjoy yourself.

By the way, the issue is not limited to Delta state only. It is a national issue. No state, tribe or religion is spared.
