Just so you know, Ibibios do not have Ekpe, they have Ekpo. We do not bear Ibibio names. You may find a sprinkling of Efik names and yes, in my father's generation, more than 60% Aros, spoke Efik (not Ibibio) and in my family (immediate and extended) we all speak Efik (not Ibibio). Our relationship was with the Efiks. We still have Ibibios as neighbours and we even access Arochukwu through their villages till tomorrow.

Stick to what you know. The Aros are more inclined to the Efiks. Which is why we still have Ibom Eburutu...Eburutu means Efik.
