It's important to do thorough due diligence. But if court has ruled that money is returned, they could be sued further for disobeying court order willynilly. If property is co-owned, they have to share the landed property and use the portion of the willing signatories to compensate the purchaser. The lawyer didnt look at this? Like placing a lien on that land, since he has a judgement, esp because the land is an asset despite their claim of bankruptcy or insolvency. This will hopefully force their hand to sell, or have the third brother buy them out.

I do not think that's the case. Most people don't switch their phones off manually. I am a heavy user of Samsung devices - multiple Note series plus my tablets and Laptop, which are all AMOLED. None have had this issue. All my devices come straight from Samsung, which shouldn't really matter if you deh outside Naija.

I think the issue lies in thr refurbished devices that do get to Naija and subsequent use.

Unfortunately, it can be difficult to manage. You will have to try to remain healthy and maintain a good lifestyle.
Another medication which you can try to rub on the area is Capsaicin (I hope it is readily available in Nigeria) or topical lidocaine. There are still some other medications that can be tried.

The things about the herpes is that the virus becomes latent and now live in the nerves running from your back to the front. It can't be removed or cured. So from time to time, when maybe you are stressed or immune drops, you will have a flare/breakout. This is similar to the cold sores that show around the lips, caused by HSV1, as against HSV2.

I think I made a mistake in my first post for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia. The drug of choice is Gabapentin, not carbamezepine which is used in the other closely similar dxs, trigeminal neuralgia.
You might need escalation in the dosing before trying another medication.

I recently got diagnosed with Herpes and I'm currently on aciclovir. The thing is, before I did this herpes test, I have been having itch from the inside of the left side of my body for like months now and when I looked at it at the mirror, it has this circle like ring worm like. Though it isn't really visible but it's something I can notice and it has this slight dark coloration.

Now, I've been having this hook pain too for a while on the lower left side of my abdomen, around the spleen region, just below my ribs and it's usually prevalent at night. Mind you, I've gone to the govt hospital to complain about this and the doctors are saying I should not worry that it's nothing.

The way kidney infection news is flying here and there, I don't wanna be caught on the web.

Tentatively speaking, the pain you have is called HERPETIC NEURALGIA. Unfortunately, it is difficult to treat. The first line medication for it is Gabapentin (not Carbamezepine, which is for trigeminal neuralgia). Remember that every drug has its side effect, including Gabapentin.

As for the rash, it is is called herpes zoster. If you are having recurrent attacks, it might be because you are immunocompromised. Get HIV testing.

I am not a charlatan who would tell you to take antacid or herbs. I am a medical doctor. Ask further questions.

I was apprehended by the officer who asked me to unlock my phone for him. I did as instructed and next he called me a cyber criminal without any evidence to proof. He immediately demanded I paid him 500k or I will be arrested and detained. I told him I can give him only 5k because I had a very important thing to do and I wouldn't want him to waste any of my precious time. The officer agreed and eventually I gave him cash of 3k because he didn't accept transfer for obvious reasons.

Before he searched my phone, he seized my bag and a nylon containing my shoes and my iPhone usb cord.

I unfortunately missed my bus because of delay, so I needed to board another bus immediately, so the officer helped me to stop a bus. He then handed me my bag and nylon. I was so pissed off and tried to cool off my head with a short nap. On getting to Abeokuta, I checked if the contents of my bag and nylon was intact but to my greatest surprise, I found a big android phone belonging to the police officer inside the nylon instead of my shoe and usb. He had unfortunately giving me a wrong nylon containing his own phone.

I have the phone with me now and I'm sincerely not willing to give it back. He has been calling and I don't know if I should change my mind.

What should I do guys? I'm confused.

Go to Twitter, Tage the Nigerian police handle, EFCC, Macaroni, and inform them about this and that you want to return the phone. You might end up lucky and your money back and also get him sacked too.
