You see this is precisely the problem with writing in an unclear approach. I read his post the first time and just didn't know what he is talking about. If people write in unclear terms, then they should expect limited reply. This is evident in the number of replies to the thread. Majority appear not to understand what he is talking about!

I am not the type to be a grammar nazi, however it is worth making one's expression clear on a forum. Like I said before, it may make sense to him and a few may be able to decipher what he posted, but the majority wont. It then becomes a waste of time and effort. Something that could have been avoided, by taking more time to write out the body of his explanation/question/subject properly.

It didn't keep me off my seat. Overall, it was boring. I wouldn't tell anyone to watch. I'll give it a 4/10.

When it comes to reviewing movies with guns, violence, future, sci fi and robots. The opinion of a female should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, if this is a movie about romance, period pain, shoes and hand bags, then you opinion is highly valued.

The use of the phrase "bringing someone to his/her knees" has a great deal of latitude in its usage. Basically, it paints the picture of hitting someone at their weak points not necessarily to destroy them but to bring them in compliance to something or get their attention. America has never been the same since 911.  They've spent billions of dollars in war since 911. The US military has been stretchd to its breaking point since 911, and the DNC is basically in power today because of 911. So what is your problem with the prase "brought to its knees".
