My advice to this govt is focus.. If you respond to these political jobbers whose criticisms are shrewded in discrediting these achievements, you indirectly play into their hands because part of the measures is diversionary and distractive.. Focus, focus , focus GEJ, your name will be written in gold... |
Sky Blue: Just admit you made a mistake, the metro rail system is OBVIOUSLY not completed.[b]Maybe you are the one who doesn't understand English on a noon like this.. The Op said ' the completed section' meaning there are other sections yet to be completed.. |
I think the govt should look for a better way of solving this issue without creating massive unemployment... The same folks praising this initiative will be the same calling Jonathan a failure for rising unemployment indices |
Typical of NAIJa babe.. Hiding their feelings until the boat is rocked, then they cry fouls |
GEJ is just on his way to becoming the best in the annals of nigeria's history.. He needs to focus and rise above partisan criticisms. |
Desola: I am glad that this is coming from PointB's spokesperson since as articulated as he is, he now requires you to speak for him.I can see you are cynical... Wel!l!, understood that different folks think differently, why we have personality disorder.. I never meant to deride you, I just wanted to know your ideology( though you are not obliged to discuss that with me anyway) |
1025: i know this jonathan is never to be taken serious at any time. january this year, he told us that there was no going back but he later came down to 97 and this time around again, he said there was no going back on N5000 note but he is going back now. That is why it is democracy.. Which one you want ? If he dudn't listen you will be the first to shout autocracy, dictatorial . When he listens to a popular voice, he's not to be taken serious.. You are as confused as you are. |
Desola: I'm sorry PointB but we are on opposite sides of the spectrum. That I can no longer stand Gbawe does not in any way, shape or form mean I am a signatory to your line of thought.Who then are you working for and whose political ideology in line with the present political movement are you propagating since you stalked you mouth to derail everyone who aligns thought with you? You should be wise young chap! Point B concurring with your line of reasoning doesn't equate a compromising position or wanting to win you over. |
Rudebwoy: Do you mean they don't go to school? But in civl service, most of them have up to at least 3 masters degree in different areas more than other people from other regions. Is it the masters they acquired from Tafewa Balewa University or from Oxford? |
Gbawe: The fact is that Tinubu's suggestion amounts to using a sledgehammer to kill a fly. In Nigeria we tend to bastardize processes and systems meant to deliver development by turning them into get-rich-quick schemes that are a drain on the nations resources. We will then start seeking a blanket removal that fails to address the fundamental issues. It is the same concept with the fuel subsidy removal.Well said Gbawe... Tinubu should have gotten a better heroic applaud had he called for a restructuring which will help solve some issues bordering on the excesses in funding these two hollow chambers... Neither the senate nor the HORs, non had outlived its usefulness if they could be serious with their responsibilities and stop seeing their position as a medium to enmass wealth. |
It may seem I like being antagonistic if I say Tinubu just wanted to be in the news by this unrealistic call... Nigeria and nigerians( including me) are not ripe for this to happen to our polity... The house of representatives are the worst set of people you can bestow with such enormous power, except if not a house where I saw Farouk deliberated yesterday.... Smh |
This approach for sure will put MDAs, state and local governments on their toes.. Exactly what the country needs reflecting on our past failed projects owing to lack of adequate monitoring |
banki: wow i see you"sycophants" are her in full swing today......i havent forgoten that this same minister organised a parley for ministers to tell nigerians how well they have performed...... The parley that the odinary nigerian was not allowed to enter, the parley that was televised at 11 oclock in the moring till 2pm when ghosts would be watching... mmm after some weeks the minister of defence was removed....for nine performance, this is the same ministry of information that does not have functional updated website, the same information minister that has a minister of state, and theres a presidential spokesman, theres senior special assistant to the president on media, theres senior special assistant on New Media, theres chief press sectary, theres DG news agency of nigeria, THeres DG NOA, theres dg Nta, abeg the president has too many people doing the same work for him he doesnt need a tour..... if he is working people will know if he is not working people will know.... or do you think they dont have eyes you think they cant see that theres no road to enter Abuja from Lokoja or you think they cannot see that enugu owerri is a disaster, or you think they cannot see that theres fuel scarcity in Abuja, or you think the nigerians working in our foreign missions dont know that they have not been paid for 4months? you think nigerians dont know that we are going cashless but incresing the amount of money in circulation, you think they dont know that its the presidents freinds that are the ones that collected subsidy money and sponsored his election, you think they dont know that obj and yaradua injected loads of money without results to the power sector and told us to wait till about this time then we start seeing results, you think the people dont know that weve have lots of rains and there is a relationship between the rains and electricity suppy, you think the people did not feel change in electricity supply and when they did they praised the president? of cause they did, Mr Maku ......... your just looking for an avenue to chop money more money than you need,You are sick in your brains.. No insult just a candid diagnosis |
These dead souls woke up this morning , left for their various endeavors not knowing what will befall them by sunset.... God protect the living and grant perpetual rest to the dead |
Atiku confessed today during leadership conference award 2012 aired live on AIT that he opposed ekwueme in the 1994/95 constitutional conference because he(alex ekwueme) is a biafran/igbo. Just hope his other kinsmen will do the same so that nigeria can move forward. Is this fair to oppose an idea that will move us forward simply because of a person tribe. This is also the chief reason why ekwueme lost the pdp primaries in jos. Atiku should not use this 'sentiment' to get ibo vote in 2015 because he will fail. Let me laugh in swahili, lafagaglafangalafangaaaaaa! |
Ok nau.. We don hear |
This is a difficult decision to make... I choose Pete Edochie but am inconclusive with Liz and joke |
Just the part of honour...honour is given to whom it's due, so also honour is taken from the ignoble.. Ride on mr president.. Just what any sane society will do. |
I was an ardent believer of a distance relationship working but am fast changing my take on it. Maybe it could work when your relationship had rooted before he/ she travelled but for a nascent relationship? It will take God's grace..just a personnnal experience. |
Haba! @ OP.. I watched his speech and I am still watching the leadership conference/awards.. I think it was a transmission error, it does happen.. I was impressed by ATIKU for once if he were sincere in his presentation.. Could this man be playing politics by playing to the gallery today? Time shall tell |
These wranglings are clear indicators that GEJ meant well for Nigeria but some forces are feeling threatened by his liberalism... Let's watch and see. |
Gbam!.. Let the man focus on his transformation agenda rather than these distractive mechanisms... |
It is one thing to have evidence and another is how you present your facts... Nigeria has no reason losing that case at the ICJ.. Our legal team were either too complacent or misrepresented facts.. My interest in Bakassi goes beyond the huge oil deposit but Nigerians who have lived there since the days of their ancestors.. How do you explain that they are aliens in the land they have known and called theirs? |
These achievements are excellent for 18 months... They represent a few pictural evidence of the presidential score card as detailed out by Dedeike... I commend the president for achieving these feats in the face of daunting political sabotage with insecurity.. |
The governors have helped save our common resources by this act.. In as much as their presence doesn't improve the life of an average cassava flake seller in the village so it shouldn't be an issue here.. Let them go settle their differences if any and let the media mind their business as well. |
This guy is reputable at failing.. Let him come, fulfill his normal rituals.. |
baslone: Yet she came to Lagos with helicopters, Nigeria Army Battalion, Nigerian Police with brand new guns, convoys all paid for from our purse.Because she is the president's wife.. She deserves such first class treats |
How is the health of mrs Jonathan supposed to be a public discuss? Is she an elected official by the Nigerian public or is their a constitutional provision for her? I don't think she's accountable to Nigerians on her health status.. ACN and their garrulous speaker better find something meaningful to comment ... Talk is cheap. |

Chyz*:Reply a personnnal mail I will send you.. Need reach you ASAP |
Odunnu: If you have the forgiving spirit of GEJ you should also learn to apologise when you blindly attack online characters.I strongly advise you rest this case madam.. I wouldn't ignore you why I quoted this..you have rules guiding your forum and when someone flouts such the law abiding folks take note.. I should apologize for what? pointing out the obvious truth to you? Or are you fighting so hard to save your job? If any eventfulness arises from your expressing yourself it will be a window for greater things for you.. Our YouWin programme is there for your likes... Go to page 2 or 3 you will see Ji sun's quote on Berem.. God bless |
Odunnu: God bless GEJ!Thanks for your prayers madam moderator.. I sincerely hope Ji sun, Demdem , Gbawe and others ? Tinubu dogs follow suit to pray for our one and only country rather than wishing failure to satisfy their appetite.. I don't need show myself to you, you may never be in a position to contribute to my fortune or fame, moreover I don't dream of seeing you physically except by providence.. As for Berem, it's natural to want to gain someone's attention especially if your philosophies go in tandem.. Mind you, I have opposed her twice... I belong to a class of my own and I don't seek favour with imaginary beings. |
