Odunnu: Do you just jumble words without knowing their meanings? Explain 'callous betrayal' using my post please! Show me why you would wanna pitt me against anybody.
BTW, who says i'm scared of Rhino? Why should I be? You have any issues with him? Go slug it out.

You, what are you saying? Ofcourse, you dont have anything to say to me because theres absolutely nothing to say. What exactly is your problem with my post?
We all have reasons why we joined NL, I personally have no interest in knowing why you did, until I do show interest, please keep it to yourself.
You can as well teach me on the use of English or how words are better used madam highly educated... Really I hate to attack women and doing this gives me no joy.. I will advise you respect yourself and keep your status as a moderator and do what is right.. Your boyfriend or whatever, threw caution off by starting the use of words I think shouldn't be admissible here on NL.. Instead of caution his immaturity you indirectly patronized him... All same one love madam, no harm meant... The spirit in GEJ, always forgiving and drawing men to himself

She is a mod so am gonna give her that respect.I didn't register on NL to seek for attention.I registered mainly to learn from intelligent peeps to boost my career.I only admire peeps who are very clever and intelligent.so anyone who has a problem with that should go to hell!
Who gives a fucck who she is? She is a mod, so I contribute to her survival daily why she ought to play by my rules, afterall ' customer first'.... I am appalled that she can't take simple correction and she still had the effrontery to spew more poo.. What a heck!,..... I will be calm cos am experiencing fresh air.. God bless GEJ

Demdem: Ask ur parents, was this country not better of when our main source of income wasnt oil. dont know about where u came from but SW was a star even with cocoa alone. We have nations in this world today doing excellently fine and yet they dont have oil. even war-torn Ivory coast that depend on cocoa is rumored to be doing better than Nigeria.
Again FFuck oil. We have better potentials.
Sincerely speaking this your notice me is becoming too much, not that I am affected but you are beginning to sound vulgar and the stench of your vomit should be getting to you.... So impeachment is your party's plan to destabilize PDP so they could have an easy ride in 2015? Is the propaganda of buying a Democratic Republican Congress ticket and claiming he got a VIP I.V not Paving ways again... I pity your likes cos you gonna be jobless soon because the Tinubu I know is so impatient and will soon sack you for not deliverig on this forum..
PoliticsRe: Court Refuses To Stop Jonathan’s Impeachment by Elueme: 7:10pm On Sep 14, 2012
Let me tell Demdem and his fellow gang robbers that they have failed if impeachment is the strategy for their masters to be in government position.. We contest elections and we win convincingly... Let me also add that when plenary session resumes in a few days time, that the only reason why the issue will be brought up is for the vote of confidence to be passed on the president, dr Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan GCFR.. grin

PoliticsRe: GHANA SUFFERS POWER OUTAGE AS NIGERIA'S IMPROVE by Elueme: 8:12pm On Sep 13, 2012
Ricky_Ross: MY WIFE JUST LANDED IN ACCRA LAST NIGHT AND HAS BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE POWER SITUATION OVER THERE. ACCORDING TO HER, MOST PARTS OF THE CITY IS STILL IN DARKNESS. THIS POWER PROBLEM IN GHANA DID NOT START TODAY, LIGHT GOES ON AND OFF IN GHANA JUST LIKE NIGERIA.

FOR OUR EDUCATED ILLITERATE BROTHERS, NIGERIA DOES NOT GIVE GHANA LIGHT. I HAVE BEEN HEARING THIS LAUGHABLE GOSSIP FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW.

ALSO FOR OUR EDUCATED ILLITERATE BROTHERS, GHANA DOES NOT HAVE STEADY POWER SUPPLY. BUT ON AVERAGE, GHANAIANS ENJOY BETTER ELECTRICITY THAN NIGERIANS ON AVERAGE.

ALSO, GHANA HAS NEVER CELEBRATED 10 YEARS OF UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY LIKE YOU MUST HAVE HEARD. THESE FAKE NEWS ARE MOSTLY CARRIED BY NIGERIANS IN NIGERIA. BEFORE I EVER VISITED GHANA, I WAS TOLD THAT GHANA HAS JUST CELEBRATED 10 YEARS OF UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY, BUT THE SAME DAY I LANDED IN GHANA THERE WAS POWER OUTTAGE THAT LASTED 2 DAYS.

APART FROM LIGHT, GHANA ECONOMY IS NOT DOING WELL AS PROJECTED. THE GHANA CURRENCY IS ON A FREE FALL FOR SEVERAL MONTHS MONTHS NOW.
EX PRESIDENT KUFFOR DID WELL FOR GHANA, BEFORE HIS REGIME ACCRA WAS A SLUM WITHOUT ANY STANDARD INTER STATE, HE MANAGED TO GET THE MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE ACCOUNT WITH USA, AND TODAY THEY ARE ABOUT COMPLETING MOST OF THE HIGHWAYS.

THE LAST PRESIDENT THAT JUST DIED, MR. ATTA MILLS DIDN'T ACHIEVE ANYTHING IN GHANA, RATHER HE MESSED UP THE ECONOMY. ONE OF HIS MOST POPULAR CAMPAIGN PROMISES WAS TO REDUCE PETROL PRICE, BUT BEFORE HE DIED HE INCREASED PETROL PRICE MORE THAN 7 TIMES.
I have no reason to doubt you.. I have been reliably told that things ain't as rosy for Ghana as most Nigerian govt. Mischieve makers have purported.. Piece like this is good for some Nigerians who think reforms is just a piece of cake that you achieve within months.. Ghana has tried her best in repositioning her nation within few years running now but the problem confronting them is same with us as well as black Africa at large.. Corruption fights back at you when you try to fight it. I will not expect a sudden change as most day dreamers do but I know that Africa isn't where it was 10 years ago and it will be better than it's now in 5 years to come..We must support and commend our govt when it is necessary and CRITICISE as constructively as we can when the needs arise.. It will be wrong to compare us with US or Western Europe who have undergone the measures we are taking decades ago.. Many tight fisted policies and austerity measures were taken Reecently during the global economic challenge which the people took in good fate but an average Nigerian isn't ready to endure any hardship for a change but wants the country to become like an America overnight.. I have doubted govt in the past but I think this GEJ's is poised to deliver his mandate why we need sheath our sword and keenly observe till 2015 to judge him accordingly
PoliticsRe: GHANA SUFFERS POWER OUTAGE AS NIGERIA'S IMPROVE by Elueme: 7:11pm On Sep 13, 2012
I don't rejoice over the failure of Ghana and I will shun against this parochial act by some here.. We will be belittling ourselves by ever thinking Ghana as a rivalry in any sphere. They are our little brothers no matter the challenges we face.. Though the sarcasms of the likes of that delirious dr Ayittey who had lost touch with realities could make one think that he spoke from an officer angle but that isn't true.. Ayittey is only a drowning old man seeking relevance from obvious obscurity and I recommend absolute pity for his misinformation.

Gbawe: Where do you get this ignorant crap from? Why are you supporters of GEJ so eager to deceive others simply to make him look good? You put down others falsely and praise GEJ falsely. You cannot be talking about the Ghana I left two months ago and was in for around a month. I can't even be bothered entertaining your ignorant flight of fantasy.
?... And why are you hater of. GEJ having no single good thing to say about his govt? Is he that bad or you are totally blind to seeing some good deeds amidst some deficiencies.. We all need to rise above sentiments for Nigeria to move forward. I have never read any complementary post from you concerning the PDP and govt, and that makes my like never gonna take you serious because even the worst governments like the abachas have their strong points..

PoliticsRe: FG Takes $1.1Bn Loan From China For 3 Projects by Elueme: 2:19pm On Sep 13, 2012
HNosegbe: 1. Since you have "confidence on what the system has to offer" why don't you tell us the "structural and civil engineers" carrying out the work as well as their qualifications, so that we can appraise them?

2. Did I tell you I want to create a separate agency to manage the projects? Is it wrong to ask questions? Didn't I start by saying that the interest rate and moratorium are reasonable?

3. Good. So if you don't know, hush it, while we ask those who do.
4. I wonder if you were in the country during the fuel subsidy probe when govt officials could neither give us the number of barrels being produced per day nor the number of litres of petrol imported per day.

If questions such as the ones I asked are "dumb" to you, then you need help. Consult your dictionary if you don't know what "constructive criticism" means.
Yourquestions were not misplaced by rather too hasty... The intent wasn't as someone who is genuinely concerned but to generate comic comments which I think we should rise above.. Google NEXIM bank sponsored projects or make more research on them and you ll have a better insight into the proposed projects.. They may not released all te proposed funds to the Nigerian govt as liquid cash.. They take strict interest in monitoring their projects... Why I was against the unnecessary fears you started entertaining from the onset

Smart guy at his game..I suspected el Rufai from the day he was accosted at the airport on his way to Saudi Arabia, his tone has soft pedaled.. It became more apparent when he commented on the resignation of Bart Nnaji..also, any keen follower will agree with me that elrufai has not been active on twitter in a while.. What informed the sudden cessation of vituparition ? Or Is GEJ now performing wonders in the eyes of elrufai ? Let's keep our hands crossed for the gods are wise..

An arsehole of a former speaker who OBasanjo made totally irrelevant because of his extremist and tribal views... I loved him for his composure anyway.
PoliticsRe: 2015: Na’abba Not Competent To Speak For North by Elueme: 11:40am On Sep 13, 2012
“But because he(Ghali Umar Na'Abba) was affected by the post-election violence, he chose to go public to blackmail Jonathan into compensating him alone, contrary to what is currently being planned for all the victims.

“We want to state that Ghali is not in a position to speak for the north neither is he competent to determine the fate of the President or the mood of the nation. As a politician, he failed to return to the House of Representatives as he was rejected by his people. We therefore wish to advise him to concentrate in rebuilding his political career rather than becoming a prophet of doom.

“We are satisfied so far with the steps being taken by President Jonathan and while the Transformation Agenda of government is on course, from our independent investigations.

“We appreciate the efforts of Mr. President in his administration’s strategic implementation of plans and we hold the belief that very soon Nigerians will smile when the programmes and projects manifest fully,” the statement said.
Interestingly some Nigerians see beyond tribal bigotry and give credence when necessary...

Billyonaire: The performance contract of all Ministers should be amended immediately to ban any minister from contesting the 2015 election with an option to resign within 1 month if interested in the 2015 election.
I don't agree with you.. These ministers are Nigerians and they have the same right as anybody in seeking electoral offices as long as the law allows.. All over the world politicians have used their current political portfolio as a springboard for higher offices so this shouldn't be different.. In as much as I'm not campaigning for them but I think they have the leverage to contest whatever office provided it will not undermine their current portfolio

PoliticsRe: FG Takes $1.1Bn Loan From China For 3 Projects by Elueme: 10:15am On Sep 13, 2012
HNosegbe: Though 2.5% is not a bad rate of interest (assuming there are no hidden charges) and there's a moratorium of 7 years, I still have doubts.

1. Is there any form of quality assurance testing on the materials to be used for the rail project?

2. Who will manage the rails and the airports once work is completed?

3. How do we know the money won't be diverted to somewhere else, or that the projects won't suffer cost overruns?

4. How do we know the projects won't end up on the long list of failing/abandoned projects?

5. Is it a government that cannot account for how much oil we produce that can manage foreign debt?
Until questions like these are answered satisfactorily, I remain skeptical.
1.Maybe you help govt raise a team of structural and civil engineers to help assess the quality of materials since you got no confidence on what the system can offer.
2. Who are those who have been saddled with the responsibilities of managing these agencies before now? Ok, you intend creating yours for the FG? Ok nau
3 if you ask meee, na who i go ask!!!
4.pls come and help govt account for oil production as well as manage her foreign debt.. Where where you when the ministerial list was drawn...
STOP ASKING DUMB QUESTIONS...

Your sensational heading is misinforming... Kindly let them know in your headings that the said money was for special projects ad you highlighted in the body of the text because many won't bother to read before jumping at conclusion. You made it seem as the FG was broke and went for borrowing . Special projects needs special funds for easy monitoring.
PoliticsRe: 20 Ministers Listed In 2015 Guber Race by Elueme: 9:53am On Sep 13, 2012
What is wrong with nursing an ambition for another office if you feel you are capable? Are the ministers not nigerians or bonafide members of their respective state? Provided they don't carry this out Ina manner that will undermine their performance and why the performance contract is there for the president to act when necessary.
