The ministry can only be briefed. The NFF has FIFA backings and can appoint and sack whom they wish to. Nothing messy here no be ministry dey pay Rohr salary so they don't really have a say regarding that.

But I feel d ministry might be pushing for an indigenous coach and d NFF is insisting on foreign coach..
