jmaine: You are simply adopting a weak point. The flag happened 5 months ago and not 6 months and the contractors were adequately mobilized to site 3 months.with all due respect, your "The flag happened 5 months ago and not 6 months " statement is a daft one . If i am to indulge you July 1 - Nov ending is 5 months, your report was on June 5. I was on that road today," forming activity" on 2km out of 130km road, 6 months after flagoff jamboree should be indefensible, taking account of the perennial failure of the FG to fix that road |
jmaine: Yes the contruction was flagged off by the President on June 5, 2013So six (6) months after the jamboree flag off for construction on the most important highway in Nigeria, all we can see is tens of workers on less than 2% of the portion of the highway ?. I know their planned timeline for real work to start on that road is Aug-Sep 2014, by then campaign for 2015 must have started, after 2015 elections in January, the drama continues |
theoctopus1: The contract for that road has never been awarded. Stop spewing lies. The road was formerly concessioned to Babalakin who did nothing for 2 years and the concession was revoked. The same Babalakin that is trying to hound Stella Oduah!A contract that was awarded monthsssss ago, Jonathan was even present, and yet all we see is political construction. I was on that road today . The Lag-Iba express way is over 130km, maybe on some 2-3kms you see some workers forming activity. The decoy is for 2015, when campaign starts by sep 2014, trust me, the volume of workers and earth building equipments on that road no go get part 2. I can see through their evil decoy. |
Nigeria can not be in the same group with france, chile, equador and the other 4 african teams, as we are in the same pot. |

Nigeria is placed in pot 3, and will be drawn in the group stage against one opponent each from pot1 , pot 2 and pot 4. No team in the same pot can be drawn against each other in the group stage of the mundial in Brazil. |
Pot 1 is the top-eight teams in the world according to FIFA's rankings. Pot 2 is four teams from Asia and four teams from North America. Pot 3 and is five teams from Africa, two teams from South America, and one team from Europe. Pot 4 is eight teams from Europe Read more: http://www.businessinsider.com/world-cup-draw-pots-groups-2013-11#ixzz2lDlk3ytu

From the picture posted, i can see people scrambling to loot the goods and leaving the badly burnt man to his fate. |
I believe the eagles now has a regular starting 10 Enyeama, omeruo, ambrose, oboabona, echiejille, onazi, mikel, moses, emenike, musa. I believe in Musa for a starting shirt, he has the right pace for needed counter attacks and buildups., this makes up for his other shortcomings, the only reason ideye is still in that team is because of his height and athletic build. he can come off from the bench however, I do not subscribe to keshi using 2 midfielders (mikel and onazi) to execute matches in the worldcup, except we are playing a highly watered down side. i am a bit sceptical of john ogu, who is liable to cards due to his seemingly aggressive form of play. Nosa Igiebor, sone aluko ,haruna lukman, isaac promise needs to be tried out for the role of the needed 3rd man in the midfield. |
Ilmo Dr Michael: Do you believe all this from a white american agent? you don't know anything about football. They have just won a world cup....are you not happy for that? Kelechi will go wherever he wants, he deserves that. Amunike won't take a naira for his transfer but the agent....who knows.I chose to believe the agent, who also mentioned the names of amuneke preferred choice. amuneke has acceded to the fact that he assaulted the agent, to me that says a lot about him. I wont be surprised if the reason for the assault is because of failure to agree on a percentage cut for amuneke. |
“The coach invited us, we went to see him and he started threatening Kelechi that he should follow him to Abuja to sign with his agent who is working with a Nasiru Jubril, a staff of the NFF; or else Nasiru, the man in charge of the ITC (International Transfer Certificate), will not release kelechi’s ITC to him and they will both make sure that he is banned from Nigeria football; also he will not get a good club .Amuneke is a disgrace, the part in bold shows he is simply fighting for his pocket to the detriment of the young lad. Who does he think he is to threaten the young star with a ban from nigerian football ? Whatever Amuneke has done for the young lad , he was paid with tax payers money as coach wages. He should shut a fvck up, |

@Op, i hope no thread was used in sewing your cloth, you covered your body with natural leaves. |
i still stand with my yesterdays assertion, Ngige will come tops, with roughly 35% of total votes cast. Keep calm Ngige people. |
That he chooses to tar the roads for the burial should be commended , what if he chooses not to? The available resources can not fix all the roads simultaneously in lagos, as such priority will be utilised. The reality is that in 2015, there will be bad roads that will need to be fixed in Lagos, and the next Governor will continue from where Fashola stops. I think currently in Lagos the rate of road fixing is faster than the rate of road decay, and that is the good news. |

Ngige will win tomorrows election with roughly 35% of the total votes cast. You can all bookmark my post. |
kulyie: where did you see me cuddling dogs and catsI can picture you cuddling pets , abi i lie ni? |
Babzilla: DONT MIND THE DEMENTED BABOONCommon, why call her that? You dont know her background from adam, our past experience has a way of shaping our present and future values. BTW, i might be wrong, what i can perceive about her is someone who has built a high and mighty wall of self defense for herself against men. She also has a strong stereotype of men being opportunist. I also think people like her when they eventually fall in love with a man, they fall like an elephant. |
@OP The fear of not getting respect and submission from the rich lady. The value a woman attaches to " care " from her spouse is the same a man attaches to "respect and submission" from his spouse. @kulyie, you need a good man, Loneliness has a way of creeping strongly in to ones life as you get firmly rooted careerwise, abi for how long will you continue to cuddle Dogs and cats ? Be subtle a little, and that man will come , who you will handover your ego to for keeps. |
There are no pictures of the voters card found on them. Why were two vigilante group members arrested with two pump action guns and paraded with the election observers? Only a very silly foool will not understand that the elections observers are being prevented from having access to the planned election rigging. |
It is quite possible, our neighbors Ghana seemingly average team had to be very unlucky not to qualify for the semifinals in south africa 2010. They lost via penalties to a team they outplayed. Nevertheless, the immediate task is to qualify for the world cup. |
Ironically, the more PDP awaits APC implosion, the more the PDP ship sinks. |
There was a time Adedibu also had an "election winning machinery" for Oyo State, the Saraki dynasty is not as powerful as perceived. it is a dynasty that will not survive the next few years |
Something is fishy ! The whole press briefing looks like a stage managed episode that was badly done. |
Good one ! Longest runaway in Nigeria shows the project is a visionary one. Over 50% completion also shows a lot of work has been done. |
Which kind person go dey fry akara by 3:00am? Abegi, the truth is not yet out. |
TechWalker007: There's a difference in asking criminals to vote for you and voting for criminals! The situation is not analogous to voting criminals Lobbying 7 state governors to join their fold is in the best interest of the party, the new entrants will be guided by the parties guidelines. The stiffer the opposition, the more likely the incumbent will be on his/her toes to perform. We will gradually get to the era where the electorates will be sophisticated to identify change and vote for it. Simply preaching change and throwing very fresh faces will hardly fly with the core nigerian electorates, it is an idealistic stand. |
