Wrong!

Blocking the Nigeria - EU Trans Saharan gas pipeline project FOREVER, remains Russia's goal.

That's one of Moscow's payback to the terrorist west, for destroying Russia's nordstream gas pipeline in the Baltic sea last year.
Hmmmmmmm

Very insightful

Russia knows: multiple religious and ethnic mix failed Nigeria.

Europe that created Nigeria does not allow multiple ethnic and religious country in Europe because such countries fail at last. The 3 Swiss groups agreed first on a formula.
Late Ghaddafi advocated for division of Nigeria into more manageable countries.

Since the late 1980s, Europeans have dissolved all the once multi ethnic and religious countries in Europe, like Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, etc.
Europeans have refused Turkey membership of the European Union because of religious differences.

But cheap cash from crude oil makes small minded Nigerian politicians stick to an impossible Nigeria they know can never work. The country has become the poverty capital of the earth.
Do you actually think Europeans dissolved these countries along ethnic lines or just to weaken them into smaller fractions countries?
A big Yugoslavia is a big headache for US to control than a smaller tiny fractions.
Bro, it is all about power tussels and not any regard for the people.
The plan was to break Yugoslavia, USSR into pieces so as to lord over everyone.
Unfortunately for them, Russia was an unfinished product that has come to hunt and harm them after 30 years of removing 14 countries out of it.
Just imagine if Yugoslavia is still around too, US and allies would have been pushed back far better with the Yugoslavia/Russia/China block.
Russia has so many ethnic groups too, likewise Chinese.
The potential of a country to negotiate better at regional and world level depends on many factors which some are population, landmass to name a few.
There is a way the world operates and a smaller country, I don't know if it benefits the masses but at the world scale, is not recognized. Her opinions are swept aside and not taken serious.

Greed is part of human nature. We want it all, both men and women.

I've always told my guys one thing;
Keep an open mind to cheating because there's a 90% chance that your woman must cheat on you throughout the course of your togetherness,be it in courtship or matrimony. The only reason why a lot of marriages and relationships are still ongoing and waxing strong is IGNORANCE.
If people were opportuned to see beyond the deceit and pretense, the divorce law industry will out-earn even the manufacturing sector.
How you can power out of this is by picking a mate that will FEAR you and wouldn't want to lose what they can access by virtue of associating with you, else you're on your own and exposed to this risk.
And as for you guys doing equality and modern marriage,na una go first collect from this pandemic.

So naive for you to think that woman you're doing equality with, that goes to her job everyday, meet all and sundry and even go on work trips where a lot can happen always come back home as she left grin grin

The men who are on the safest place are those who takes care of their bills in marriage.
Then those who split bills as men better be in good behavior hence, their women will sleep around at the slightest provocation.
A man splitting bills better not fornicate else, his woman will want to get back at him by banging that handsome guy she has been admiring.
The worst set of men at the bottom of the food chain are those their women are breadwinners....... Chaiii... My brother.
My dad is an elder in the church and I know how many marital issues he settles for families with challenges mostly men struggling financially unable to control their wives and kids. It is always a pathetic situation to be in.

Abegi, make una quit fooling yourselves… grin grin grin

Africans born during colonialism essentially saw a “common enemy” - colonialists…
They thus fought them with ONE mindset - the liberation of AFRICA, which is why the greatest Pan-Africanists are still from that era.

Conversely, Africans born after colonialism indulge in primordial bulkanisation…
Eg, South Africans, for whose liberation Nigeria sacrificed billions in material and armed support, now literally lynch Nigerians in SA.

Many Ghanaians whose nation shared a “special relationship” with Nigeria during colonialism now despise us…
Meanwhile, in our parents era, Nigeria sold oil to Ghana (and African nations) at DISCOUNTED rates and even gave Rawlings govt a grant.

As for Nigeria itself (where scores of post-colonial citizens are “japa-ing” to the old colonialists)…
You need to look no further than the CRUDE TRIBALISTIC BILE AND BIGOTRY that’s daily spewed here on Nairaland.

So abegi let’s quit deceiving ourselves…
THE ‘ENEMY’ LIES SQUARELY WITHIN US - not in France, Britain, etc.!!!

When I was in secondary school, I once participated in a debate where I supported the motion that Democracy is better than military regime.

But now, I realised the rubbish I supported.

The "bad" military regime in Nigeria built 4 solid refineries. The Democracy people ran them to comatose, they can't built a refinery, they won't allow modular refinery as it will interfere with their corruption, n they still have the nerves to clamp down on d alleged "illegal refineries" in d creeks.

I will pick military all day. Try nonsense with Niger, una go hear am. People that can't tame a pack of bandits in the bush want to enter a war with a full grown country grin
grin grin

Even the military boys will be doing morning devotion for it not to come to pass.
One thing is for military to attack nigerdelta militants, boko Haram who are rag tagged with no state of the art weapons nor air support. It is another entirely to face your mate with similar strength.
A soldier man only flexes his muscles on harmless civilians. When he sees his mate, he adjusts.
Even the popular war the Nigerian led ecomog fought in Liberia and Seria Leone were rebels with no proper training and weapons. Reason why they defeated them.
In a case you are to meet your mate, I will advise Nigeria govt shouldn't disgrace themselves.
Many soldiers will even desert before getting to war front because it is automatic ticket to grave.
Meeting someone that has state of art weapons like you, aerial support and can easily down your airforce. Knows how to handle these weapons well. Well trained and Organized ( 2 qualities civilian rebels and militants lacks)
Omo, na die.

My brother, oyinbo people have really dealt with us.
The truth is, have lost hope in black race and pan Africanism.
Blacks and Africa as a whole are too divided along ethnic, religious and colonial lines.
Francophone countries sabotaging anglophone countries efforts and many more.
The truth still remain that, even if you divide Nigeria along ethnic lines, in the absence of their present competitors, another one will fill the void.
Give Yorubas their own country and you will be surprised how we will start talking about ijebu man, egba man, ijesa man, Oyo man, ekiti man etc. Then the issue of Christianity and Muslim will arise to full scale because what has been keeping us one is a perceived competitor from other major ethnic tribes like Igbos or hausas.
The Igbos too will have the issue likewise hausas because in the absence of the so called perceived problems, a new problem will be created from the smaller fractions.
Go to smaller African countries like Liberia, Seria Leone and other smaller countries and you will be amazed at the sheer hatred among them along dialect lines (a smaller fractions of ethnic)

You actually have a clue about what's going on!

In brief, what's happening is that the old generation Africans born during colonialism are being phased out right now. I am talking about any African born from the 1920's to 1950's. They're dead or quickly dying.

They grew up as semi-slaves with colonial mentality and, therefore very unquestioning. They continue to be used by white people till this day, it doesn't matter their social status.

Africans born after colonialism think differently and have largely replaced them. This is why France and Britain are working assiduously behind the scenes to return Africa to a new form of slavery suited for the current generation of Africans.

If we don't understand the scheme and wake up completely as a people by 2025, this generation would also be enslaved.

I have an article written half way on this topic but it's just one of those things I end up not publishing.
At the bolded is so true.
Reason why I once said the modern tool the west wants to use to enslave the present generation is Afta - Africa free trade agreement. One of the tools because they realized the present generation are more aggressive against olden days tools they used against our forefathers

What's ECOWAS going to do now?
Na beg I even dey beg Dem make Dem no break ECOWAS ooo.
I just renewed my passport and not ready to go back to the stone age of processing Nigeria passport again.
We are praying to have a pan Africa passport where we will be able to travel to all 54 African states visa free and here we are some trying to set up back to individual countries proceeding visa for each country we want to go.
Are we moving forward or backward?
For some time, I have my reserve with this Afcta (Africa free trade Agreement) they all signed in 2020 because we are too divided along religious, tribal, colonial lines in Africa.
The francophone countries have always been dragging us back in policies to integrate west Africa due to France influence.
The plan was to introduce west Africa currency after the ECOWAS passport which was "Eco".
That way, we won't be losing money at borders dude to forex conversion and makes trade more smooth along borders but rara, France was steadily rearing their ugly head using the francophone countries insisting they will be the one to manage the currency just like they are doing for their useless francophone countries thereby manipulating us all.
Imagine France in far away Europe managing our currency for us in west Africa.
Crazy!!!
Since Nigeria and other anglophone countries didn't agree, the eco has been thrown into trash can.
We can't move ahead as blacks if these western thieves keep dipping their dirty hands in our affairs

It's really sad to think.

If I were in their shoes, I'll try to kill two bird with one stone. Even if I'll japa, I won't destroy my financial base back home.

That's my lifeline, and as life uncertainties occurs, I can always fall back to something. It's the same dynamic with the concept of rhe prodigal son.

After he messed up, his father was his fall back option to get back on track. Or a student who's parents are there to catch him financially if he falls.

Or a monkey that will make sure he holds another branches before jumping. As a man, you can't afford to fail, especially when such failure is a result of avoidable mistakes.

The regrets that will emanate from such failures can land one to depression, because you know you forked up. A man can't afford the flexibility of failure simply because people's survival are on him.

Men's responsibilities are non-negotiable by nature. Your children and your wife may change to worse by your bad mistakes. And some mistakes are like a knockout, you will never recover from it. It's downard ever.

They won't understand why they have to suffer, or even a reduction in lifestyle, and even if they adapt tonew realities, you'll loose a part of you. Your pride, honour and respect.

I only pray and hope they do not regret it. It will shatter them to pieces.
Hmmmmmmmmm

This really touched me - The regrets that will emanate from such failures can land one to depression, because you know you forked up. A man can't afford the flexibility of failure simply because people's survival are on him.

They must upgrade by fire by force, and if it means selling houses and giving up business, so be it. UK, here we come
grin grin

The saddest part for me are the business men I know doing well and fine in Nigeria.
From 2020 to 2022 December, they just parked up and ran with family to UK.
Sold everything. I mean quarry trailers. 20 tons quarry trailers.
Some have 2, some 5 or more. Ballers in my area that the places they do take me to, big hotels and clubs and burning 100k on sitting. Doing fine and they just throw all these out the window to start afresh??
It is not as if anything happened to their businesses or they are struggling yet they just ran off. Sold off businesses, laid off workers yet we are complaining of unemployment when employers are running off.
It all looks like jazz or juju.
No one says you shouldn't travel but even traveling has categories.
These men are meant to apply for tourist visas or visitation because that is the category they fall into.
Going and coming back from vacations and visitations but No, they collapsed everything.
People who are struggling are the ones permanent relocation or Japa are meant for as an upgrade to their lives and not well to do guys.

Because fixing a bad leader to loot the country dry is the best way for western countries to prosper and keeping Africa down.
A prosperous Africa will ask questions, wants to negotiate better for the resources going out of her yard which is a disadvantage to western countries.
