If you are over 40 years, stop drinking beer and heavy alcohol.
Stop eating everything you see, stop eating heavily.
Eat more of fruits than carbohydrates.
Forget soft drinks, juice and the likes. They are not healthy at all.
Form the habit of drinking ginger and garlic tea morning and night.
Do not drink all those sliming tea or so called herbal tea. They actually attack your kidneys.
Eat natural nuts a lot such as groundnuts and cashew
Eat less of bread and tea
Eat chicken
Reduce intake of red meat

What she is suffering from is called ‘gangrene’ in medical terms. It has no known cure. The only way for her might actually be amputation but first, let her sugar level stabilize. And if she’s over 50 years, bro, take heart! This is because if that amputation is carried out, it will increase the level of infection which will eventually result in the entire body being infected.This is called Sepsis. If this happens, death is just 3 days away!
So bro, it is a pity this has gotten to gangrene and her sugar level is not stable. Forget about artificial legs, if she’s above 50 and her sugar level is unstable, doing amputation will kill her faster. I would not know why you picked on "a heavy user" amongst all I shared up there. The interpretation of a heavy user could be independent. Some people use their phones sparingly while others are always pressing theirs. Some always play games, listen to songs, browse, chat or always on calls. My own interpretation rests on the fact that I am always browsing and playing games, watch movies and sometimes listen to my highlife music. Everyone has his spec. The point I am trying to make is show the battery life. So if a phone screen is on for 24hours, that's heavy usage naa. Whatever one does with his phone shouldn't be your business my brother.

Well, I use Infinix Hot 8. Bought it March 2020. Double camera. I am a heavy user, like my screen is on for more than 13 hours daily. I charge it only in the night when sleeping. The phone is fast. Quite fast. You don't expect me to use a slow phone though. The camera is superb. Quite strong phone. I only charge my phone with the follow come charger and no other charger ever since I bought. I handle it with care though. It works really well. No issues. I will always recommend Infinix to anyone.

Hello Guys please I need your advise and experiences here;
I am a graduate of Electrical and Electronics engineering with an upper credit but since my graduation in 2008 I haven't been fortunate enough to get a job in my field hence I have been hustling any and everything to make ends meet but am always feeling misplaced you know like am not on the right track. so I am considering going back to school to improve on my qualification.

My intention is to get a higher degree in engineering preferably electrical power related from a Canadian institution but from my research so far masters degree with HND is out of the question in Canada (I hope am wrong) the most viable option is to apply for fresh admission but considering my age (mid 30s) a visa officer my deny my visa application considering I already have an HND why go for another degree or if I leave out my HND that would create a vacuum of over 10 years in my record (I also hope to be wrong). Although I don't mind going for certificate courses as well.

So guys please those who have experience and ideas on how to achieve my aim should kindly share.

No visa officer will issue you a visa for a Certificate Course. Go for a fresh Programme. Do not tell them you have HND.
