Good start for us. I think the midfield will determine how we win the game. Am watching Evans closely.

Van da saar, neville, vidic, evans, o'shea, ronaldo, nani, berba, rooney. Haven't seen the bench yet. Will post when i see it. Where are mancs? Criz, sauron, tkb, jk, nazzy etc. I can only see Sir DF.

Any odd for tonight's game? Fergie seems to be having selection problems for our attacking line up. I jus think he should start CR7 from the bench. But i hate to hear that inspite of the recent results, he is gambling with the idea of playing Rooney wide. Just to accomodate a 4-3-2-1 formation that will have Apache in the team. For whatever reason, Wazza should partner Berba upfront. Let Nani and Tevez go wide or better still Berba. Lets make maximum use of Wazza's form before it dries up. What do you guys think?

I think you being very vindictive here and with that attitude you won't go places
You sound like you have lost some ground for a very good deal with babeisme
Hence trying to create a bad image of her.
Know that NLanders aren;t fools and you maybe doing yourself some serious damage without knowing it

You are not the only dealer here and you will not know how terrible it is until Jenju and Bebeisme take over the market here.
Then Femy and the rest, the local market

Being vindictive isn't the way to do business
If you know you have been honest and fair in your deallings with Bebeisme and the rest of those yo had qualms with,
You won't resort to this. Let nature take its cause.
Do your thing like theu ne'er existed and let things take its course

@Emperoh,
Wolfsburg is bankrolled by Volkswagen and Leverkusen by Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
These are Germany's corporate giants backing their football clubs.
and what has become of them in European football?
And with all of Volkswagens money, what has VFB Wolfsburg won?
Leverkusen, only a German cup and UEFA cup
So what is the money from Bayer and Volkwagen doing?

"Around 1990, alumnus Dietmar Hopp returned to the club of his youth, not as a player, but as financial backer. Hopp was the co-founder of software firm SAP and he put some of his money into the club. His contributions generated almost immediate results: in 2000 Hoffenheim finished first in the Verbandsliga and was promoted to the fourth-division Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. Another first place finish moved the club up to the Regionalliga Süd (III) for the 2001-02 season. They finished 13th in their first season in the Regionalliga, but improved significantly the next year, earning a fifth place result.@

Dietmar invested in and didn't buy up this club.
And then after Hoffenheim who else. Since 1990huh
Jeez as at then even the takeover fever hasn't even caught up with Euro clubs
Lets make an assessment of present day clubs

As long as that policy of foreign ownership not buying clubs in the aforementioned clubs, their fortunes will keep dwindling
When compared to the English guys.

Netherlands weren't in Korea/japan, does that make them a terrible team?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Emperoh(m): 3:41pm On Oct 20, 2008

Wrote this test last saturday and it was just very easy going.
You can decide to go at any time you want during the weekends.
They just spread the timing out to avoid crowding. All you need is to turn up at their premises.
They check you in. Nobody will even ask you whether you were invited or not. They computer go disqualify you so gate crashers beware.
Its a computer based test so just login with your email address if you were invited
Else, nothing for you. The test is 20 qestions in 15 mins comprising of Quantitative and Verbal reasoning and small Current affairs
U have to be fast. Do the ones you can and mark the ones u can't do for review afterwards
I didn't spend up to 28mins from my arrival till when i left.
Like someone said above, its the best test experience you will have. U don't even need pen, pencil and eraser. Seriously, u don't them.
One more thing, everybody can't rite the same thing. Every question differs.

So for those whose test date and time are unusual, maybe u should just turn up at their office on saturday morning and do the test.
Or at your own convenience but it shouldn't exceed next weekend.

@Emperoh,
Some countries don't allow foreign owners clubs in Italy are owned by Italians same with Spain and Germany.
many Businessmen would Kill to own Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Munich, or Inter but the local regulations does not allow this.
Obviously last seasons performance was the reason because Luca and Ribery have been none existent since May 2008.
Klose, Poldi? Why do they have to make up the numbers like Rooney, Lampard and Gerrard who would definitely not make the top 10
not to talk of winning
So why should the Englisg be blamed for some of their woes?
Ifthey refuse to open up to foreign investmetment, that means they can tkae whatever comes with it.

Fact is, aside the big boys in those countries, i doubt if investor would really love a look into the smaller guys.

Akolawole
Are trying to say Mikel is 21yrs, or Drogba 30yrs
Fact is, Evra grew up in France and as such age falsification is practically non existent
Records are there for you to check so quit making unintelligent insinuations tongue

When did this place bounce back to life?

Speculations here and there. . .  when will the English press learn to stick with reality??
Flogging off Hargo?? I am having a laugh . . . .  Not when Fergie knew about his injury worries before buying him
His tendonitis will be there till his career twilights.

I hope you aren't criticizing the EPL for the failure of other teams in Europe to hold their own against smaller teams in their league.
Most times your argument sickens me. No matter how deep your hatred for the EPL runs, this is its era
And as the Italians and Spaniards once had it, the English are having theirs. Good brand marketing and management
coupled with increased investment is driving everything. Even with the lower teams niggling point off the big ones in Italy and Spain, Germany and France,
I doubt how may investors are willing to go invest there. Not even your Bayern? Every one wants to buy a club in England.
Fact is, the EPL has made owning a club look fashionable.
So i rather you blame technical ineptitude and likes if you can't get maximum points from smaller teams in your league
Pls try and wake up from that your dream.BM will keep making up the numbers int the UCL
Another Lyon in the making. Local Champions tongue!!!

I hope we start preparing for tuesday in earnest. Who knows the extent of Evra's 'wounjury'? I bet this performance isn't top notch but acceptable. I dare say the international break disturbed our rythm. Good result though.

Hmm! On a match day and this thread is as dry as the sahara. Any team news? Whats the line up looking like? Just some scores. The gayners are a goal down at Everton while the chavs had a basket ball score against borough. Meanwhile the scousers are 1 - 2 down at home to wigan. Jeez Amr Zaki!! First season in the EPL and he already has seven goals. Anyway lets see how it goes. Meanwhile the Gayners have equalised.
