^^^^^ So how did the successful ones make? The Zimbabwe farmers in Tsonga TKB I have been guessing what you have been up to. . . but can't put a finger to it Now i know. . . . . kudos to you on Stakersden. Proven your mettle as a good strategist and manager. I love your Agribusiness idea but i am a bit scared you want to hit on it and then profit in a short while. I haven't seen anyone who made it in Agric in a short term unless with a huge financial backing That said, don't you think you should concentrate a lot of your research and inquest on the business side of Agriculture especially rice with a view to know the various aspect to it. This to me is where the success of the venture will lie. I do hook up with you one of these days to share you ideas on how the Stakersden thingy worked for you. I am about venturing on my own after Grad school but men, the fears i bone chilling Will give u a ring All the same, pls keep it going. . . . but comot your mind on the fact that you will hammer in another 5-7 years. meanwhile, we'll be on standby waiting for your first fruits to hit market |
^^^^ Clean auto auctions (if there is anything like that) doesn't mean that all cars have been free from crashes since their manufacture. . . it only stands for cars that are sold there to be in good/perfect working condition. They could have been involved in a crash in the past but refixed in which case, the vehicle information will read "rebuilt" just like Fhemmy said. While a good number will be free of any accident. . .if it was reported. Now there are basically two types of auction; Salvage auctions and Clean Car auctions. Salvage auctions will always stock cars that are in good condition or with little or minimal dent/damage bt Clean Car auctions CAN NEVER. .at least i am yet to see- stock crashed cars. There are sites or auctions that provide auto inspection services before a purchase is done. Manheima and Copart i think offer such. Pls be guided. |
Won't it be nice to share the handles of popular footballers or our Man U players so we can always follow them |
StarBoard:The guy has been doing awol as he pleases. Pls set up the tribunal to sanction him. . . fine should be one bottle of Moet for every Manc Poster. |
^^^^ Unfortunately, she will sit on the fence and make snide remarks without any depth of research Better to ignore such posters |
eagleu:Chair, I am good ooh. . . .nice to see you here life. Two of my guys have seen the unit. . . .but price tag (5.5m) and Engine size are a huge turn off Give the fuel issue and the somewhat conservative lifestyle of folks over there, there is a bit of a let off on it But i will keep hitting at it. Hopefully when i get to Enugu, i will see things for myself and see what i can come up with. What is the average cost of buying a clean title End of Discussion EX-L Model, cos i kind of bet to disagree with you a little on this your pricing and meanwhile adding the dealer's profit to that 1.65M Naira is 10,000$$ Sir, dont forget that, although i am not too sure the year of what the gentleman bought, but EX-L Model with clean title at 1.65M Naira is a little painting of the mind . . . [/quote]Baba Fhemmo, |
lightest: There are two ways to it man. If you made a request for a Honda Accord without stating whether Salvage or Clean title, then you may not have much of a case. Because he can claim the car is in perfect working condition hence why the need for a refund? Can you authentically prove that the car is not working properly or was not what you bargained for? Was it clearly stated; No Accidented cars? I can't say but all i know is that the dealer may win this case. . . it's a 50-50 chance depending on what the initial bargain was. Meanwhile N1,650m can get you clean title EOD but with high mileage. Options like Ex or EX-L come into the picture when the mileage is sorted. But with this damage and mileage; 177k?? I must confess, this is a rip off at N1,650m |
Lightest, Did u meet the person on nairaland? if yes, we would like to know who the person is for others to take note. But i won't totally absolve you of the blame. Correct me if i am wrong, you may have turned to this because the price tag you saw on it was cheap enough |
While i agree with most of you that Anambra has dwindled in governance fortunes since 2011 when he got his second tenure, i totally disagree that Obi is a monumental failure. let me state here that i hold no brief for the Governor or any of his cronies, but i know the difference between the different tenures i witness since 1999 What is happening to Obi is tantamount to my initial believe and one which i share with a close cousin that Second tenure bred impunity. . . .check all the governors in their last lap and tell me if any story that is different. Unfortunately, i was among those clamouring for Obi's return after an impressive run out in his first term (pls these are my opinion). To some extent, we felt a feeling of governance with things being done as at and when due. Our roads continued the upward movement that Chris Ngige initiated and other aspects of governance receiving adequate attention when needed. We had workers who were paid albeit lowly, timely payment of pension to retired worker and our debt profile coming to a very low level. But the man is gradually quashing his own achievements with his ambition. I wonder whether getting in touch with government at the centre really guarantees anyone anything. But his constant hobnobbing with the PDP government may have triggered the transfer of the PDP disease to Peter Obi. I had thought that with his experience with the PDP government during the fight of his life for his tenure, Mr. Obi would have distanced himself from any relationship with the PDP government at the centre. I had expected a governor who would build on his legal success and build something out of the APGA government. But lo, it's one internal fight after the other. Snatching tickets meant for his APGA loyalists and handing them over to PDP decampees. Imagine the likes of Chuma Nzeribe and Uche Ekwunife in APGA!!! But these are not really where my problem lies. It is with the inability of the governor to think creatively and exit that straight-jacketed manner of thinking; in terms of doing what the law says government should. But rather look beyond the normal and harness the budding human resources in the state to its benefit. We have the most successful set of people in black Africa and i can imagine the number who are yet to be discovered. It is not enough for government to build roads, rehabilitate schools, provide healthcare and basic infrastructure. . . . .what about those policies and laws that can stimulate the states resources? Even in the area of infrastructure, i can hardly find any Federal project Mr. Obi's government has embarked upon. This is despite his rapport with Aso Rock. Where then is the benefit of his relationship with the President. Yes we boast about the best road network in the South East but the entrance to our state from Enugu and Onitsha leaves a lot to be desired. The Asaba end of the highway is a Federal Road; it was done by the Delta State government. Why can't Mr. Obi replicate same and retrieve his money from Abuja; since he is close to them and Mr. Ngige did the same. It is totally disheartening to see that this is a failure that will be self inflicted. Posterity would have held him in high regard if he had kept up with the first term momentum but trust leaders to grow a whole new identity when they become the Lord of the manor. But what I totally disagree with is that Obi is a failure as a Governor. He did quite well in the first continuing from where Chris Ngige stopped |
I think the return for that size of SUV is pretty much and really quashes that perception that Fords are terrible on gas returns. But what i can put a head to is if the return will be better is the Catalytic converters are fitted back in. I am tempted to think it will Forgive my inexperience but are u sure the MAF sensor there as well? |
We are proud of what we do. . . . .talk to us |
^^^ Hello Sir, We will not sell you junks or what will not work The camry above is very reliable and wasn't even involved in a crash It has however already been sold. But we can get you something similar at a cost of 850,000.00 only. We look forward to hearing from you soon |
Can't believe this thread existed. Good one to you bruv and i hope Nairaland have been patronising you Pls i am a popular Pre-order dealer here. I got a client a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L from an Auction in USA sometimes last year. It was however discovered that the doughnut shaped spare tire wasn't there. Pls do you stock such tires? If yes, how can i get one that will fit the vehicle i described above. I have attached the link for you to have an idea of the vehicle in question. I need to close this chapter and move on as it is being a sore point for me https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-694158.32.html |
How the Italians have fallen off the scheme of things. The English 3 cats will fall by the way aside as usual with a press that will keep lapping up false glories |

coogar:I kinda want to attribute this to the way Fergie set out his 4-4-2. You will realize that Giggs left the the Left wing and kept drifting into the middle giving us some little form of presence in the midfield and then allowing Scholes and Carrick the intermittent movement forward. This suddenly looks like a 3-5-2 formation and suddenly reverts 4-5-1 under pressure. . . .a variation to the 4-4-2 u so often criticize. That helped out attack and then gave us more personnel when we attack. But you will also realize that it made Evra to parade within the midfield and moving to join the attack whenever we move forward. . . . . these leaves spaces behind. In this case, he works more a wing back not a left full back. . . . i guess that't part of the reason for his making it back late whenever we loose the ball and the opponents attack us. . . sounds good a tactic to me but one that is very easy to explore by a good manager or tactician You will realize that this may have been the reason Glen Johnson bombed forward at any little chance in the first half. Another thing is that it seems Liverpool forgot football and got weighed down by Mr. Suara's shenanigans. That said, we need to start sorting out games out. Can someone borrow some positional sense from Chicharito and give DW or a left foot from Nani and give AV I keep wondering what AV could have done to Enrique if his left foot had some life in it. That said, pls can some pls help dispatch a bullet into Gigg's leg? As for Suara's gimmicks, i think what Fergie said after the match is what i totally agree with. Dude is not meant to be a Liverfool player. . . .it wasn't Evra who banned him, it's the FA. . .he should go and collect his towel where he bathed ![]() Excerpts from Fergie "I could not believe it, I just could not believe it," Ferguson told Sky Sports. "He's a disgrace to Liverpool Football Club, that certain player should not be allowed to play for Liverpool again. "The history that club's got and he does that and in a situation like today could have caused a riot. "I was really disappointed in that guy, it was terrible what he did." Ferguson added: "It created a tension, you've seen the referee didn't know what to do about it. "It caught him off guard. It was a terrible start to the game, a terrible atmosphere it created." |
