People, there is nothing fraudulent about this car!
The number u saw in from is what we call 'Auto Dealers License plate'
Issued by the State Govt to registered Auto dealers to be able to move their cars round.
The back is like we know, came with the car from the State of last registration in US, i.e Texas!

Go and do further inspection if u wanna but this car and confirm as such!
