The allegations of perjury, forgery and double nominations against Tinubu and his running mate seems to be a disqualifier too much for Tinubu's camp to defend. I'm yet to read it anywhere where APC is making an attempt to defend themselves against these serious allegation except for saying that matter is an intra-party affair. Is it only a member of APC who can charge Tinubu to court for contravening the constitution?

Inauguration that is not a big deal has become an Olympic event...... ordinary tour of Aso Villa by the incoming first lady that is a normal thing that goes on without anyone noticing it is now a media jamboree....... Congratulations from Foreign government that occured seamlessly has become an achievement that is celebrated in the media......All these points to only one fact which is clear for all to see...... Tinubu did not win that election hence all these uneasy signs in his camp.....Tinubu snatched the mandate and running away with it is what his next task is but that is not easy like in normal life......To do evil is easy but getting away with it is not as easy as doing it.

Can you quote the portion of the constitution that supports the bolded? If constitution says FCT should be seen as a state, why the need for specifically mentioning it again since it's already seen as a state? Why was no any other state not mentioned? Who is the governor of FCT? Your sincere answers to this questions will show you that was INEC president-select.
