a. the one built by Amazon for inec for the purpose of the election b. the local system being managed by inec ? Whether na CIA, FBI or Amazon server get glitch, it doesn't matter. You should know that there is a limit to jurisdiction. The courts do not have any powers over Amazon, since there was no contract between Amazon and the aspirants or candidates. This is why the constitution gives INEC the freedom to choose whatever way they want to transmit results. Bigkoko: Wrong.... A CTC from CSU is all that is needed, which the learned justices has in their custody as evidence and marked for deliberations. You only bring in someone if the other party raises an objection or if the accusers wish to further or if the Justices are not convince.
So far, it appears the justices are convinced that the CTC doc is from CSU and that indeed, a lady, not a man was actually admitted at CSU but a man actually graduated. That is allowed so far the name remains the same. No wonder he never made any move to change the Adekunle to Ahmed. CSU probably thought the dude don go transgender line. ok na! Wait and see what will happen. It is either the Nigerian police present this information as constitutionally provide or someone from the school defends this in court.simple as that. Evidence has to be from primary sources and has to be fair. |
Politics › Re: A For Adekunle Or Ahmed? Tinubu Is A Gonner! by Enice(m): 1:43pm On Jul 02, 2023 |
Bigkoko: Always best to wait for the tribunal to rule. I learned the justices have vowed to uphold the tenets of democracy and the Nigerian constitution. We patiently await their judgement.
Four things stands out. 1. Constitutionality of 25% requirements before one can be declared president elect. 2. Who is Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 3. INEC manipulation of results. 4. INEC non adherence to it's set guidelines.
So far on each count, it doesn't look good for Mr Asiwaju.
Count 1. The law is clear. Ex AGN & Min of Justice Micheal Aoondoka made reference to this days after the election, in a televised interview I watched, he said the supreme court has made previous rulings on this and affirmed it. That since it's already on court Processes, it's yet to been seen if the SC court under Kayode Ariwoola would reverse itself.
Count 2. No one knows for sure who the hell Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu is! Whether he's a female, male, Allen or transgender. New evidence keep popping up daily. From available records from CSU....he is a female. My best guess is a Bobrisky...lol. The he/she that was admitted to CSU might not the Prof Yak selected president, but possibly the one that graduated. I'm sure Private investigators must have swung into action to unreveal who was admitted and who graduated. Could this lead to a much larger investigation whether the real female admitted was murdered so another person could use her Identity? This is a known modus oprandi of most drug cartels, which the subject is widely believe to be a member of, in civilian capacity as a mule.
Count 3. If INEC gave or upload blurred results, how did INEC get figures to announce a winner? The Nigerian State and people is on trial. Forget those overfed illiterates like Okoye who comes up occasionally for interviews and end up making mockery of Nigerian institutions. Be like Prof Yak, go into hiding because the more you talk, the more the fraud stands tall. If results upload were successfully for some & not successful for others, for Elections done that same day, even a weed smoker will have no issues arriving at a good conclusion. Ok Mr Okoye....the glitch happened right, and in every polling units, every LGA, every State....how will these kind of parents tell their sons not to be involved in Yahoo yahoo beats my imagination? A smoker dad advising his son not to smoke...lol
Count 4. Before any election, the supervising body always puts up guidelines for the conduct of the election. Non adherence or changing of the guidelines mid way is legal ground to claim bias, and once proven, it's legal & technical ground to invalidate the results.
The Registrar of CSU has always written a reply to inquiries that “Bola A. Tinubu” graduated from the school because there is indeed that name in the school registry. What we recently found out was it was not an "Ahmed" that graduated but an "Adekunle". Hundreds of millions of Nigerians, including yours sincerely, do not know Mr Asiwaju bears the alias "Adekunle". The court order to produce the CTC of Tinubu’s certificate also exposed that the “Bola A. Tinubu” they have always referred to is female. And that the “A” doesn’t not stand for “Ahmed” but for “Adekunle”.
Surprise surprise!! Tinubu’s APC membership card reads “Bola Ahmed Tinubu” which is worlds apart from the academic credentials he has from CSU which reads “Bola Adekunle Tinubu”. This clearly shows that we are talking about two different people. There's no public notice in print or vision where Bola Tinubu announced the changing of "Adekunle" to "Ahmed " as he is legally required to do, assuming the "she" who was admitted is the "he" who graduated! Lies can carry you only just far, before it crumbles and mess you up big time.
I wish most rodents would understand this. In the court of law, “Amaka Emeh Ugo” is not the same as “Ugo Emeh Amaka”, how much more when a different name is introduced entirely.
See, the Judiciary would have to be totally debased, unmitigatedly unashamed and inhumane to retain Tinubu or any of the alias he goes with; known or unknown, as president! funny people! The law of evidence is that it must be primary, it must be verifiable and it must be fair. Oga, you have to bring someone from Chicago state university, whom shall be an official representative from the school, and shall be under oath to present this rubbish that you claim. If not the court will throw it out as hearsay. |

People are talking as if IREV means anything in the scheme of things. It means nothing. This is because IREV is a secondary source of information.
