:PSo we tried the baby Okro soup today
I cooked Okro with ground crayfish, Titus fish and tiny palm oil. I 'blended' the soup with a blender after cooking so it's easy for her to swallow as she never get teeth.

Weldone mama. Also want to try this and oda fish meals but my ish is the Titus fish. Pls Is it ok to use the frozen ones dy sell in the open market. Been looking for fresh Titus fish or packed ones just like CHI chicken, I neva see. Thanks.

So we just tried boiled mashed plantain with egg yolk and a lil ground crayfish, and she took it well.

Ma'am I tried it once, she just kept pushing out the bottle with her tongue. I got tired and threw the milk away.

U sound like me exactly. I went from c cup to f cup bras. Of what use is this kain size? I tot it will be pouring like ocean.
My usual routine,bt milk after bottle feed then her Last bottle feed after her 8pm bath then from 12pm till 6am she feeds twice on bt milk but last two nights, maybe her appetite has increased, na im she no gree suck. She will put her mouth to it, decide its not enough and cry like i have offeneded her spirit.

I will try expressing during the day as suggested while she's taking formula. Ill also look for fenugreek cos ure the second person telling me about that. Lol @20months.

Lol! Normal Rice with stew then tea. My breast will full eh, it will even be pouring. try it. Your own baby wants to eat, my lo doesn't like to eat. She sucks for only 7mins in 2-3hrs. The rest will just be pouring out

A little palmoil and sugar.
Mix it into a paste, not too thick not too loose.
One teaspoon every 2 hours.

Mamas I greet u all, I want to ask a question, imagine I cannot contribute to Debbydominic post. This counseling of a thing, does it really work? If it does, it means I really need it. I found my self in such dilemma when I was pregnant with my first child, 10 years on, it's still on my mind. We've moved on but it really strained the relationship.
