Jeniluv: Hello, good evening sir, thanks for this breakdown, but do you mean to say a PHD programme in NOUN is just 2 semesters?Like one can finish up in 1 year??Please do clarify...Thanks You know what do delay people normally is the Thesis and not the examinable courses. So, it depends on how fast you can finish your Thesis. |

Staness: I have been cleared online, please what do I need for the study centre clearance? When can I proceed? When will the statement of result available? How much do we pay for graduation and convocation gown? SOR is not available at the moment. Once it's out, it will be at the different Study Centres. You will definitely get the info here. I think the convocation fee used to be 15k including convocation gown. The 5k for the gown is usually refunded later after you must have returned the gown and the name sent to the HQ. |

ev4real: BSc. Environmental Science & Resource Management. Yes, I have evidence of payment. If you do, no need to worry. You can be checking there from time to time. But, hope you interpreted what you saw there. How much is then the amount payale TOTAL for you since you said your 25k for project is outstanding? Secondly, project registration was not 25k for UG students but rather 15k. So, I wonder how they arrive at 25k outstanding for project. |

livinsoul: I really want to appreciate the effort you have taken to out up these information. May God reward you abundantly. However, the more specific question has to do with whether the program will involve traveling to Abuja which will disqualify me due to the nature of my job. I would be glad if this information, regarding how the program goes like, is shared. Thank you sir. I hope to get more info soon. |

ev4real: Good evening Nelson, I don't know were this is coming from upon checking total amount payable. "Outstanding Project Fee: 25000 Naira". Do you have an ideal? What's your programme and do you have evidence of payment of the required fee for project? I guess you are a PGD student. |

I have, 1. Called his line; No response 2. Sent an sms to his line; No response 3. Sent a message to the department email; No response 4. Sent a message to the faculty email; No response,
Not forgetting that I asked similar questions throughout my years of M.Sc. at NOUN, the staff members seems confused and gave widely different opinion regarding Ph.D. at NOUN.
Sir, you will be solving a big problem if you can please help pass the message across to them if they are serious about recruiting Ph.D. students at NOUN. The fees below are before the recent increment:

Kingsnairaland: First, it was the Turkish drones were going to change the course of the war. Then the Howitzers, then the Himars. Now its the Challenger or Leopard tanks. Are you Beginning to notice a trend here..
What kind of weed does a person have to be on to think that they can scare Russia with tanks.
The same tanks that was burnt in Iraq lol and USA and NATO had in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan but NATO and USA fled so fast they left behind over US $80bn worth of military hardware in Afghanistan. They ran away from ISIS too. Same in Vietnam and Somalia. While trying to back RUSSIA up with your point, you ended up exposing one side. From your illustration, you ended up making it clear that a determined nation can not lose completely in a war. Ukraine is synonymous to Afghanistan. If there is a country that have more weapons between these 2 is the Russians. |

Henrymas: Can you kindly guide me on how to go about the clearance, please. It is yet to start. Go to nouonline.net and click CLEARANCE. This will be where you will check your wallet and do the needful before convocation. Kindly note however that as at this morning, those whose name just came out have not been added to the list uploaded there. So, you just keep checking there. Other process will be at your study centre where you will have to get cleared by the Library, Bursary etc then make payments for convocation. |

Thanks for your message. Do you know if it's possible to complete the NOUN PhD (IT) program completely online? And what is the difference between ACETEL and the NOUN PhD?
Thanks The ACETEL PhD is still in collaboration with NOUN. The programmes are mainly IT-related programmes. Admission process is slightly different too. acetel@noun.edu.ng for more info. For more info on NOUN PhD programes, send mail to spgs@noun.edu.ng |
