Happy Sunday... I am a new student.. I paid my school fees today and while registering for my course and exams, I noticed the registration is reading 2022/2

Hope there will be no issues?

Enskynelson:
The truth is that, with this hunger and scarcity of Naira in the land, if 20k is all it takes to buy a gullible man's vote before, 2k will be all it takes now.
But sane people like us, no matter the amount, will still end up voting our conscience.
Above all, let us not forget to pray for peace over Nigeria. Though this election looks so mild compared to the one between. GEJ and Buhari... May we not be taken unaware of the violence that could come.

Does noun still do virtual exams ?

Missabigail234:

Azaboy:
I have been reading the PDF format of my course work downloaded from nounaid long before completing my admission process (3 course materials dusted, presently halfway through the fourth)

Is the pdf version word for word same as the hard copy?

Just want to know if I am on track.

Offwarp:
D gurus in here should pls ans me on this.

Azaboy:
I got my matric number on Monday and I have been able to log in to the student portal but my email is reading "Couldn't find your email address".

And I don't think it is advisable to fund my wallet for school fees and course registrations payment when my email is yet to be activated.

elguaje:
Hello, i forgot my portal password and i clicked on the forgot password link and i was directed to my school email but i can't access my school Email all i am getting is "couldn't find your google account". what can i do? pls help.

DivergentSony:
OK, thank you very much🙏.

So the next steps I should take now is to take the signed placement letter to my faculty, upload it and start filling my SIWES logbook right?

P.S: What signing do I need to do on my logbook and where do I do the signing?

DivergentSony:
Ah! is there no way I can backdate my starting date to meet up six months so I can defend it this semester?
I'm in 400L 2nd semester which is my last semester and I waito make sure I finish everything about NOUN this semester and make graduation list this year.

Though I paid and registered the SIWES on the SIWES mylearningspace portal since 2021 in 300L, can't I just edit my starting date to meet up the 6 months duration requirement in the SIWES record on SIWES portal and on my SIWES logbook?

Is it from the time I go to desk officer to verify they'll count the 6 months or the time filled in the logbook & placement acceptance letter that I started?

adeoyekay:
please can drop your WhatsApp number
I don't know how to go with the registration

You can still have up to three kids, all (AS) if you go head. It is from the 4th child that comes out as (SS). You can confirm this by asking your doctor.

God bless Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for speaking up against this devilish, crazy, lunatic, mad, frustrating swap policy.
Asiwaju go on hammering them, Emefiele,Baba Buhari, and all their cahoots in the villa.
I suffered yesterday to withdraw money over the counter from a cheque that was given to me,it was bad that all the banks I entered, none was paying over the counter, the queues at the ATM was depressing and all you can collect is 20000 per day.
I ended up not collecting the money cos the banks didn't have any money.
I said it in another thread and I will repeat it here,if Emefiele doesn't instruct the banks to load the ATM machines with the old notes today, Nigeria will erupt in a orgy of violence.
As for Obi and Atiku, they have proven to be very selfish politicans, they will rather prefer Nigeria burn as far as their ambitions are protected.
What will it cost them to tell government the policy is crippling the masses.
Even the Obi social media mob is confused, the ones that stood up for Endsars and have been bating on Peter Obi dare not make pim or they will be destroyed for siding with the masses.
Confusion is really breaking the bone of Obi social media mob. (Apologies to the great abami eda,Fele kuti)
Shame on them.
God bless Nigeria

Haaaa... VI is quite far from my place of residence.... They ought to be be processing student verification at Cappa.

Which kind set up is this one?

Azaboy:
A 300L student of NOUN told me that there is no study centre for verification at Mushin that I have to go to VI study centre for screening and exams when it was stated on the website that Mushin Study centre is one of the available options.

Please help me verify if there is indeed a functional study centre at Mushin, Lagos or not.

Thanks.

AoA777:
Hello
I want to get Letter of English Language Proficiency from the National Open University. Who can I help me out?

Azaboy:
I am not understanding.

He claims to have completed the process saying that the only thing left is to go and collect matric number from the study centre.... My question is if I go to the study centre and present my credentials....will I be asked for the admission letter or is the admission letter not needed for physical verification of the credentials?

Azaboy:
The guy handling my admission process is delaying the process, he has uploaded the credentials on the platform...... Can I proceed to the study centre with my credentials for verification (note: I don't have admission letter).

Will I be verified and given matric number?

Taduma1:
Can anyone put me through on how to fund one's wallet without a third party involvement

Taduma1:
Is it compulsory for students write both POP (pen on paper) and E-examination

livinsoul:
Hello friends.
I just got a response from the postgraduate school that one needs to be present at Abuja for some academic activities during the course of a Ph.D.
I felt like sharing this information with those that might need it.
Personally, I believe having a zonal departmental structure would have served potential students better.
I will look for other places to pursue my dream

Azaboy:
Good morning. Do NOUN open for admission screening during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)?
