Like as someone pointed out, OP is required to have some level of knowledge of programming in one of the languages for that research project.
Otherwise, he will have to contract that part of the project to someone. I am sure those codes would have made sense to him if he had an idea on any of the major programming languages.

Please, go and apply for your transcripts to be sent to NOUN. There was a time they released list of those yet to submit their transcripts. Anything could happen even though the chances are slim.

You are required to upload before you go physically with the credentials for verification.

CHM191, BIO191, PHY191... These are practicals. Any course with x91 or x92 codes for 100L are practical courses.

For your SIWES, go to remita and pay 1k to NOUN for SIWES logbook. Take the receipt to your study Centre for your logbook.
Also, when you accepted for your SIWES, you are required to go to https://siwes1.nouedu2.net/ to upload your details.

Only if you have NCE, B.Sc (ED) or B.A(ED) before now. You cannot apply for TRCN using the PGDE that you are yet to earn.
