Politics › Explanation of Ogoni Clean Up In A Lay Man's Voice. by Ephemmm(op):
The case of Ogoni clean-up is like a widow who struggles to train up his son. Spending all her fortune on the son. Fortunately, the son become so rich and powerful but dump the aged widow and left her to die in hunger instead of taking care of her helpless aged mother that struggle to train him.

With the passage of time, the widow came in contact with a stranger who is not as rich and powerful as the widow's son. The stranger pity the widow's condition, clean her up, bought a brand new car and built a mansion for her while also taking care of her feeding. Instead for the widow to appreciate the stranger good gesture, she felt offended and started cursing her helper openly in his presence and threatened to kill him next time he comes to visit him.

It is a shame that what their rich son Don Furtunato couldn't do for them, the one they call Fulani/Aboki has started doing it.

God bless Nigeria
God bless PMB

Am still single, but at back of my mind I av it that men are polygamous in nature. A colleague of said to me that didn't I kW we women are like fruits of difrent species that men are fruit salad meang they always want to av another taste one day. With that it won't bug me if my man cheats but he shouldn't bring dat person home. I will make sure I carry out all my responsblities give him support so that d blame will be on him if nabbed that he is cheatg me. I won't choke him BKS no matter how u do that a man that will cheat will definitely do, madam my advise is take is easy, don't challenge with slap like, stylishly study on what he sees in d oda women, if na make up I beggi start applyg, if na dressing u also sud upgrade, if na bedmatic styles u too improve BKS Una don sign d contract. But don't give urslf heart attack BKS he is cheatg, if somedy die or run mad a cheater remains a cheater
The best response for me so far. What women don't know is that the more you nag with your husband about extramarital affairs, the more likelihood that he will embark on it more.

This reminds me of a woman who suspects her husband of infidelity. He decided to take it cool, but track him down to the place/venue.

When she got to the hotel, she presented the food she brought for her husband and his enstrange lover, and also gave him a pack of condom.

D man said that was his last time to cheat.

I thought it was a blame game anytime PDP is being blamed for corruption, lack of electricity and economic woes Nigerians are witnessing now according to IPOB.

Why blaming Fayemi?

Business › Re: My Bad Experience with a branch of Access Bank by Ephemmm: 9:49pm On May 25, 2016
ishaq062:
My bad exprience with Access bank customer service yesterday. I took a night bus from lagos to abuja when I got a message that I should proceed to kaduna for one or two reason, I have family members living in kaduna but was not having much on me to buy some gift for my brothers and inlaw, so I decided to follow the bus I took from abuja to command junction, after then a keke to kachia Road.

I got to the bank trying to get a withdrawal slip, I could not find one and i approach a lady to ask "may I know where I can find the withdrawal slip" and she said to me don't u have an ATM. She just angrily directed me to another lady, and she too asked me rudely; where is your ATM. I said I was travelling and I ran out of cash and I am in need of money but she told me i can't withdraw with the slip and I should enroll for another ATM. I told her i can't and after that I requested for a transfer form then she directed me to another lady.

The lady @ the transfer deck asked me what kind of phone I am using to which i answered Nokia 206. After some minute of filling the form, I asked her the time I will receive a notification and she said she can't say but it has been done.

MY OBSERVATIONS And REASON FOR PORTING OUT
1. They all lacked politness and courtsey
2. They don't value their customer
3. Non challant attitude
4. Poor customer experience and engagement
5. They all don't care if u stay or leave
Don't blame the staff: he/she is only entitled to 35k per month.

O my son! Who yields the revenues for Lagos? Head or tail you loose! Lagos is so rich and Osun workers resorted to begging in the last 2yrs?
When OBJ ceased Lagos State allocation for more than six months what happened?

Lagos did not owe its workers a month's salary not to talk of begging FG to pay during Tinubu's regime.

Company tax, personal income tax, land use charge etc is one of the reasons why Lagos is among the states receiving huge allocations.

Our oyel money! Our oil money! Please remember that discovery of oil is still in progress on daily basis not to talk of revenues that would be enhanced from Eko Atlantic project.

For your information, I have been to both public and private organisations and the different is clear. Whether MD, GM, Manager or staff in private organisations, you will work late most of the times without any allowance nor provisions for meal.

You resume late: you spend most of your working hours talking about political affairs and newspapers headlines: yet you claim to be hard-working: go to the private organisations and practise such if you won't be fired without any iota of doubt.

If a GM in bank cannot receive such amount despite aggressive marketing and keeping sleepless nights to meet the target, what justification do you have to support public institutions that are majorly non-profit making?

You need to get it right.

What is wrong with reducing wastage by these set of thieves called politicians if I may ask? You spend less than a thousand per meal daily and someone is collecting nothing less than 13k per meal, but all you deduce from an attempt to reduce this is to turn this to APC versus PDP affairs.

You need to start reasoning maturely.

BE careful what you wish for? The oil money will stop flowing into your pockets too.
Who oil money don help except personal enrichment of politicians? If you believe that oil is restricted to Your region alone, you are fooling yourself cos apart from Ondo, Lagos and Kano, new discoveries would soon be made.

Also, how will the money be sufficient for your fugitive and vagabond youths littering everywhere to enhance their daily living?

At least, Fake drugs, clothes, money, spare parts, electronics, building materials etc would be restricted to your Biafra lands. Mind you, all of you will become seller with little or no buyers.

Oil price has crashed and it is of little or no help: that is why government is more serious abt diversification. In fact, countries without oil are more stable now.

Revenue by Lagos will catter for two more states not to talk of Ogun State which is leading in industrialisation.

Get your fact right.

I am a yoruba but i will say the truth no matter whose ox is gored

Kanu and IPOB have existed since 2012 according to evidence given by Ibos

kanu's IPOB criticized both GeJ and Buhari

Kanu even asked his Ibo kinsmen not to vote either buhari or jonathan because they are not good for his people. That was why SE and some SS states recorded low turn out during that election.

Or was it not this same Apc that was circulating a fake letter were kanu purportedly apologised to GeJ for insulting him. Why then would they associate him with same jonathan when they need to?

We yorubas must endeavor to rise up to truth and justice. Adesina is another yoruba son messing us up abuja. He can neither write a good article no make reasonable comments.

Lets condemn his unintelligent remarks before people begin to re-evaluate our 'sophistication' tag.

Tonyebarcanista you didn't even write about gas pipeline vandalism, when the power minister was always lamenting on TV about the sabotage by hoodlums sponsored by the opposition to make sure Lagosians especially do not enjoy steady power under Jonathan. The rhetoric then from these so called patriots was that the govt was incompetent and couldn't protect our pipelines. Now instead of blaming the gov't like before they are laying curses on the vandals
If they were being sponsored by APC, why are they still vandalising pipelines after APC has ceased power in the centre? I guess to sabotage APC govt, who was theur sponsor too shey?

Your need a deeper mental horizon, honestly.

Thrash.... I stand to be corrected! Aba-made 4 or 5 credits in WAEC is not a yardstick for determining how brilliant a student is in considering the availability of numerous 'miracle centre' in modern Nigeria.

For your information, my uncle studies linguistic in University without having Credit in English.

In the same vein, my immediate younger brother seeked admission into one of Nigerian polytechnics without success: he didn't meet the cut off, but to God be the glory, he applied for linguistic at OAU, and he write his final paper few months ago.

I have two to three friends who are graduates of University of Ibadan today without writing JAMB from the onset: the requirement at their satellite campus as at then was five credits in NECO; just paid their fees and you are good to go. Through this, the dullest among the dullards in my class while in secondary school is now a mathematician.

I have a friend then who opted for Administrative course in polytechnic due to his inability to have strong financial backing even after he has been admitted to study law in University.

So, be assured that everybody is in different shoes and sizes: don't judge people based on their school or courses because you don't know how they got there.

Speaking from experience, no matter what may be the course you study in Nigerian Universities, there are polytechnic students out there that may perform/are better than you in all ramifications. That is why employer of labour who knows his worth put every candidates into test irrespective of the school one attends.

Last month was the first time I heard about a Muslim University in Ede, Osun state. Going by all these regular rating, I don't think it will be among the best 500 if public opinion is seeked. Guess what! A graduate of Economy outshines every other candidates invited for test in my company including the ones from OAU, UI, UNILAG, COVENANT etc which everybody believes are topmost Nigeria Universities.
