[/quote]Hauwa, please don't kill me with laughing, I am begging you. I've never laughed so hard in my entire life., especially the last part ( i have ever seen in my life) On a serious note, I am sorry about the blunder. My mom say (on line with her now) to add some syrup with the sugar (it will stick) She say to try it again. I always try recipe a second time after first blunder.
Scientists say because of global warming they expect the world's oceans to rise four and a half feet. The scientists say this can mean only one thing - Gary Coleman is going to drown. -- Conan OBrien
. . . that today is Greetings Across the Miles Day? In 1958, the first broadcast from space carried a message from President Dwight Eisenhower wishing peace on earth and good will to all people. Take time today to send a greeting to friends and loved ones around the world.
genie1978: Im choosing Epi as she is gifted. She is brilliant when it comes to Food management for Events. Without Food, there wont be any event!
[s]Also I think she should be nominated in the Food Section as well. [/s]
Appreciate your love but I rather not . Truth is, I love Nairaland but i don't like to be in the spotlight (competition). Yes, I am feisty but believe when i say this " I am very shy". A few weeks ago, I cried and left a party because this big mouth lady announced my name and had everyone staring at me. she meant well but I was very upset. I am a fun person, I consider myself nice, I love to mingle, I can light up a party but do not call me out in public
Like now, As God be my witness - I feel very nervous.
ababda:- Since the ka statue represents the spirit/after death ( think) , is it safe to say the ba represents the living in those days
ababda: epi, that is a very good question? however, there is not any agreement amongs scholars of the probable origins of the fulani people. some scholars have speculated that the fulani was once part of the berber group from mauritannia and later migranted into senegal and mix with the local population. others, believe that they originally come from egypt, northern sudan or ethiopia, but adopted the niger-congo languages of the local population similar to the central african tutsi, which is believed to be originally from ethiopia or possibly egypt or northern sudan.(due to their physical likeness to ethiopians and somalis and some fulanis share this as well) others believe that the fulani is a offshoot of the tuareg tribe, there is no definitive answer to the origins of the fulanis, however for better or worst they have been an integral part of the great civilization of the western sudan or sahelian region of west africa. i mean the civilizations of ancient ghana(which is no relation to the modern nation state today)almoravids(which once ruled spain),mali, songhai, which is considered one of the greatests african civilization besides ancient cush, egypt and axum(today ethiopia and eritea) or nile valley civilization.

Well, if it's a ram goat, then it's a posibility the goat can "hump" the lion. In this case, the farmer don't have to make an extra trip across the bridge. He can simply lift-up the lion while the ram goat is humping it and put the yam in his pocket.

We tried your recipe. Very tasty (like the garlic flavor) and has a little crunch. I used a zip-lock bag for the mixture instead of the bowl. Nice! A chef gave me a green plantain recipe, will share with you shortly. *my cam is giving trouble again so excuse the pics*
