You will be assessed in the following areas:
1. English. The English is divided into two sections (grammar and lexis structure which is about 80 questions. The second part of the English is listening skills. That is why you are to come with earpiece. That part about 15 or 20 questions)
2. Customer service test.
3. Personality/behavioural test. About 60 questions in 15 minutes.
4. Team work test
5. Technical test. This entails questions related to the job role. Read the job description well and all possible questions as regards to that role. About 80 questions in 1 hr.

I doubt it's GNLD. I just finished my interview.it was straight to the point after writing a test. Lets not be too quick to judge o sometimes cos we may just sometimes loose opportunities. But still be careful tho before attending any subsequent invite.

it's actually not GNLD. Got the invite too but couldn't make it as I am in another state. I don't know why we can't fully utilize the use of online interview sef. Someone will just be travelling up and down and may not even get the job sef
