Sizzorkay:
can't wait to see this awesome Ibo killing squad lol. someone actually thought killing a few generals will destroy nigeria? wow. ok to accomplish 5% of what Mossad did, you need discipline, infrastructure, technology, funding, space etc. Ibo land is still controlled by the central Govt, as it's applicable in all of Nigeria, so unless you want to get millions of igbos killed, going after Nigeria's military leadership would be the worst mistake they will ever make. In this case we aren't talking about foot soldiers whose death are overlooked by their superiors. we are talking about these leaders being hunted, hmm. the response would be brutal. Not eve the President can stop it That guy go shock say we sef get functioning NIA and DIA |

Whyem15: I've been processing how this lightly armed guys are able to burn down supposedly well defended locations. Seeing the low casualties on the defending side, it is reasonable to assume that the buildings are being set on fire from a stand off distance with molotov cocktails and other crude incendiary bombs. It will even be wise to send the would be defenders into panic by setting the buildings they are inside on fire and also distracting them just before the attack. If these buildings had fire extinguishers, sand buckets and water reels like any reasonable buildings should have, many of them will still be in use today. Some people with soon start asking this question . Where are the guns, forgetting that this the attack with petrol bombs and machete. And being lead by a group of gun wedging men. Who will ball when the heat gets to much |

TabletMan: Guy the place UGM dance and address residents was at Owerri but the crime scene was at Ngor Okpala. I don't want to give you more reasons why police report doesn't tally so make e no be like say I dey support UGM. I also have something to say about police statement on attack at umuahia CID but make I just dey by the side dey read una comment like I have been doing for the past two years.
NB: From my first comment, I am not disputing whether the guys are UGM or not but they're not Gulak's killers If you what point out the reason why the police report do not tally do so, so that people can ask questions along that line. |

TabletMan: Those guys might be anything bad but they're not killers of gulak. The quick response was to calm any ethnic tension that might arise from the issue. Gulak was murdered just few minutes drive from where the so called killers were intercepted. So those men killed gulak and mount check point close to the scene? They killed Gulak and went on to intercept a trailer load of onion, but before that they drew attention to themselves by doing community dance and adresses. I said it here their fowl will lay cooked egg |

GabrielYulaw: Yeah. Noticed that on Twitter.
I'm 99.9% certain that these guys were abducted and executed and then branded killers of Gulak. No other explanation makes sense and no I'm not in the least surprised since that's the standard MO of our lovely police. And you wonder why people hate these bloodsuckers in black Some of them where killed in a fun duel while the rest were arrested |

jpphilips: It is one thing to see an issue, its another to have a smart solution, the issue you raised is irrelevant, if you don't want Kano to profit from your VAT, stop drinking. Afterall it is not good for your health in the first place.

DubaiLandLord1: Nigeria is practising false federalism since we are copying the USA.
A situation whereby the Kano state Government won't allow beers be consumed in Kano, but will be receiving VAT from Beers sales is no more acceptable.
Though I agree with you, there is nothing like "true federalism" Has any senator stood against this in the house? If no it is because they are part of the people enjoying the benefit |

GeneralFarouq: What are police officers even doing with grenade... They should have smokes, flash bang and other non lethal stuffs for crowd control. This is wrong armament for officers not in counter terrorism unit. And considering the theatre of operations, which is populated, grenades should even be at the bottom of their necessaries I don't think it is a grenade maybe a stunt grenade kind of tear gas |

You can blame the police all you want but we are all complicit in what is happening in our country today. One way or the another we are all part of it either by our words of by our actions. |
